Democrats' multiple and ongoing attacks on the U.S. military, including the recent video from six Democrats in Congress telling soldiers to disobey President Trump's "illegal orders" without identifying any, is part of a scheme to return America to Joe Biden's "open borders" agenda.
That's the concern of Rep. Glenn Grothman, a Wisconsin Republican who earlier was integral in exposing how the Biden administration lost track of hundreds of thousands of migrant children who arrived illegally at America's border and were allowed in.
A report at Just the News explains Grothman charged, "They want to get out in front and make sure we don't enforce their immigration laws. It's that simple."
He continued, in his interview on the "Just the News, No Noise," television show, "We've got a situation [in which] about four times as many people every year are becoming new citizens compared to when you and I were children. I mean, way more people becoming citizens legally.
"But the Democrat Party – and this is a sign they want to destroy America – they want our immigration laws not enforced, and they want to make sure that our National Guard, whatever, does not enforce them."
He later added, after two members of the National Guard were shot by a terrorist in Washington:
"My prayers are with the National Guard members who were tragically killed in this horrific act of violence, and with their families during this unimaginable time. There is absolutely no place for this in our country. These guardsmen were simply doing their duty: protecting the American people and our nation's capital. I'm grateful for every individual who serves and stands guard to keep our communities safe," he said.
Grothman had used a House subcommittee earlier to reveal the Biden administration's negligence in losing track of migrant children who came to the U.S. without their parents.
The report noted he and other members of the GOP have been investigating the illegal results of unchecked illegal immigration, such as its unfair impact on American voters through unbalanced apportionment, their demands for programs requiring taxpayer dollars, and more.
He warned that the Democrats will return to an open borders agenda immediately if they return to positions to make those decisions.
The problem, he said, encompasses not just members of Congress but also governors, mayors, people in sanctuary cities, and more.
And it won't go well, he warned.
"If the Democrats take over again, go back to this idea of 2 million or 3 million people a year crossing the border, it's the end of the United States. But again, look at all the high-profile Democrats, in essence, saying we do not want our immigration laws enforced."
The six members of Congress who made the viral video are now under investigation, Sen. Mark Kelly by the Department of War since he's subject to recall to active duty, and the other five by the FBI.
Tragedy struck Colorado with the untimely death of a state senator in a horrific highway crash that has left the community reeling, as Breitbart reports.
On Wednesday night, Colorado State Sen. Faith Winter, a Democrat, lost her life in a devastating five-vehicle accident on Interstate 25 in Centennial, near Dry Creek Road, while at least three others sustained injuries.
Winter, 45, a mother of two, represented Broomfield and was in the final stretch of a 12-year tenure as a state lawmaker when this catastrophe unfolded.
The crash scene painted a grim picture, with photos revealing an overturned vehicle among the wreckage, a stark reminder of the violence of the collision.
Authorities from the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office reported that the exact cause of the multi-car pileup remains under investigation as of Wednesday evening, leaving more questions than answers for now.
After the accident, a section of I-25 near Dry Creek Road was shut down for several hours, only reopening just before midnight, as responders worked through the chaos.
Senator Winter’s family released a heartfelt statement, confirming her passing and expressing their profound grief over the loss of a beloved figure.
“It’s with the deepest sadness that the family of Senator Faith Winter confirms she passed away this evening,” the statement read. While they appreciate the public’s support, they’ve requested privacy during this painful time, a plea that deserves respect even if one disagrees with her political stances.
Gov. Jared Polis also weighed in on social media, offering condolences and praising Winter’s advocacy on issues like family policies and environmental causes.
“Our state is shaken by the loss of Senator Faith Winter, and I send my deepest condolences to her children, loved ones, friends, and colleagues across our state,” Polis wrote.
“Faith was a fierce advocate for hardworking Coloradans, women, and families, and our climate,” he continued, highlighting her long history of public service. While Polis lauds her progressive efforts, it’s worth noting that not all Coloradans aligned with her approach, especially on climate policies that often sparked debate over economic impacts.
Still, in a moment like this, political differences take a backseat to the human loss felt by her community and family, a reminder that life transcends partisan lines.
