Billionaire, tech mogul, and Trump administration Special Employee Elon Musk is still taking names in Washington, showing scammers what happens when they steal from the government.
In the most recent display of power from the Department of Government Efficiency, Musk announced that his office discovered a scammer who stole from hundreds of thousands of Americans, as Fox News reported.
According to the head of DOGE, the scammer, who stole from 400,000 Americans' Social Security funds, will be arrested sometime soon.
"I believe someone is going to be arrested tomorrow because there's someone who actually stole 400,000 Social Security numbers and personal information from the Social Security database," Musk said during his comments from Wisconsin on Monday evening.
This week, the state of Wisconsin is engaged in its hotly contested state Supreme Court election to decide if the state's highest court will become majority liberal or conservative.
A Wisconsin voter asked Musk if Attorney General Pam Bondi would investigate and prosecute Social Security fraud.
Musk leads the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), where he is tasked with exposing government overspending and fraud.
Last month he uncovered a "massive amount of fraud" allegedly committed by scammers who were using fake Social Security numbers to avail themselves of taxpayer dollars.
"I believe someone is going to be arrested tomorrow, because there's someone who actually stole 400,000 Social Security numbers and personal information from the Social Security database," Musk said during a tele-town hall with Wisconsin voters Monday evening.
The individual in question was reportedly "selling Social Security numbers and all the identification information in order for people to basically steal money from Social Security," he continued.
"A particular avenue of fraud for like illegal immigrants and for voter fraud, because the main way that identification is established in the United States is via Social Security," he said.
"So, if you compromise a Social Security system, you can basically get people to get de facto registered to vote, even if they're not citizens, and to get a bunch of benefits."
Near the end of last month Musk and other DOGE team members spoke to reporters at Fox News to talk about their operations and what they've found parsing through federal spending.
"They steal people's Social Security, is what happens," Musk said during a Thursday interview on Fox News' "Special Report with Bret Baier."
"They call in, they claim to be a retiree, and they convince the Social Security person on the phone to change where the money is flowing. It actually goes to some fraudster. This is happening all day, every day. And then somebody doesn't receive their Social Security, it's because of all the fraud loopholes in the Social Security system."

Those political leftists who are vandalizing Tesla vehicles, own by innocent passersby or maybe even their neighbors, because of their connection to Tesla corporation owner Elon Musk's work with President Donald Trump's Department of Government Efficiency, already are in trouble.
They're getting charged with a variety of crimes that include penalties of up to 20 years in jail.
One recent case involves Cooper Jo Frederick, 24, who was arrested in Plano, Texas, on suspicion of attacking a Tesla dealership recently in Loveland, Colorado.
Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the prosecution:
"Let this be a warning. You can run, but you cannot hide," Bondi said in a video message. "Justice is coming.":
The suspect is a resident of Fort Collins, Colorado, and is alleged to have ignited an incendiary device and hurled it at the dealership, narrowly missing several parked vehicles. It started a fire.
Bondi has explained, "I've made it clear (that) if you take part in the wave of domestic terrorism against Tesla properties, we will find you, arrest you and put you behind bars. All of these cases are a serious threat to public safety. Therefore, there will be no negotiation."
Now it's getting worse for the vandals.
A report from Fox News now documents how the owner of one of those vandalized Teslas is suing the suspect for $1 million in damages.
Suspect, Rafael Hernandez was arrested just a week ago on a criminal mischief charge by the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office "after he was recorded by the Tesla's built-in cameras striking the left side of the electric-powered vehicle," the report said.
In the video, Hernandez can be seen pulling an object out of his pocket and forcing it into the side of the Model X.
The lawsuit charges, "Individual owners of Tesla vehicles, like Plaintiff, are being targeted and victimized by ongoing criminal conduct and action. This has culminated in the 'Tesla Takedown' movement, where certain activists are urging consumers to divest from Tesla products and are organizing protests and other activities that are explicitly or implicitly urging physical damage and/or violence against Tesla owners and/or their Tesla vehicles. Plaintiff recently became a target and victim of this criminal conduct and action."
