Former President Donald Trump paid special tribute to the person who produced the chart that caused him to turn his head away from a would-be assassin's bullet, the New York Post reported. Trump called the unnamed woman a "computer genius" and invited her on stage during his rally in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on Wednesday.

During a July 13 rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks fired a shot likely aimed at the former president's head. However, a split-second change in the position of his head to review the chart saved the former president's life.

"I love that chart. I’m going to sleep with that chart for the rest of my life," Trump, who is the GOP presidential nominee, quipped at Wednesday's rally.

Saving Grace

At Wednesday's event, Trump began speaking about illegal immigration and asked for the same chart showing the numbers that became his saving grace earlier this month. "You know, this chart saved my life," Trump said as the crowd cheered.

"Where is that chart? I love that chart," he added. "I’m going to sleep with that chart for the rest of my life. That chart … you know the amazing thing? You know, the people that operate the computers and all the brilliant equipment we have backstage," Trump said.

He then invited the young woman, who he credits for the chart, to come up on stage. "She’s never done this before. She saved my life in a sense," Trump said.

"I said you saved my life. Here she is. Wow," the former president added. It appeared Trump asked her if she wanted to say anything to the crowd. She shook her head no, but then Trump whispered into her ear. The woman then approached the microphone and said, "Hi."

"She’s a computer genius. She saved my life," Trump said.

Timing is Everything

It's amazing what a difference a split-second movement made for Trump. Instead of taking a kill shot to the head, Trump's ear was clipped by Crooks' bullet only because the former president turned to look at the chart at the last moment.

Aaron Cohen, veteran of the Israeli Special Operations, later explained to Fox News' Trace Gallagher exactly how close to death Trump was that day. "God must have been watching down on the president," Cohen said.

"Snipers are typically trained to shoot into the cerebral cortex of the cerebellum at the top of the brain stem. It incapacitates you, it keeps your hands from moving," Cohen explained. Crooks had an easy and direct shot, which Cohen called "a putt," but he missed it.

"It's very clear to me that had the president's head been straight, and if that round had gone into the ear, it would have been lights out. The fact that he just happened to be turned this way with that shot coming in is what saved his life," Cohen added.

It was a miracle that Trump's life was spared that day. Despite all of the security failures and the determination of one dangerous young man, Trump lived to tell the tale because he turned his head just in time.

In a recent Senate hearing, Republican senators condemned the Secret Service's leadership for their opaque handling of an assassination attempt on President Donald Trump and suggested that the Secret Service might have let Trump be shot.

The shooting occurred on July 13, with the Senate convening on July 30 to scrutinize the Secret Service’s response. Acting Director Ronald Rowe and Deputy Director Paul Abbate faced a volley of questions concerning the security lapses that led up to the incident.

During the hearing, the Secret Service leadership, including former chief Kimberly Cheatle, was severely criticized. Senators questioned the readiness and efficacy of the agency, pointing out the need for sweeping reforms.

Senators Demand Clarity and Accountability

Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS) expressed deep concern about the high turnover and perceived leadership failures within the Secret Service. He shared that the incident had sparked widespread outrage among his constituents. "The Secret Service is negligent, incompetent. And there’s a cultural failure within their organization," Marshall stated emphatically.

His sentiments were echoed by other senators, including Sen. Ron Johnson, who criticized the Secret Service for not providing detailed and immediate information about the incident. "Their officials just gave us the big middle finger," Johnson remarked. He insisted on rapid interviews with involved personnel, stressing that "We need those interviews fast. We need them now because memories fade, memories can be influenced."

Dispute Over Initial Reports

Further complicating the situation was the correction of initial misinformation by Sen. Marsha Blackburn regarding the political affiliations of the would-be assassin. "What we have was an assassination attempt on President Trump. And we want to know what happened," Blackburn demanded.

Sen. Ted Cruz accused the Secret Service of being politically biased and not straightforward in their communications. He highlighted a misleading tweet by a Secret Service spokesperson in the aftermath of the attack. "Apparently, in the Biden Secret Service, the buck stops nowhere. Nobody has responsibility," Cruz declared.

Critique of Secret Service Protocols

Concerns about the operational protocols of the Secret Service were prominently raised by Sen. Mike Lee. He criticized the preparedness and the agency's response to the prior identification of the shooter. "Remember, King David didn’t personally kill Uriah the Hittite. But he let him go out into a battlefield where he knew there was an imminent risk of great bodily injury. And he made sure he didn’t have adequate protection. We’ve got to get to the bottom of these questions to make sure that Donald Trump was not intended to be a Uriah the Hittite," Lee stated.

This biblical analogy underscored the gravity with which senators viewed the potential negligence at play. It brought to light concerns over whether there was an intentional lack of protection for the former president.