Senator Winter’s passing is a blow to Colorado, not just for her constituents but for anyone who values dedication in public service, even if her policies leaned toward a progressive agenda that some might question.
The injuries to at least three others in the crash underscore the broader toll of this tragedy, a ripple effect of pain on a quiet highway night.
As investigations continue into what caused this deadly collision, the state mourns a leader gone too soon, and one can only hope for clarity and healing for all affected by this heartbreaking event.
Another day, another wild claim from the mainstream media that’s got the White House rolling its eyes. President Donald Trump is reportedly mulling over firing FBI Director Kash Patel, or so says a recent MS NOW report that’s been met with a swift and sharp rebuttal. Let’s dive into this latest dust-up and separate fact from fiction.
The crux of this story is a clash between a sensational MS NOW piece alleging Trump’s frustration with Patel and a White House denial branding it as pure fabrication.
On Tuesday, MS NOW dropped a bombshell report asserting that President Trump was considering ousting FBI Director Kash Patel in the near future. The outlet leaned on three unnamed sources to fuel their narrative of discontent within the administration.
The report painted a picture of frustration, claiming Trump and his inner circle were fed up with negative headlines tied to Patel. Allegations swirled around Patel’s handling of FBI resources, including scrutiny over a security detail for his girlfriend and use of a government jet. MS NOW even suggested squabbles with other Trump loyalists were adding to the tension.
Going further, MS NOW claimed Trump and his aides were eyeing a replacement, naming top FBI official Andrew Bailey as a potential successor. Their sources hinted that Patel’s position was precarious, though they admitted Trump could easily shift course in the coming weeks. It’s the kind of speculative reporting that raises eyebrows—where’s the hard evidence?
“Trump and White House aides have confided to allies that the president is eyeing removing Patel and is considering top FBI official Andrew Bailey as the bureau’s new director, according to the three people,” MS NOW reported. If true, this would be a seismic shake-up, but unnamed sources and vague timelines make this feel more like gossip than gospel. The conservative instinct to question such narratives kicks in—show us the receipts.
Enter the White House, which didn’t just push back—it bulldozed the story with a full-throated denial. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt took to social media platform X to call the report “completely made up,” dismissing it as yet another example of agenda-driven journalism. It’s a familiar refrain for those weary of media overreach.
Leavitt didn’t stop at words; she shared a photo of Trump and Patel together, taken right in the Oval Office when the story broke. She recounted Trump laughing off the headline as “totally false” and snapping the picture to show support for Patel. This isn’t just a denial—it’s a public show of confidence that undercuts the entire premise.
“This story is completely made up,” Leavitt posted on X, driving the point home. For those of us skeptical of progressive-leaning outlets, this kind of direct rebuttal from the administration feels like a much-needed reality check. Why trust anonymous whispers over a firsthand account?
MS NOW, however, isn’t backing down despite the White House’s pushback. Correspondent Ken Dilanian went on air to double down, even joking that their story might have ironically secured Patel’s job by prompting this public support. It’s a cheeky spin, but does it hold water?
Dilanian claimed texts from FBI sources affirmed his reporting, saying he was “spot on” with the story. He reiterated that not just top Justice Department officials but also the White House and Trump himself were annoyed by Patel’s bad press. It’s a bold stance, but without named sources, it’s hard to take as more than speculation.
Adding a layer of complexity, Dilanian noted that Bailey, the alleged replacement, only joined the FBI recently and must clear a legal 90-day threshold before even being eligible for the director role. This tidbit raises questions about the feasibility of MS NOW’s claims—did they jump the gun on this narrative?
Amid the back-and-forth, a White House spokesperson described Patel as “a critical member of the president’s team,” praising his efforts to restore integrity to the FBI. This official stance aligns with the photo and Trump’s reported reaction, painting a picture of loyalty rather than discord. It’s a reminder that not every headline reflects reality.
For many conservatives, this saga is just another example of media outlets pushing divisive stories to undermine Trump’s administration. The focus on Patel’s supposed missteps feels like a distraction from the broader mission to reform federal agencies long criticized for bias. Shouldn’t the conversation be about results, not rumors?
