As former First Lady Melania Trump continues her media blitz to promote her upcoming memoir, she sat down for her first interview in two years, making headlines as usual.
According to The Daily Wire, Melania Trump sat with Fox News host Ainsley Earhardt and opened up about a number of topics, including the hateful rhetoric on the left that she believes led to multiple attempts on her husband's life.
She also spoke about the state of the nation under President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, noting how so many millions of Americans are struggling.
Mrs. Trump correctly stated that the "country is suffering" under the Biden-Harris administration.
While Democrats and their mainstream media allies continue to pretend that the U.S. economy is fine and healthy for working-class Americans, Melania understands that it's nothing more than lies.
"People are not able to buy usual necessities for their families,” Melania said, adding that the country faces a number of serious issues under Biden and Harris.
She added, "We have wars going on around the world. Soldiers are dying. They were dying under this administration because of weak leadership. The border is open and dangerous. A lot of fentanyl is coming over, killing our youth. It’s very hard to see."
Melania takes aim at Kamala Harris’s record, makes the case for her husband in a rare interview.

Melania Trump continued to point out what's gone wrong under Biden and Harris, especially on the inflation issue that has hit working-class Americans extremely hard over the past several years.
"[The economy] it’s really not great," she added.
"Inflation is high and, if we compare these four years under this administration compared to four years under my husband [former President Donald Trump]as commander in chief, he was leading the country through peace through strength. And the border was safer than ever before. We didn’t have any wars."
Melania, though she's been somewhat quiet on the campaign front, reminded viewers that aside from some "strong tweets," her husband is the type of president who will get America back on the right track, as they were the last time he was in office.
"People were prospering. They had jobs," the former first lady said.
"They could support their families, so I think the American people need to decide what they really want. Maybe some strong tweets, but everything else great for this country, so it’s all in the American people’s hands on November 5th."
