Kamala Harris is tasked, as vice president, with protecting America's interests, and that would include its allies, such as Israel.

Meanwhile, her stepdaughter, Ella Emhoff, has been promoting a fundraiser for Gaza, the home base of the terrorists of Hamas who attacked and slaughtered 1,400 innocent Israeli civilians as it launched a war against the Middle East democracy.

And according to Emhoff's promotion, almost $8 million of a $10 million goal has already been assembled.

It is the Daily Caller that said of Emhoff's work, "The 24-year-old influencer made no mention of murdered Israelis since Hamas' terror attacks Oct. 7 despite having a Jewish father, Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff."

"It’s of tremendous concern and I find it abhorrent," Rep. Jeff Van Drew, R-N.J., said in the report. "To be honest with you, I am kind of stunned by it. It’s disturbing to the maximum degree."

The money was being assembled for a group called Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund.

According to the New York Post, Ella Emhoff's promotion put "the funding appeal in front of her 315,000 Instagram followers."

The issue, according to Van Drew, of the House Homeland Security Committee, is that Hamas terrorists "almost certain[ly]" would be able to siphon off cash as it entered Gaza.

In fact, the Biden administration already has given Gaza $1 billion with hundreds of millions more planned, and Secretary of State Anthony Blinken has confirmed there's no guarantee American tax funds don't go to terrorism.
