Pelosi slips, admits ongoing plot to impeach Trump

When House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) ordered Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) to begin writing the articles of impeachment, even mainstream media ripped her for rushing the process.

During the Politico’s Women Rule Summit on Tuesday, however, Pelosi openly exposed her true intentions, admitting that impeachment has been “going on for 22 months — two and a half years, actually,” she said, according to Breitbart.

Finally admitting it

Pelosi says this impeachment is about urgency, and that Democrats have not been rushing the process at all. According to Pelosi, the work started more than two years ago when Robert Mueller’s investigation was launched.

That investigation, however, has nothing all to do with these articles of impeachment, as Mueller did not find any wrongdoing on the part of Donald Trump.

What it does prove, though, is that from the moment Trump was elected, Democrat leadership has been focused on removing him from office, as we all expected.

In addition to the summit mentioned above, Pelosi also admitted this has been going on for years during a recent press conference. Take a look:

Clearly, Pelosi is no longer hiding the fact that Democrats have been out to get Trump from day one.

Holding Trump accountable

For the last two years, all we have heard “nobody is above the law, not even the president.” While Dems have yet to provide any hard evidence against Trump, there is more than enough hard evidence that former FBI Director James Comey and Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) need to be held accountable for.

The inspector general (IG) report that was released this week showed significant abuse of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant process. There was a total of 17 omissions and/or errors in the warrant applications — seven on the first one alone.

While the report concluded the FBI investigation into Trump’s 2016 election campaign was launched without bias, not a single error was in Trump’s favor. Ultimately, since Comey’s signature was on the warrant, the responsibility for this begins and ends with him.

As far as Schiff is concerned, he rebutted a memo from former House Intelligence Committee Chairmna Devin Nunes (R-CA) last year that outlines many of these problems in the FISA process, claiming none of them existed. Every point made in his letter was debunked in the IG report.

So, we cannot help but ask, if no one is above the law, when are Democrats going to bring both Comey and Schiff to justice?