Ultimately, this clash leaves readers to decide who to trust—the White House’s direct evidence or MS NOW’s shadowy sources. While the progressive media may relish stirring the pot, the administration’s response offers a counterpoint that’s hard to ignore. In a world of spin, sometimes a picture with the president speaks louder than anonymous whispers.
In a shocking act of violence just steps from the heart of American power, two West Virginia National Guard members were gunned down in a targeted ambush near the White House on the eve of Thanksgiving.
This brazen attack unfolded as the nation prepared for a holiday of gratitude, leaving two brave service members in critical condition and a suspect in custody.
The incident occurred on November 26, 2025, when the Guardsmen, part of a deployment of approximately 2,200 troops from multiple states in Washington, D.C., were patrolling near the White House.
According to the Metropolitan Police, the assailant emerged from around a corner, raised a firearm, and opened fire on the unsuspecting Guardsmen in what was clearly a deliberate strike.
The suspect, identified as 29-year-old Rahmanullah Lakanwal, an Afghan national who entered the U.S. after the Afghanistan withdrawal under humanitarian parole, was quickly subdued by law enforcement and taken into custody.
Authorities are now probing this chilling event as a potential act of international terrorism, raising urgent questions about security protocols and vetting processes for those entering the country under such policies.
President Donald Trump, speaking from Mar-a-Lago in Florida where he had traveled prior to the attack, condemned the shooting as a “savage attack” on the nation’s heroes.
“These two patriots were wearing the uniform of our country, patrolling the streets of our capital,” Trump declared, highlighting their selfless duty to protect against all threats, foreign and domestic.
His words carry a weight of righteous anger, and rightly so—when those who defend our freedoms are targeted, it’s an assault on every American value we hold dear.
Following the shooting, the White House was placed under immediate lockdown, a stark reminder of the vulnerability even in our most guarded spaces.
Trump has ordered the Department of Homeland Security to deploy an additional 500 troops to D.C., a move echoed by Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, who insisted that such violence will not weaken the city’s commitment to safety.
Hegseth’s point about the historic drop in crime rings true, but this incident is a gut punch—proof that evil doesn’t take a holiday, even as we strive for a safer capital.
Vice President JD Vance, speaking from Fort Campbell during the incident, called on all people of faith to pray for the wounded Guardsmen, describing them as the “sword and shield” of America.
West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey, after initially misreporting the Guardsmen’s condition, corrected the record to confirm they remain in critical condition, urging prayers for their families and the Guard community.
As the nation holds its breath for these brave souls, let’s remember that while progressive policies may falter in their execution, our resolve to honor and protect those who serve must never waver.
Imagine dining with family on Easter, only to have a prized possession snatched from under your nose—literally. That’s the unsettling reality Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem faced, according to Fox News, when her Gucci bag vanished from a Washington, D.C., restaurant.
Secretary Noem’s bag was stolen by Mario Bustamante-Leiva, a 49-year-old Chilean national, who has now pleaded guilty to a spree of thefts across the capital, including this high-profile incident, with potential deportation looming after sentencing.
This wasn’t just a petty grab-and-go. The theft happened while Noem enjoyed a family meal at The Capital Burger on Easter, with her bag sitting innocently on the floor beside her table. Security footage captured a man in an N95 mask, dark pants, and a baseball cap slipping out with the goods.
What was inside that Gucci bag? A staggering $3,000 in cash, Noem’s driver’s license, passport, medication, makeup, blank checks, DHS badge, apartment keys, and even a Louis Vuitton wallet. Talk about hitting the jackpot for a thief with sticky fingers.
Bustamante-Leiva didn’t stop at Noem’s belongings, though. Between April 12 and April 20, he allegedly targeted multiple victims at restaurants across Washington, D.C., snatching purses from chair backs and fleeing before anyone could blink. It’s a pattern that paints a picture of calculated opportunism, not a one-off mistake.
After each theft, he reportedly used stolen credit cards for fraudulent purchases. This isn’t just theft; it’s a full-on identity hijack, leaving victims to clean up the financial mess. How many hardworking folks had their trust violated in those few days?
Authorities arrested Bustamante-Leiva on April 26, thanks to a joint effort by the Metropolitan Police Department and the U.S. Secret Service. It’s a small comfort to know law enforcement can still nab someone with such audacity. But why was someone with this track record even here?
