Singer Joe Jonas was spotted with a potential love interest as he negotiates a messy divorce with Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner.
Jonas, 34, was leaving a private airport in Mexico with a little-known model, Stormi Bree, 33, real name Stormi Henley.
"Joe is enjoying spending time with Stormi,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly. “His main priority and focus will always be his children, but at the same time, he’s putting himself out there and is open to what’s to come.”
"Things are still very new, but he’s happy and he’s open to seeing where things go.”
After four years of marriage, Jonas and Turner filed for divorce in September.
“After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage. There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children,” they said.
The couple got into a nasty custody battle, with Turner accusing Jonas of abducting their two daughters. They have since reached a temporary agreement to share custody, alternating between their homes in the U.S. and Britain.
As the divorce news blew up, rumors began circulating in the media that Jonas couldn't tolerate his wife's party lifestyle, but supporters of Turner accused Jonas of orchestrating a smear campaign against her.
Jonas is rumored to have realized his marriage was over when he heard Turner badmouth him on their Ring camera, although it's not clear what she allegedly said.
Sources close to Turner have described Jonas as controlling and eager to flirt with other women - and they say the demands of his career were too much for her to handle.
Turner has reportedly started dating British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson.
“Things are still fairly new,” the source said, noting that Turner has “become progressively closer” with Pearson, 29, “but she’s really happy with how things are moving along.”
If they're like most celebrities, Jonas and Turner probably share the blame. Narcissism is toxic in any marriage, and celebrities aren't typically known for their modesty.
In any case, the public appears to have moved on a bit from the Jonas drama....with Taylor Swift - incidentally, one of Jonas' former flames - and Travis Kelce taking up the public's attention.
