Mitch McConnell says Republicans will not support Biden’s future Supreme Court picks if Republicans win Senate

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) warned President Biden that he will have to come to the negotiating table for future Supreme Court appointees if Republicans win the Senate in 2022.

McConnell is rallying Republican Senators to oppose President Biden’s Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson. The fight to nominate Jackson to the Supreme Court will be intense and McConnell is already planning for the next time President Biden wants to nominate a radical activist to the nation’s highest court.

McConnell told reporters, “What I can say with pretty great certainty is the president who ran as a moderate and who has governed as Bernie Sanders would, would have to spend the last two years of his term being a moderate.”

Biden’s last chance

The fight to nominate Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court may be President Biden’s last chance to cement his legacy.

The midterm elections are around the corner and Democrats are staring down the barrel of a shotgun. Meanwhile, Republicans are more popular than ever and stand a good chance of retaking power in both the House and the Senate.

Democrats have spent the last two years demonizing Republicans and throwing away any bipartisan goodwill that may have existed before the 2020 presidential election.

If Republicans take power in this year’s midterm elections, it is highly unlikely that they will cooperate with President Biden on any of his big-ticket legislative items. Let alone any future Supreme Court nominations.

Senator Lindsay Graham (R-SC) backed up McConnell by saying, “If we get back the Senate and we’re in charge of this body and there is judicial openings, we will talk to our colleagues on the other side. But if we were in charge, she would not have been before this committee. You would have had somebody more moderate than this.”

Judge Jackson is anything but moderate and Republicans are going to do anything to stop her. However, with Democrats holding a technical majority, Republicans may not be able to stop Judge Jackson from cementing President Biden’s legacy.

Jackson unfit for the Supreme Court

Ketanji Brown Jackson is completely unfit to serve as a Justice of the Supreme Court. The Senate hearings have revealed that Judge Jackson is a judicial activist that can’t even tell the Senate what a woman is.

Worse yet, Judge Jackson has allowed multiple pedophiles who committed horrible crimes against children to serve shockingly reduced sentences.

Judge Jackson believes in CRT and other radical ideas and all of those factors make her the most radical person ever nominated to serve on the Supreme Court. Republicans must do everything in their power to keep her off the Supreme Court.
