Fox News host Sean Hannity teamed up with a former enemy to absolutely shred a Democrat Senate candidate.
Hannity, who was campaigning for Ted Cruz, warned everyone that if elected, Beto O’Rourke will do everything he can to re-implement “the failed policies of [Barack] Obama.”
Foes to Friends
It is no secret that Hannity supported Donald Trump during the 2016 presidential election.
As such, he was fairly critical of Ted Cruz during the 2015-16 campaign season.
To say these two did not like each other would be a bit of an understatement.
But those differences have apparently been put aside for the sake of the party.
Now, Hannity, along with former Texas Gov. Rick Perry, are out pounding the pavement in the hopes of helping Cruz fight off challenger Beto O’Rourke.
Hannity, never at a shortage of words, is trying to “expose” the real agenda of O’Rourke to Texans.
Hannity stated: “They are hiding what they really want to do: They want to impeach Donald Trump.”
“Beto, Bozo, wants to do it himself,” Hannity added.
Hannity also warned voters that if the Democrats are able to regain a majority, Americans are the ones who are going to pay the price.
That majority will no doubt result in immediate tax hikes, so all that extra money Americans have been enjoying since the Republican tax cut will go away.
Cruz also landed a few shots against his opponent during the rally.
The deepest cut, though, focused on the immigration problem.
“There is a caravan marching north right now,” Cruz said. “I’m just waiting to see Beto O’Rourke come down and start leading the caravan.”
Those two points should be a concern for all Americans, not just conservatives.
If Democrats are able to regain a majority, everything Trump has done to move this country forward will quickly be undone.
More worrisome is the fact Democrats want an economic collapse so they can have more Americans actually depend on the government.
The only way to stop them is by getting out this November to vote against them.
Make no mistake about it, the 2018 midterm elections may be the most important election in decades.