Call for Immediate Improvements

The collective discontent among the senators was palpable, with calls for an overhaul of Secret Service practices and an immediate enhancement of security measures to prevent future incidents.

The need for a transparent investigation into the events of July 13 was a recurring theme throughout the hearing. Senators from both sides of the aisle voiced a strong desire for accountability and clear answers from the Secret Service.

Senate Scrutinizes Secret Service Response

The examination of the Secret Service's actions and decisions in the wake of the assassination attempt has only begun. With the demand for accountability and transparency, the Senate looks to ensure that such failures are rectified.

As the investigation progresses, further details about the assassination attempt and the Secret Service's response are expected to emerge, potentially leading to significant changes within the agency.

Conclusion: A Call for Transparency and Reform

In conclusion, the Senate hearing highlighted a critical need for reform within the Secret Service following the assassination attempt on President Trump. The criticism from Republican senators centered on the agency's lack of transparency and accountability, demanding not only a thorough investigation but also immediate improvements to ensure the president's safety. The ongoing scrutiny of the Secret Service is expected to bring about pivotal changes in its operational protocols and leadership structure.

Cheree Peoples' daughter Shayla has sickle cell anemia and during the 2013 school year missed 20 days of classes because of chronic pain.

So Kamala Harris, then the prosecuting attorney there in California, sent her to jail.

Peoples publicly opposed Harris' failed bid for the Democratic nomination for president when she launched a short-lived campaign for the 2020 vote, and again is online with her warning, as Harris appears to be the Democratic Party's replacement for the mentally failing Joe Biden.

In an online video, she includes short pieces of video of her daughter, weeping and moaning in pain, because of her illness that caused her to miss school that year.

She has posted online a discussion of nearly two hours describing her situation.

She's told her story multiple times:

The Free Beacon reported Peoples' jailing came after Harris put parents "on notice," that if their children missed school, the parents would be in jail.

It was under that anti-truancy agenda from Harris that Peoples was jailed.

The report explained, "But Peoples was not some deadbeat parent allowing her children to play hooky. Her daughter Shayla has sickle cell anemia, a rare genetic condition that afflicts its sufferers with chronic pain. After Shayla, then 11 years old, missed 20 days of school in 2013, police officers arrested Cheree for violating the truancy law, a misdemeanor that carried a $2,500 fine and up to one year in jail"

Peoples had an infant son at the time she was arrested, and she spent years fighting the court system to clear her record.

On a new Twitter broadcast, she said, "It hurts that some of the policies in which [Harris] governed has criminalized people like me."

Peoples explains Harris' attacks "fell hardest" on groups of people like single mothers, the poor, and others already facing obstacles to pursuing an ideal education setup.

Peoples already had addressed concerns over her daughter's education, with a plan with the local school district to make allowances for children with disabilities.

"Peoples was ultimately arrested after she declined to take Shayla to school to prove to administrators her daughter was truly sick," the report confirmed.

Peoples confirmed she's not a Donald Trump supporter, but still resents the two-and-a-half-year fight she was forced to fight.

"I'm a mom that's just trying to take care of her daughter, trying to make a way like everybody else."

Pro-abortion radicals were enraged when the Supreme Court struck down the faulty Roe decision from 1973, the leftist ruling that created out of nothing in the Constitution the federal "right" to abortion.

Some got violent.

And now some of those have pleaded guilty to felony counts for vandalizing a crisis pregnancy center.

report from the Florida Capital Star explains four members of "Jane's Revenge" have admitted to threatening and vandalizing those centers across Florida.

It was Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody who filed court action against several defendants, Caleb Freestone, Amber Marie Smith-Stewart, Annarella Rivera and Gabriella Victoria Oropesa.

They faced charges of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.

It actually was the first time a state attorney general used the law to hold protesters of pregnancy care centers accountable, the report explained.

The administration of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris has used the law often, but those attacks have been almost exclusively on those who protest the abortion industry's wanton destruction of the unborn. In fact, the Biden-Harris DOJ has sent multiple individuals, including grandmothers, to prison for extended terms because they sought to protect the unborn.

The law provides for civil and criminal penalties for those who "by force or threat of force … intentionally … intimidates or interferes with or attempts to … intimidate or interfere with any person because that person is or has been … providing reproductive health services."

The report explains the defendants vandalized at least three pregnancy resource centers in Florida.

Their destruction included spray paying slogans such as "If abortions aren't safe, neither are you."

They will be ordered to pay restitution, and they could face up to 10 years in prison at sentencing.

Further, they will be banned forever from being within 100 feet of crisis pregnancy centers.

In a statement, Moody said, "We will not allow radicals to threaten and intimidate women seeking help from crisis pregnancy centers or the counselors and health care professionals serving these women and their babies. In Florida, illegal actions have consequences, and I am proud of the work our attorneys did in this case to make sure these extremists were held accountable."

