Operatives creates bevy of websites to push Dem propaganda ahead of the midterms: report

The Democrats appear to be doing everything they can to tip the balance in their favor ahead of the midterm elections.

A new report from Axios reveals that Democratic operatives have created a large number of deceptive local news websites that appear to simply report the news but that actually push Democrat propaganda.

Here’s what’s happening:

Axios report indicates that “at least 51” of these websites have been created since last year.

The outlet reports that the websites, by and large, “are focused on key swing states with elections in 2021 and 2022.” These states include Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Michigan, New Hampshire, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

All of the websites, according to Axios, appear to be “independent local news” sites. To help cover up what is actually going on, the websites are given innocuous-sounding names, such as the “Milwaukee Metro Times” or “Tri-City Record.”

But, the websites are actually pushing Democrat propaganda.

Axios reports:

Each follows a similar template: aggregated local news content and short write-ups about local sports teams and attractions — interspersed with heavily slanted political news aimed at boosting Democratic midterm candidates and attacking Republican opponents.

Lifting the curtain

The big question is who is behind the effort. And, as would be expected, the Democrats have done their best in order to try to keep this a secret.

The websites each state that they are run by Local Report Inc., a company, about which not much is known, that was created last year in Florida. But, Axios has found that the American Independent has been a major participant in the effort.

More information is known about the American Independent. For one thing, it refers to itself as the “No. 1 digital platform for progressive news.” And, for another, it was founded by David Brock, the well-known Democratic operative who founded the left-wing outlet Media Matters.

The American Independent, though, has refused to directly admit its involvement in the sites.

Nevertheless, it is clear that the Democrats are doing everything they can to get their candidates across the line this November, including creating these deceptive websites to push Democrat propaganda. One has to wonder what else these Democrat operatives are clandestinely up to.
