It looks like Democrat candidate Joe Biden’s presidential campaign might be over.
On Fox News, California Representative Devin Nunes predicted that Biden’s campaign will probably fall apart after allegations that he strong-armed Ukraine to fire an attorney general who was investigating his son.
Not only that, but Nunes claims that the allegations first originated “back when Hillary Clinton was trying to make sure Biden didn’t get in the race.”
On Fox News, Nunes stated:
“These stories first originated back when Hillary Clinton was trying to make sure Biden didn’t get in the race. So now that these have been resurrected, I don’t know who came up with the scheme — maybe this whistleblower really is not a partisan. We want to hear from that whistleblower, but it sure looks like the scheme has backfired. And, like I said, it looks like this is the end of Biden’s campaign. I really do… his lead is basically down to zero.”
If Biden actually ends up dropping out, this would undoubtedly leave a HUGE hole in the Democratic lineup. Although this situation is unlikely, it is still possible since Democrats have a habit of pushing conspiracy theories that end up backfiring.
All of these allegations might actually be pushing Trump to victory. Since, as Nunes pointed out:
“The more I think that they’re out there promoting this kind of craziness and silliness, the more that the American people are put off, and the more likely President Trump is reelected.”
Nunes continued to point out that the intention to flip the “whistleblower” scandal on Trump was failing:
“Whoever came up with this scheme — it looks like somebody was trying to deflect what Biden did back in 2015. This scheme seems to have backfired on Biden. I mean, Biden’s already dropping in the polls.”
One thing remains clear: This scandal was an absolute blessing for Trump.
Biden is falling. Trump is rising.
