Democrats join calls for Hillary Clinton to be investigation following Russian Collusion Hoax bombshell

The Daily Mail reported that a growing percentage of Democrats are calling for Hillary Clinton to be investigated for her alleged involvement in the Russian Collusion Hoax.

This comes amid a new bombshell revelation about the hoax from Special Counsel John Durham, who continues to investigate the Russian Collusion investigators.

What Durham has alleged, in a new court filing, is that Clinton paid individuals to access servers in order to try to plant information linking Donald Trump to Russia in furtherance of the Russian collusion narrative. Durham alleges that this took place both before and after Trump became president.

It’s one of the most startling revelations thus far, and it proves that Trump wasn’t lying back in 2017 when he said that the Democrats were spying on him. They were doing that, and worse.

“A growing chorus”

The Daily Mail cites two recent polls that show that a growing number of Democrats here in America want Clinton questioned by Durham about her potential involvement in the Russian Collusion Hoax.

The poll comes from the TechnoMetrica Institute of Policy and Politics (TIPP) and shows that 66% of Democrats want Clinton to be questioned.

This particular poll did in fact take place in January of 2021, which is before Durham’s latest revelation. This doesn’t mean it is irrelevant, however.

The inference: if that percentage of Democrats want Clinton investigated before Durham’s latest revelation is this high, then a larger percentage would want her questioned after it.

It also ought to be noted that this 66% figure is actually up 22 percentage points from where it was in October.

Trump’s take

Over the weekend, former President Donald Trump provided his own take on Durham’s revelation. He called it “a scandal far greater in scope and magnitude than Watergate.”

Trump said that “those who were involved in and knew about this spying operation should be subject to criminal prosecution.” He also said that “reparations should be paid to those in our country who have been damaged by this.”

It remains to be seen whether Durham will actually make it all the way to Clinton. So far, from the outside looking in, it doesn’t seem as though he has even gotten close.