The report cited the plaintiff's lawyer, explaining, "Whether you're a Republican or a Democrat, this is a free country. You're entitled to drive whatever you want, as long as it's legal and within the confines of the law, and you should feel safe and secure in doing so, which, in my opinion, is why the authorities on the law enforcement side are taking these cases very seriously."
The lawyer pointed out the importance of consequences.
"It's a slippery slope, where does it end? Right? Fortunately, you know, my client's car was keyed. He wasn't injured himself, and he wasn't in the vehicle. But others haven't been so lucky, and so if this continues, you know, it's a fine line between having a civil society and chaos."
House Intelligence Committee Democrats are urging Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard to conduct an independent review after a journalist inadvertently added to Signal chat about a military attack, WPRI-TV reported. Ranking member Jim Himes (D-CT) sent a letter to Gabbard Monday demanding a written response.
The issue occurred because National Security Advisor Mike Waltz accidentally added an Atlantic journalist to the Signal chat with officials. They were discussing a strike on Houthi terrorists, and a recent Wall Street Journal report later noted that Israel provided the intelligence for the attack.
"The U.S. ally complained to the United States that Mr. Waltz’s texts had become public. The Wall Street Journal’s reporting, if accurate, is deeply concerning. These developments underscore the need for the intelligence community, under your leadership, to conduct a parallel inquiry into the chat," the letter from Himes and 11 other members said to Gabbard on Monday.

The White House has already cleared up the matter of the group chat and moved on. "This case has been closed here at the White House, as far as we are concerned," White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said Monday.
However, the committee members believe the new information about a reaction from Israel warrants further investigation. "Since you and other intelligence community leaders testified about the group chat before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence last Wednesday, there have been new developments," the letter said.
The letter cited the Wall Street Journal's assertion that "Waltz sent texts on the Signal chain following the attack—noting the U.S. had ‘positive ID’ that the building in which the operative was located had collapsed—that may have been linked to information from that source." Himes and the undersignors noted that Israel was not happy that the information "became public."
According to the Wall Street Journal, Waltz gave specific information that was later disclosed to the public because of the Signal chat. "The first target—their top missile guy—we had positive ID of him walking into his girlfriend’s building and it is now collapsed," Waltz had written in the chat.
However, Waltz has insisted, "No classified information was included in the thread." Waltz added that "the messages have no locations, no sources and methods, and no war plans. Foreign partners had already been notified strikes were imminent."
National security is of the utmost importance, and a blunder like this one is certainly worth investigating. However, it appears the left is hammering President Donald Trump with this story for political points.
The Hill reported that Trump called out the media for this in a post to his Truth Social on Sunday, calling their "never-ending" fascination with it "old and boring." He lauded Senate Armed Services Committee member Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) for coming to his defense.
"A GREAT job by Senator Markwayne Mullin on beating back Kristen Welker’s, and the Radical Left’s Witch Hunt, on the never ending Signal story," Trump said Mullin's response to NBC's Welker. "They just don’t stop – Over and over they go!" Trump added.
"This story and narrative is so old and boring, but only used because we are having the most successful ‘First One Hundred Presidential Days’ in the history of America, and they can’t find anything else to talk about. The Fake News Media has the lowest Approval Ratings in history, and for good reason," Trump said.
Democrats and their accomplices in the media will continue to pursue this story as long as it is politically expedient. Though serious, this mishap certainly was not as severe as they're making it out to be to rile up their anti-Trump base.
An actress who once played a police officer on TV is now a suspect in a real-life case.
The one-time star of 1990s and early 2000s TV show "NYPD Blue" Kim Delaney was arrested on Saturday for charges of felony assault with a deadly weapon after a dispute with husband James Morgan turned physical.
