Fox News host Jesse Watters is in hot water now that his deep, dark secret has been discovered.
The host of “Waters World” is alleged to have had sex with an employee on his show and now his wife has filed for divorce.
Watters was embarrassed last week when it was discovered that the former protégé of Bill O’Reilly had been having an ongoing affair with a 25-year-old associate producer.
It was because of that affair that Watters’ wife Noelle Watters, filed for divorce in October, The New York Daily News reported.
The saddest part of the affair, and divorce, is that the couple has twin daughters who now have to deal with it.
Watters told the network that he was engaged in an affair with Emma DiGiovine after his wife filed for divorce.
DiGiovine has now been transferred to “Ingraham Angle,” sources told The News.
“Within 24 hours of Jesse Watters voluntarily reporting to the Chief of Human Resources in November 2017 that he was in a consensual relationship with a woman on his staff, management met with both parties and a decision was made for the woman to be transferred to work on another program on the network where she currently remains,” a spokesperson said.
Not What Fox Needed.
Fox News has been inundated with hosts, and executives, being accused of sexual assault in the past two years.
Former Fox News CEO Roger Ailes was accused by many women of sexual harassment and assault, starting in July 2016 with former Fox News host Gretchen Carlson.
Shortly after Ailes was fired, the network settled a sexual harassment lawsuit from Juliet Huddy who accused host Bill O’Reilly of harassing her.
That was followed by Andrea Tantaros, who claimed that O’Reilly made sexual advances towards her.
In total, Fox News settled six sexual harassment cases against O’Reilly totaling around $32 million.
In August the network cut ties with Eric Bolling after he was accused of sending provocative pictures to female coworkers.
Watters and DiGiovine’s relationship is consensual and the two are continuing to date, sources told The News.
But it is not fantastic publicity for the network.
