FBI search of Biden’s home turns up more classified docs

According to Fox News, even more classified documents have just been found in President Joe Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware, home after a recent FBI search.

Don’t think, however, that the FBI raided Biden’s home as it did the home of former President Donald Trump back in August.

This, as will be demonstrated, is far from the case.

The latest

Fox obtained information about the search from Joseph D. Fitzpatrick, an assistant U.S. attorney to John Lausch – the U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Illinois whom the Department of Justice (DOJ) had put in charge of investigating Biden’s classified documents scandal before U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland upgraded the investigation into a special counsel investigation.

“On Jan. 20, 2023, the FBI executed a planned, consensual search of the President’s residence in Wilmington, Delaware,” Fitzpatrick revealed.

The search lasted for over 12 hours, from 9:45 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. It took place at Biden’s Wilmington, Delaware, residence, which is the same location where at least two other batches of classified documents had been found. But, this time, there is a twist.

The twist

Thus far, the classified documents that have been found in Biden’s possession stem from his time as the U.S. vice president.

But, Biden’s personal attorney, Bob Bauer, has revealed that the latest discovery is different.

Bauer said:

[The] DOJ took possession of materials it deemed within the scope of its inquiry, including six items consisting of documents with classification markings and surrounding materials, some of which were from the President’s service in the Senate and some of which were from his tenure as Vice President.

Trump’s FBI raid v. Biden’s consensual FBI search

There are several key differences between the FBI’s search of Biden’s home and its search of Trump’s.

Bauer revealed that, after the previous discovery of classified documents at the Wilmington residence, Biden and the DOJ reached an agreement to conduct a search of the home. And, according to Bauer, as part of the agreement, members of Biden’s legal team and the White House Counsel’s Officer were allowed to be on hand during the search.

This differs from the search of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, which was a non-consensual raid in which Trump’s attorneys were not allowed to be present.

It turns out, however, that Bauer wasn’t telling the whole truth, here. According to the latest reports, it was the Biden White House that actually asked the FBI to search Biden’s home.

In other words, it appears that this was all planned by Biden and his people.