Police were called to respond to a domestic disturbance at Delaney's residence on Saturday morning and arrested both partners after investigating. Morgan was charged with battery in the incident.
According to TMZ, paramedics also responded to check whether injuries had resulted, but both were medically cleared at the scene.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Delaney is still in custody, while Morgan posted $20,000 bail on Saturday.
Besides "NYPD Blue," Delaney also appeared in "CSI Miami," "Philly," "Army Wives," "The OC," and the soap opera, "All My Children."
For her portrayal of Detective Diane Russell in "NYPD Blue," she was awarded a 1997 Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.
It isn't her first time on the other side of the thin blue line; she was arrested in 2002 in Malibu for drunk driving and spent time in rehab for alcohol abuse the next year.
In 2024, a motorcyclist sued Delaney for allegedly fleeing the scene of an accident in L.A.
Morgan and Delaney celebrated their two-year wedding anniversary in October.
At the time, Delaney captioned a photo of Morgan hugging her, “A beautiful 2nd wedding anniversary!!! 10/11. And now anniversary weekend! Great memories! I love you, hubby-your wife for life.”
Just two weeks ago, Delaney posted a cozy social media photo of the two cuddled up together with the caption: "Pure love."
While it's possible that this is the first time the couple's interactions have turned physical, that's not usually the case by the time law enforcement gets involved.
It wasn't clear whether Delaney was defending herself against Morgan or whether she was the aggressor. She is likely still detained because of her prior criminal history and the seriousness of the charge against her.
President Donald Trump's picks to lead his administration are hitting home runs every single day, and FBI Director Kash Patel is at the top of the batting order with his success rate.
According to reports, DOJ documents were released this week detailing an impressive drug ring bust that unfolded in Lubbock, Texas recently, which included getting a staggering 20 alleged methamphetamine and fentanyl traffickers, who had suspected ties to Mexican drug cartels, off of U.S. streets.
Patel had celebrated the massive drug ring bust earlier in the week on social media.
The numerous arrests was the result of a nearly two-year investigation into the drug ring, according to DOJ documents.
Over the weekend, acting U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas Chad E. Meacham announced the bust and provided details of who was arrested and what charges they're facing.
The press release noted:
The arrests were the result of a two-year long investigation that began March 2023, during which law enforcement seized more than 43 kilograms of methamphetamine, 285.4 grams of fentanyl (approximately 1,902 pills), 335.5 grams of cocaine, 2,296.7 grams of marijuana, and six firearms.
Fifteen of those arrested for their alleged involvement appeared before a U.S. Magistrate Judge in Lubbock, Texas.

The DOJ report named those who were arrested, and nearly all of them were charged with drug trafficking charges, among other criminal offenses.
The Justice Department noted:
The arrest were part of a joint collaboration between FBI’s Dallas Field Office – Lubbock Resident Agency, the Texas DPS, the DEA’s Dallas Field Office – Lubbock Resident Office, the Caprock High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force, the U.S. Marshals Service, Homeland Security Investigations, the Lubbock Police Department, the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office, the Texas Anti-Gang Center, the Levelland Police Department and the Hockley County Sheriff’s Office.
Director Patel celebrated the bust earlier in the week on his X account.
"BREAKING: Tonight I can report yet another successful operation from our brave field agents and regional partners in our ongoing mission to break the drug Cartels. Earlier today, our teams executed a takedown and arrested 22 members of a narcotics trafficking ring in Lubbock, Texas — one who we believe to be working with the Mexican Cartels. Our @FBIDallas team did incredible work, partnering with Texas LEO, @DEAHQ, and others. These are the operations that mean safer streets for American families. And we are just getting started," Patel wrote.
"Send them to GITMO!" one X user wrote.
Another X user wrote, "I am liking these updates from FBI operations. Shows the FBI is working to keep America safe."
A Las Vegas man has been charged for using a Molotov cocktail to torch several Teslas at a local Tesla Collision Center last week.