Federal authorities revealed a troubling past: eight prior convictions abroad and seven separate jail terms in Chile and the United Kingdom. This isn’t a first-time offender learning a hard lesson; it’s a seasoned criminal playing the same old game on new soil. One has to wonder about the vetting process that allowed this to slip through.
Bustamante-Leiva agreed to plead guilty to wire fraud, aiding and abetting, and first-degree theft on a recent Friday. The charges aren’t light—wire fraud alone could mean up to 20 years in prison and $250,000 in fines, while first-degree theft carries a potential 10 years and $25,000 penalty. Sentencing guidelines also suggest a fine up to $9,500, forfeitures around $3,174, and restitution to be decided by the judge.
Court filings paint a clear picture of what’s next for Bustamante-Leiva. “I am removable from the United States upon the completion of the sentence imposed in this case,” he acknowledged, per the documents. It’s a rare moment of accountability, though one wonders if it’s driven by genuine remorse or just legal inevitability.
That statement deserves a hard look. Deportation might sound like a tidy solution to some, but it also raises questions about why repeat offenders are able to enter and operate with such ease before facing consequences. Shouldn’t border security—ironically under Noem’s purview—catch these risks sooner?
Let’s not forget the human cost here. Secretary Noem, despite her powerful position, was a victim of a deeply personal violation, losing items that aren’t just valuable but critical to her daily life and security. It’s a humbling lesson that crime doesn’t care about titles or status.
For conservatives, this incident is a glaring neon sign pointing to broader failures in immigration enforcement and public safety. While progressive agendas often push for leniency, stories like this fuel the argument for stricter controls and accountability at our borders. It’s not about hostility—it’s about protecting citizens from preventable harm.
Still, there’s room for empathy even in frustration. Bustamante-Leiva’s actions are indefensible, but the system that allowed a man with such a record to roam free in our capital needs a serious overhaul. Let’s hope this case sparks real dialogue, not just soundbites.
In the end, this isn’t just about a stolen Gucci bag—it’s about trust, security, and the rule of law. As sentencing approaches, the nation watches to see if justice will be served and if lessons will be learned. One thing is certain: Washington, D.C., diners might think twice before leaving their belongings unguarded.

Two National Guard troops have been shot near the White House in what's being called a "targeted shooting" and ambush.
"This is a targeted shooting," Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser told reporters Wednesday afternoon.
Jeff Carroll, executive assistant chief of the Metropolitan Police Department, said: "It appears to be a lone gunman who ambushed these members of the National Guard."
NBC News reported: "Two senior U.S. law enforcement officials say that the man they believe is the suspect in today's National Guard shooting, used a handgun in the attack and has been initially identified as an Afghan national."
Bill Melugin of Fox News indicates: "Per multiple federal law enforcement sources, the suspect in custody for the shooting of two National Guard soldiers in DC is an Afghan national who entered the U.S. on 9/8/2021 as part of the Biden admin's Operation Allies Welcome in the aftermath of the US withdrawal from Afghanistan.
"I'm told his permission to be in the U.S. expired in September of this year, and he is now in the country illegally."
West Virginia Gov. Patrick Morrisey initially announced both members of the Guard have died from their gunshot wounds, but later retracted his statement.
"It is with great sorrow that we can confirm both members of the West Virginia National Guard who were shot earlier today in Washington, DC have passed away from their injuries," he originally said.
Morrisey then walked back his statement, offering a glimmer of hope: "We are now receiving conflicting reports about the condition of our two Guard members and will provide additional updates once we receive more complete information. Our prayers are with these brave service members, their families, and the entire Guard community."
The attack occurred about 2:15 p.m. outside the Farragut West metro station in Washington, just two blocks away from the White House.
The Associated Press reported: "A suspect, now in custody, was also shot and has injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening, according to a law enforcement official not authorized to discuss the matter publicly and who spoke to AP on condition of anonymity. One National Guard member was shot in the head, according to a person familiar with the details of the incident who spoke to AP on condition of anonymity."
For months now, National Guard troops have been helping patrol the city of Washington, D.C., at the behest of President Trump, and the crime rate in the nation's capital has decreased precipitously.
