Graham: Barr’s DOJ to release report on possible FISA abuse on Dec. 9

The long-awaited inspector general (IG) report on possible abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) is finally on its way.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) just announced that Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz will release his official report on Dec. 9, according to Breitbart — and conservatives can’t wait for what it will reveal.

Big news, big problems

The fact that this report is causing so much buzz should be a signal for Democrats to go into panic mode. They are literally being warned to brace for bad news.

Indeed, while Democrats are running a sham impeachment hearing, something meaningful is coming out by way of Attorney General Bill Barr’s Department of Justice (DOJ).

The impeachment hearings have failed to move the needle with most Americans, and more importantly, those who were undecided are starting to believe that Trump is being railroaded.

That push to support Trump will only continue once this report comes out. And based on the giddiness of Sen. Graham, it is hard to imagine this will be anything but a massive bombshell.

Get ready, Comey and friends

Over the next two weeks, we can expect some damage control to be initiated by some of the individuals who will likely be named in this report.

At the head of that list is former FBI Director James Comey, the man whose signature reportedly appears on those FISA warrants.

Former CIA Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper could also find themselves in the hot seat once the report is released.

The only question now is whether the IG will go so far as to accuse them of illegal activity, or just call them out for bending the rules to the point of breaking them in order to attack Trump.

Also, keep in mind: we are still expecting a grand jury to convene soon in relation to U.S. Attorney John Durham’s probe, and criminal indictments could follow.

All signs point to a very bad holiday season for Democrats.