36-year-old Paul Hyon Kim was arrested last Wednesday by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department after he used a Molotov cocktail to set five Tesla cars on fire at the dealership in what is being described as a politically motivated attack.
Kim has been hit with charges for crimes ranging from destruction of property, arson, and possessing a fire device, according to records from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
However, those charges are the least of Kim's worries as the Department of Justice is getting involved and Kim will also be facing federal charges.
Spencer Evans, the FBI agent-in-charge of the bureau's Las Vegas office, told reporters on Thursday that Kim's act of political violence, or terrorism, will land him a lengthy prison sentence.
In an address to the media, Evans stated, "There's nothing courageous or noble about firebombing private property and terrorizing your local community. The self-righteous mob that's cheering you on today to commit acts of violence on their behalf will leave you high and dry and forget about you tomorrow. And at the end of the day, you and you alone will be held responsible and face the prospect of a lengthy prison sentence."
Kim attempted to hide his identity when he attacked the Tesla dealership by concealing his face and wearing gloves and black clothing. He also damaged surveillance cameras with a rifle to further protect his identity, an effort that failed.
Five vehicles were destroyed in the attack, with another unlit Molotov cocktail found in another vehicle by police.
To confirm that this act of violence was political in nature, Kim spraypainted the leftist slogan "Resist" on the front doors of the dealership.
Police also confirmed that Kim has links to communist groups and Palestinian activist organizations, making it clear that this act of violence was political in nature, meaning Kim could face charges of domestic terrorism.
Terrorism is often defined as the use of violence and intimidation, often targeting innocent civilians, in order to achieve political aims. This factor is why the FBI is involved and why Kim could be going to prison for a very long time.
After discovering Kim's DNA at the scene, police searched his apartment and two vehicles, where they found multiple firearms, including rifles, a shotgun, a handgun, and gun parts, as well as ammunition.
The Trump administration is pursuing charges against multiple individuals for attacking Tesla cars and dealerships around the nation, and many charges carry a minimum penalty of five years and up to 20 years in prison for a range of violent acts.
Should terrorism be added onto these charges, that eliminates the possibility of parole or any early release for these offenders.
Considering the damage done by Kim and the overtly political nature of his attack, it is highly likely that he will be spending the next couple of decades locked up in a federal prison.

Joe Biden's dogs "Major" and "Commander" already are known to have attacked White House personnel, bitten Secret Service agents, and generally terrified staff members.
Now a new report confirms that the Bidens had a third dog, "Champ," that also posed a threat.
A report in the Washington Examiner outlines the details uncovered by Judicial Watch, a government watchdog organization.
The report describes "Champ," a German shepherd, as "so threatening that agents and outdoor staff were warned to stay away from the second family's yard when the dog was out, and, failing that, they were advised to yell the dog's name as he charged because he sometimes stopped when called."
Those threats erupted while Biden was vice president, while incidents involving "Major" and "Commander" happened later, in the White House.
Judicial Watch reported getting Secret Service emails outlining the dangers, through a Freedom of Information Act process.
Previous evidence showed that the other two Biden German shepherds, "Major" and "Commander" sometimes drew blood and ripped clothing, the report said.
"The attacks suggested that the Bidens were poor trainers and custodians of their pets. Judicial Watch had reported that the former president was, at times, cruel to his dogs. In one report, they quoted a source that said Biden 'punched and kicked his dogs,'" the Examiner explained.
Judicial Watch chief Tom Fitton explained, "\No wonder the Secret Service is a mess. Biden's dogs terrorized agents and White House personnel for a decade, and nothing was done about it until Judicial Watch exposed the dangerous scandal."
"Champ" was with the Bidens before he was elected president and moved into the White House with the family. He died in 2021.
A younger dog at the time, "Major" then succeeded, but was given to friends after being "aggressive around staff and security."