Trump posted his initial reaction on Truth Social, saying: "The animal that shot the two National Guardsmen, with both being critically wounded, and now in two separate hospitals, is also severely wounded, but regardless, will pay a very steep price.
"God bless our Great National Guard, and all of our Military and Law Enforcement. These are truly Great People. I, as President of the United States, and everyone associated with the Office of the Presidency, am with you!"
FBI Director Kash Patel indicated: "FBI is engaged and assisting with the investigation in Washington, D.C. after National Guard members were shot this afternoon. Please pray for them and we will update with more information as we are able."
Vice President JD Vance, addressing soldiers at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, said of the shooting: "It's a somber reminder that soldiers … are the sword and the shield of the United States of America."
"Thank them for what they're doing."
Journalist Benny Johnson noted: "Just a few days ago, six Democrats claimed President Trump was issuing 'unlawful' orders to the military and that troops must resist."
Members of the U.S. Secret Service were photographed Wednesday responding to the incident, Newsmax's Mike Carter posted on X. Fox News reported that one suspect is in custody.
DHS Secretary Kristi Noem posted on X to request prayer:

A U.S. congressional caucus, being labeled the "Seditious Six," released a video undermining the command structure of the U.S. military by telling soldiers they don't have to follow "illegal" orders from President Donald Trump, but refusing to identify any.
Already, the Pentagon is investigating one member, Democrat Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona, as he potentially could be recalled to active duty.
And now the FBI is working on interviewing the other five.
A report at KDVR television in Denver explained one of those other members, Democrat Rep. Jason Crow, confirmed that the FBI apparently is working on a possible inquiry.
Crow defended his apparent attempt to disrupt protocols already established in the military for illegal orders.
He claimed that President Donald Trump, who has warned that the traditional penalty for treason or sedition is serious, of using the FBI "as a tool to intimidate and harass members of Congress.'
Another video participant, Michigan Democrat Sen. Elissa Slotkin, claimed, "last night the counterterrorism division at the FBI sent a note to the members of Congress, saying they are opening what appears to be an inquiry against the six of us."
The six have been unable to interviews to identity what they think is an "illegal" order from the president, and their stunt largely is viewed as another political attack on Trump.
FBI chief Kash Patel said in an interview that since the controversy is "ongoing," he would not comment.
According to the Washington Examiner, Trump administration officials are calling the group the "Seditious six."
Others on video were Reps. Chris Deluzio, Pa., Maggie Goodlander, New Hampshire and Chrissy Houlahan, Pa., all Democrats.
From War Secretary Pete Hegseth was a statement, "The despicable video urging @DeptofWar troops to 'refuse illegal orders' may seem harmless to civilians — but it carries a different weight inside the military. This was a politically-motivated influence operation: It never named a specific 'illegal order.'"
He warned the statements created "ambiguity rather than clarity. It used carefully scripted, legal-sounding language. It subtly reframed military obedience around partisan distrust instead of established legal processes. In the military, vague rhetoric and ambiguity undermines trust, creates hesitation in the chain of command, and erodes cohesion. The military already has clear procedures for handling unlawful orders. It does not need political actors injecting doubt into an already clear chain of command. As veterans of various sorts, the Seditious Six knew exactly what they were doing — sowing doubt through a politically-motivated influence operation. The @DeptofWar won't fall for it or stand for it."
The DOW earlier confirmed it had gotten "serious allegations of misconduct" against Kelly.
"In accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 688, and other applicable regulations, a thorough review of these allegations has been initiated to determine further actions, which may include recall to active duty for court-martial proceedings or administrative measures. This matter will be handled in compliance with military law, ensuring due process and impartiality."
The DOW pointed out the law bars "actions intended to interfere with the loyalty, morale, or good order and discipline of the armed forces. … All servicemembers are reminded that they have a legal obligation under the UCMJ to obey lawful orders and that orders are presumed to be lawful."
Imagine a 20-year-old with a keyboard full of venom, openly plotting violence against political figures, and the FBI somehow misses every glaring red flag.
That’s the heart of the shocking case of Thomas Crooks, who attempted to assassinate the then-presumptive GOP presidential nominee during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, the New York Post reported.
