Former Alaska governor and 2008 vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin is about to become a grandmother once again.
It was recently announced via social media that Palin’s daughter Willow is pregnant and expecting twin babies, in what is surely thrilling news for the conservative firebrand.
Two on the way
The revelation came in an Instagram post on Monday night from the former governor’s 24-year-old daughter.
Willow Bailey posted a picture of a plaque that read “And then there were four,” followed by “Baby Bailey’s arriving December 2019.”
Items surrounding the plaque included infant onesies and a sonogram of the developing babies.
The post was accompanied by a caption which stated that Willow and her husband Ricky Bailey “are so excited to welcome TWO little babies into this world! Baby Bailey’s arriving December 2019.”
Sarah Palin commented on her daughter’s post and wrotethat she was “ecstatic” and felt “blessed” by the wonderful news.
When the Bailey twins arrive in December, they will be grandchildren numbers six and seven for the 55-year-old former small-town mayor, state governor, vice presidential candidate, reality TV star and Tea Party cheerleader.
Palin’s eldest daughter Bristol is already the mother of three children, and Palin’s eldest son Track is the father of two children of his own.
Willow and Ricky Bailey were married in 2018.
These will be their first children together.
This is great news for the Palin family and all those who love and support them across the United States.