Later, "Commander" was brought in by the Bidens, and he "attacked agents 24 times while the Bidens lived in the White House."
Eventually, in 2023, he was "sent away."
Judicial Watch released documentation of multiple concerns:
In 2012 a worker complained, "I need a couple of days off! Champ just tried to attack me!"

U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem recorded a warning video to criminal aliens in the United States, urging them to self-deport. If not, she said, government authorities would "hunt you down, arrest you, and you could end up in this El Salvadorian prison."
The video was part of Noem's tour of the infamous facility, known as CECOT, El Salvador's Terrorism Confinement Center, where some of the recently deported are housed. According to the Trump administration, the deported illegal aliens are members of the Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua.

As cases of Tesla vandalism continue to rise across America, one case in New Hampshire was caught on video, with the suspected assailant in orange pants denying to police any involvement, while apparently still wearing the unmistakable orange pants.
"Our Tesla cyber truck was vandalized this weekend in NH," said @KerriLPouliot.
"While staying at our hotel, our vehicle was keyed within an hour of arriving.
"James 'Jim' Pelis & Chuck Smith either didn't know or didn't care that they would be recorded. Charges pending! Class A felony in NH."
Online journalist Collin Rugg gave his opinion of the suspect: "Total moron."
Meanwhile, in Wichita, Kansas, a wheelchair-bound Tesla owner is speaking out after her vehicle was keyed in the parking lot of an Olive Garden restaurant.
"Damaging a personal vehicle does not harm Elon [Musk]. If anything, it's giving him more money to fix the vehicle that you damaged. It's not damaging who you're thinking it is," Abigail Gill said.
"For this to be happening in Kansas, of all places, is super-shocking," she added.
Speaking to the still-at-large assailant, Gill said: "You have put a very big crisis on me because physically I am in a wheelchair."
"I just hope that he definitely gets the correct punishment. I hope he pays all of the damages. It is well over $1,000, possibly over $10,000 in damage."
Elon Musk said: "Wow, this was just mean & cruel!"
Libs of TikTok noted: "Democrats did this to a disabled woman. Democrat leadership incited this."
A mass shooting on Friday night at an unauthorized car show at Young Park in Las Cruces, New Mexico left a total of 18 people shot and three teen boys dead, Breitbart News reported.
According to police, two groups "with a history of problems with each other” showed up to the car show and an argument ensued between them.
The argument escalated to a shooting around 10 p.m, and police said they collected 50 to 60 shell casings at the scene after the shooting occurred.
“Today, we mourn a tragic, a senseless, a horrible event that happened in our city,” Las Cruces Mayor Eric Enriquez said on Saturday.
Las Cruces Police Chief Jeremy Story said that because of staffing issues, no police officers patrolled the park during the show, which had about 200 people attending.
“That area’s been trouble with crime more so in recent years,” Chief Story said. “They’ve kind of ebbed and flowed, partly with weather and other things. They’ve become an issue and dealt with, done some projects, they become less of an issue and then they pop back up again. Definitely a problem.”
Story said the gathering itself wasn't the problem, just the illegal activities and the presence of numerous firearms that can occur.
“If they were just gathering and nothing was occurring that was illegal, I have no problem with that. The problem is, what tends to occur is a lot of illegal behavior with the vehicles and then also, in this case, there were firearms throughout this entire event. Some that were used in the shooting and just people with firearms willie-nilly,” said Chief Story.
New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) said of the shooting, “These tragedies have to end. The amount of guns that find their ways into public parks and schools and churches and grocery stores and parties and cars must end.”
As a Democrat, Grisham probably thinks taking everyone's guns away is the answer.
New Mexico is an open carry state, but a license is needed for concealed carry.
It is a "must-issue" state, which means that if the individual meets the qualifications for concealed carry, they must be issued a license.
Still, it's important to realize that incidents like this are exceedingly rare, which is why the news covers them when they do happen.