Despite a trail of extremist social media posts, the Bureau failed to act before his violent intentions became reality.
Retired FBI Assistant Director Chris Swecker has stepped forward with sharp criticism, claiming the Bureau had countless opportunities to intervene before Crooks struck.
“It’s clear that he was popping off on the social media sites and saying things that should have garnered attention,” Swecker said.
Yet, the FBI seemingly ignored the warnings, perhaps too eager to paint Crooks as a simple far-right lone wolf instead of confronting the complex truth.
Crooks’ online presence was a glaring danger sign, filled with calls for terrorism-style attacks and targeted violence against government officials.
One chilling post suggested members of Congress deserved a “quick, painful death,” showcasing a mind bent on destruction.
If even half of these rants were real, as Swecker emphasized, how did the FBI fail to spot this walking red alert?
Swecker didn’t hold back on the FBI’s handling post-incident, criticizing the investigation under former Director Christopher Wray for its lack of openness.
This secrecy, he argued, only fueled wild conspiracy theories in the absence of clear facts from the Bureau.
“A little bit of transparency goes a long way in these types of investigations,” Swecker noted, urging the FBI to involve the public by sharing more about such threats.
Beyond internal missteps, Swecker highlighted a terrifying reality: Crooks’ radicalization exposes how foreign adversaries could exploit social media to weaponize troubled individuals.
With groups like ISIS already mastering online radicalization, nations like Russia, China, or Iran could easily follow, turning the internet into a battlefield for inciting violence.
Americans must stay vigilant to dangerous online rhetoric, Swecker advised, though without becoming a society of overzealous informants—balance is key.

PALM BEACH, Florida – President Donald Trump is not letting up in his battle against Democrats urging members of the U.S. military and intelligence community to refuse to obey orders from the commander in chief, launching a fresh barrage of criticism in all capital letters.
"THE TRAITORS THAT TOLD THE MILITARY TO DISOBEY MY ORDERS SHOULD BE IN JAIL RIGHT NOW, NOT ROAMING THE FAKE NEWS NETWORKS TRYING TO EXPLAIN THAT WHAT THEY SAID WAS OK. IT WASN'T, AND NEVER WILL BE!" Trump exclaimed late Saturday night on Truth Social.
"IT WAS SEDITION AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL, AND SEDITION IS A MAJOR CRIME. THERE CAN BE NO OTHER INTERPRETATION OF WHAT THEY SAID!"
In a follow-up message, also in all capital letters, Trump added: "MANY GREAT LEGAL SCHOLARS AGREE THAT THE DEMOCRAT TRAITORS THAT TOLD THE MILITARY TO DISOBEY MY ORDERS, AS PRESIDENT, HAVE COMMITTED A CRIME OF SERIOUS PROPORTION!"
His new comments come on the heels of last week's comments in which Trump slammed the "SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!"
U.S. Sen. Mark Kelly, D-Ariz., pushed back against Trump, saying, "I know a little bit about political violence. My wife Gabby [Giffords] was nearly assassinated. She was shot in the head because of political violence. She nearly died."
When asked by a CBS News reporter if the president actually wanted to execute members of Congress, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said no.
"The sanctity of our military rests on the chain of command and if that chain of command is broken, it can lead to people getting killed, it can lead to chaos," Leavitt explained.
Noting the U.S. has 1.3 million active-duty service members, she added, "If they hear this radical message from sitting members of Congress, that could inspire chaos and it could incite violence and it could certainly disrupt the chain of command."
Appearing on "Sunday Morning Futures" with Maria Bartiromo on the Fox News Channel, Senate Majority Whip John Barrasso, R-Wyo., called the Democrats' strategy "dangerous," noting, "These are the same Democrats who have doing everything they can to undermine the president. … Every one of them voted for the shutdown."
As WorldNetDaily reported last week, a handful of Democrats in Congress who served in the U.S. military and intelligence community raised eyebrows with a new video encouraging current service members to refuse to follow "illegal orders" issued by the administration of President Donald Trump.
"We want to speak directly to members of the military and the intelligence community who take risks each day to keep Americans safe," the lawmakers say, taking turns in brief clips. "We know you are under enormous stress and pressure right now."
