Kimberly Guilfoyle transformed her $3.4 million NYC apartment into Donald Trump Jr.’s dream home

Kimberly Guilfoyle and Donald Trump, Jr. have some pretty impressive digs to hang out in.

Guilfoyle, who recently purchased a New York City apartment for $3.4 million, turned what was a hunter’s haven into a swanky home residence.

Pictures of the home before Guilfoyle got her hands on it make the makeover all that more impressive.

The previous owner, Gregory Speck, apparently had a thing for taxidermy.

Virtually every inch of the home was covered in wildlife.

But what was once a cluttered home is now the lap of luxury.

Antiques were replaced with more modern pieces and much brighter colors.

However, considering Jr.’s fancy for hunting, it is a little surprising Guilfoyle didn’t hang on to one or two of the pieces for her beau.

Rich and Famous

Guilfoyle’s home is among some of the most famous residencies of New York City.

Some of the more prominent names that share The Beresford include Diane Sawyer and Jerry Seinfeld.

According to the gossip rags, Donald Jr. more or less shares that address as well.

The paparazzi have him splitting his time between his own residence and Kim’s place.

While $3.4 million is a hefty price tag, several homes available for sale in the building are pushing eight figures.
