If this record breaking economy holds, President Donald Trump will sweep the 2020 presidential election.
Trump’s economy ESPECIALLY seems to be helping certain Demographics that Democrats used to dominate in 2016. Which should mean Trump will win this election easier than he won the last one.
J.T. Young, who served under President George W. Bush as the director of communications in the Office of Management and Budget, has himself revealed:
“Ironically, the latest lackluster jobs report shows how formidable Trump will be in 2020. Beneath the headline numbers, are the most important indicators of how Americans are doing in this economy. They are doing remarkably well…”
It’s true. Americans are flourishing under Trump’s administration. He has put policies in place that have helped businesses hire more people and that allowed small businesses to get more in tax cuts.
This, in turn, has helped many Democrats get the money they were NOT getting under President Obama – and this gives Trump a huge advantage.
Democrats may like to pretend that everyone is concerned about issues like plastic straws and gun control. But when it really comes down to it: people just want a job so they can provide for their family. Which means Trump might have more Democrat support than most people think.
J.T. Young also went on to explain that Democrats may also hurt themselves by picking an unconventional candidate who is like Bernie Sanders or Elizabeth Warren who are anti-capitalists with policies that most people don’t actually agree with:
“Democrats risk further compounding Trump’s economic advantage by nominating a candidate who either professes, or is perceived, to espouse a fundamental break from America’s historically free-market economic system.”
As the 2020 election finally rolls ’round, Democrats need to be aware that beating Trump isn’t going to be as easy as they think. He’s one of the strongest Republican candidates we’ve had in years and his economy only makes his future brighter.
And since Democrats have a history of shooting themselves in the foot, Trump’s economy is just the cherry on top of the sundae.
Democrats should be worried. This isn’t going to be an easy fight to win by a long-shot.
