There are those dozens of shell companies and the millions of dollars that moved through them from oligarchs and other foreign influencers, en route to members of the Biden family.
There are those FBI documents suggesting $5 million bribes to Joe and Hunter Biden.
There are the whistleblowers and others who have testified before Congress about the Biden family's international business deals that apparently brought in $20 million plus to the family.
All of this has been under congressional investigation and now the chief of one of the committees says it's looking like the Bidens will be subpoenaed to testify about the allegations.
A report at Just the News explained that the word from House Oversight Committee chief James Comer is that, "This is always going to end with the Bidens coming in front of the committee."
He continued, "We are going to subpoena the family. We know that this is going to end up in court when we subpoena the Bidens. So we’re putting together a case, and I think we’ve done that very well. We’ve shown the bank records."
He said he knew when Congress opened this session that such a move would be needed, but had he issued subpoenas then, a court would have thrown them out.
But now, he said, "We have put together a case that I think would stand up in any court of law in America."
He said part of the solution is legislative changes to crack down on such influence peddling.
"This should have been caught years ago, this should have been caught by the Obama administration, what Joe Biden was doing, they had to know, especially when he went to Ukraine and withheld that foreign aid, and was so adamantly involved in firing the prosecutor who was investigating his son's corrupt company, the Obama administration had to know about this," Comer explained.
"So this is something that in the end, will be successful because we're going to prevent this from happening in the future."
Just this week there was a report from the committee outlining more than $20 million in payments to firms connected to Biden family members from foreign nationals in Russia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine.
A report in the Daily Mail said already House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has "floated the idea" of an impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden's activities, a move that would give weight to congressional subpoena power.
