After ISIS-K terrorists launched a suicide bombing attack at Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul, Afghanistan that would claim the lives of 13 U.S. service members, it didn’t take long for grieving and ticked-off Gold Star parents to express their frustration with the way President Joe Biden mishandled the botched U.S. troop withdrawal.
According to The Daily Wire, one of the new Gold Star parents, Kathy McCollum, the mother of deceased 20-year-old U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Rylee McCollum, held nothing back during a recent radio interview during which she labeled Biden as a “feckless, dementia-ridden piece of crap.”
Her anger with the Biden administration was on full display during a weekend interview on the Wilkow Majority show on SiriusXM’s Patriot radio.
“Piece of crap”
Kathy McCollum was candid in her assessment of Biden and his top military commanders, who she believes to be directly responsible for her young Marine son’s tragic death at the airport in Kabul.
“That feckless, dementia-ridden piece of crap just sent my son to die,” she said, as The Daily Wire reported.
Kathy McCollum added: “I woke up at four o’clock this morning, two Marines at my door telling me my son was dead. So, to [have her on] right before me and listen to that piece of crap talk about diplomatic crap with frickin Taliban terrorists who just freakin blew up my son and no, nothing, to not say anything about oh my god, I’m so sorry for families. So, my son is gone.”
The ticked-off Gold Star mother also had a stern message for Democratic voters who put Biden in office during the 2020 election, saying: “You just killed my son with a dementia-ridden piece of crap who doesn’t even know he’s in the White House.”
“He still thinks he’s a senator,” she continued.
A “treasonous man”
Kathy McCollum spent a considerable amount of her time during the interview slamming Biden, at one point calling him a “disgusting human being” and a “treasonous man.”
She also doubled down on her opinion of the people who voted for Biden, saying, “You did this to my son, every Democrat that’s listening, you did this to my son.”
Other parents of some of the 13 fallen U.S. service members have also spoken out publicly against the Biden administration, with some questioning why Biden and his top commanders let the situation on the ground in Kabul devolve so rapidly, leaving their children in clear and present danger.
The outrage expressed by those parents is completely understandable, and hopefully, they continue to generate more headlines as the Biden administration scrambles to perform damage control as the Aug. 31 evacuation deadline looms.
