Maybe it’s time for President Trump to place more tariffs on China…
A newspaper in China has just warned the United States that there will be severe consequences if Trump tries to intervene with their violent protests.
According to a report by Newsweek:
“A Chinese government newspaper has warned that neither the U.S. nor the U.K. will be allowed to interfere in the ongoing unrest in Hong Kong, after demonstrators staged fresh protests calling for greater international backing.”
The newspaper even made THREATS against the United States:
“If the U.S. lawmakers refuse to see the bigger picture and pass the bill they would take a perilous step in the wrong direction, for which the U.S. would have to pay a heavy price.”
These kinds of threats are absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.
Obviously, tensions with China are getting worse than they have been lately. Especially considering the trade war that was recently waged by President Trump and his administration.
I think it’s fair to say that China needs to be taught a lesson for their hostility. Their government has been infringing on the rights of its citizens for decades. Jobs aren’t the only thing at stake in Trump’s trade war. We’re fighting injustice. We’re fighting a government that is trying to bully our nation into submission.
But thankfully, Trump seems to be getting closer to reaching a deal with the country. According to a report by Market Watch:
“Speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One, Trump said there could be a deal with China ‘maybe soon,’ and also that it could come before, or one day after, the 2020 election…”
These negotiations could go on for months. But Trump seems to have the situation under control.
