Ivanka Trump, while she has had reasons to do otherwise, has been the epitome of class before, during, and after the election.
In a genuine gesture, Ivanka sent well wishes to Barbara Bush this weekend after her surprise nuptials.
Congratulations Barbara and Craig. Wishing you both a lifetime of love and laughter! pic.twitter.com/u0vii6xJGf

Barbara Bush secretly married her fiance of five months, screenwriter Craig Coyne, in an intimate ceremony at the Bush family compound in Kennebunkport, Maine, on Sunday.
When former President George W. Bush sent out an Instagram post about the wedding, it seemed to catch everyone by surprise.

Barbara is named for a unique and strong woman — and rightly so, because she is unique and strong. @laurawbush and I are so proud of our compassionate, daring, fierce, kind, intelligent, loving daughter. And we’re thrilled to welcome Craig Coyne to our family. 📸: @paulmorsephoto
It was later revealed that Sunday’s wedding was purposely kept quiet.
Barbara wanted only a few friends and family at the event — according to reports, only about 20 family members attended.
No Good Deed
As is often the case these days, no good deed goes unpunished.
Within seconds of Ivanka sending out the kind words, the internet trolls unleashed on her.
More than a few of them were quick to say she had not even been invited, so how dare she comment on the event.
Perhaps the trolls should have checked the social pages, as it was made clear the event was a very private ceremony.
While negative, that comment was still rather tame compared to the rest of insults sent to Ivanka.
Ironic how the same people tweeting only days ago about protecting Christine Blasey Ford were suddenly so willing to verbally assault another woman.
We join Ivanka in wishing the young couple happiness as they start their journey together.