"This administration is pitting our uniformed military and intelligence-community professionals against American citizens. Like us, you all swore an oath to protect and defend this Constitution. Right now, the threats to our Constitution aren't just coming from abroad, but from right here at home.
"Our laws are clear. You can refuse illegal orders. You can refuse illegal orders. You must refuse illegal orders. No one has to carry out orders that violate the law or our Constitution.
"We know this is hard and that it's a difficult time to be a public servant. But whether you're serving in the CIA, the Army, our Navy, the Air Force, your vigilance is critical and know that we have your back. Because now, more than ever, the American people need you. We need you to stand up for our laws, our Constitution and who we are as Americans."
The video concludes with the message: "Don't give up the ship."
Democrats featured in the video are Sen. Elissa Slotkin of Michigan, a former CIA officer; Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona, a former Navy captain and astronaut; Rep. Chris Deluzio of Pennsylvania, a former Navy officer; Rep. Maggie Goodlander of New Hampshire, a former intelligence officer in the Navy Reserve; Rep. Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, a former Air Force officer; and Rep. Jason Crow of Colorado, a former paratrooper and Army Ranger.
Stephen Miller, Trump's deputy chief of staff for policy and homeland security, said: "Democrat lawmakers are now openly calling for insurrection."
President Donald Trump has terminated Temporary Protected Status for Somali migrants in Minnesota after news broke of a billion-dollar fraud scandal.
It turns out that the massive Somali community in Minnesota was engaged in a giant money laundering scheme that defrauded government programs of billions of dollars.
Of course, it doesn't stop there, as counter-terrorism officials discovered that some of the money had been sent back to Somalia to the terrorist organization Al-Shabaab.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump wrote, "Minnesota, under Governor Waltz, is a hub of fraudulent money laundering activity. I am, as President of the United States, hereby terminating, effective immediately, the Temporary Protected Status (TPS Program) for Somalis in Minnesota. Somali gangs are terrorizing the people of that great State, and BILLIONS of Dollars are missing."
Concerns about Minnesota's massive Somali community that is effectively taking over areas of Minnesota and forming enclaves have been rising for some time. Now those concerns have been validated with the discovery of fraud and terrorist funding.
A report from the City Journal explained that, "Billions in taxpayer dollars have been stolen during the administration of Governor Tim Walz alone. Democratic state officials, overseeing one of the most generous welfare regimes in the country, are asleep at the switch. And the media, duty-bound by progressive pieties, refuse to connect the dots."
Remember, this is the same Tim Walz that Democrats thought would make a good Vice President of the United States last year. Minnesota is entirely run by Democrats, so the blame for this horrific scandal falls firmly on their shoulders.
The Journal continued, "Federal counterterrorism sources confirm that millions of dollars in stolen funds have been sent back to Somalia, where they ultimately landed in the hands of the terror group Al-Shabaab. As one confidential source put it: “The largest funder of Al-Shabaab is the Minnesota taxpayer."
For those who aren't aware, Al-Shabaab is responsible for the death of thousands of Somali's over the past two decades. It speaks volumes that Somalians coming to the U.S., seemingly to escape terrorism, are sending money back to this organization.
Ending TPS status for these migrants is the only sensible course of action for the White House. Any Somali immigrant sending money back home to fund terrorism there has no place in the United States.
The extent of these fraud schemes also remains to be fully unearthed, and some suspect it could go all the way to the top with Democrat officials being involved.
The City Journal's report noted that under the state's Democrat leadership, Somali scammers took advantage of the state's Medicaid Housing Stabilization Services program, which launched in 2021 with expenses expected to ring in at $2.6 million. The program paid out $21 million in its first year. In the following years, the program ballooned to $42 million, then $74 million, and then $104 million.
U.S. attorney Joe Thompson said during a press conference that, "What we see are schemes stacked upon schemes, draining resources meant for those in need. It feels never ending. I have spent my career as a fraud prosecutor, and the depth of the fraud in Minnesota takes my breath away.”
This kind of fraud and corruption doesn't happen without the participation of government officials in Tim Walz's administration. Every single one of those officials must be held accountable and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