Is the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump somehow connected to a significant event in the Holy Bible?

Jonathan Cahn, an American Messianic rabbi and best-selling author, believes there may be a divine tie.

In a new video posted online (and below), Cahn examines the consecration of the priest Aaron by his brother Moses in the Old Testament, with the anointing of blood on the ear, thumb, and toe of the priest, as was seemingly echoed during the July 13 shooting of Trump during a political rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

"What happened on July 13 was unique, and to have the bullet miss Trump's head by centimeters is striking. And to have it miss his head by seconds, turning, or a second is striking," Cahn says.

"And to have it just touch his ear, and since the Bible does say something about blood on the ears, could there be something to this? Could God use a biblical sign of consecration to speak to a leader or nation concerning consecration?"

Cahn noted how the Book of Leviticus describes the rite of consecrating, or setting apart for God's purpose, a priest:

"And he brought the other ram, the ram of consecration: and Aaron and his sons laid their hands upon the head of the ram.

"And he slew it, and Moses took of the blood of it, and put it upon the tip of Aaron's right ear, and the thumb of his right hand and the great toe of his right foot.

"And he brought Aaron's sons, and Moses put of the blood upon the tip of their right ear, and upon the thumbs of their right hands, and the great toes of their right feet: and Moses sprinkled the blood upon the altar round about." (Leviticus 8:22-24 KJV)

Cahn then explained when Trump was initially shot, "He raises the thumb and his hand to the blood of his ear."

"Note in Leviticus, the order is: the blood is first on the tip of the right ear, and then second, the blood goes on to the right hand. And that's exactly the order in which this happened, the right ear and the right hand."

Cahn also noted: "The [ancient] anointing of blood takes place publicly before all, just as did the placing of blood on Trump's ear and his hand. It takes place before an assembly, it takes place before the world."

Beyond the blood being on the hand and ear, Cahn recounted how the blood on the toe is also mentioned in Scripture, and that was likely fulfilled on the bloody stage where Trump stood.

"Something happened," Cahn said. "As Trump goes down, his shoes are removed. Now when have you ever seen something like this happen? He said blood was everywhere. Blood would have dripped on the stage. Without shoes, stepping on the place where the blood had dripped, the blood could now touch his feet, even through his socks."

"The consecration of the priest happens with the shoes removed. The removal or the absence of the shoes was part of the consecration of the priest. So Trump's shoes were removed."

"When the blood was applied to the ear and the thumb and the foot, the shoes had been removed. The priest was shoeless. So Trump was shoeless when the blood was touching at every point."

"After the priest is anointed with blood on his ear, on his thumb and his toe, that the sacrifice with its blood is placed in his hands, and with his hands he waves it. Waves it. Now after all this happened to Trump, he took his right hand that had touched the blood, and he waved his hand for the world to see."

As far as what the significance of this biblical connection might be, Cahn stated:

"The event in the Scripture was the ordination or consecration of the priest. And only after going through this, can the priest be sent into his office, into his ministry. Notice when this event happened to Trump. It happened on the last Sabbath before the nomination of Donald Trump to the office of the presidency."

"Could God have also set his ordaining by replaying the rite of the ordaining of the priest, setting them to take the office to begin their ministry?"

"Could this be the beginning of his completion of true consecration to be as the priests were, vessels of God's purposes, to truly turn his heart to God to put everything away that's not God, [and] serve him with all his heart?"

"Could Trump even become, in a sense, a sort of priest, as the president does represent the nation, the priest does represent his nation? And as believers, we're all to be priests.

"Could it be to help bring a nation to God's will? The priest was to bring a nation to God and consecrate it to God. Could God be speaking to a nation, like America, that He wants it to return, to be consecrated to Him?"

"The blood of the consecration comes from the sacrifice, and the sacrifices of Leviticus are all shadows of Messiah's sacrifice on the cross. Trump could only be consecrated by the blood of the sacrificed Messiah. Pray for that.

"Pray that Trump, more than fulfilling his plan, his own will, will fulfill God's plan and will, that he'll give himself to the purposes of God. Does he have to? No, he has a choice. That's why we need to pray.

"Does he have to become president? No. That's why we need to pray and vote. God has a perfect will and calls us to it, but we each have the choice to respond."

Fox News Sunday host Shannon Beam hammered Department of Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg on Democrats' mishandling of illegal immigration, the Daily Caller reported. Buttigieg and others are attempting to rewrite history on the issue for presumptive presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris.

Shortly after his inauguration, President Joe Biden put Harris in charge of fixing the illegal immigration problem at the U.S.-Mexico border. She did nothing to stop migrants flowing in by the millions, and Democrats have paid the price.

Now that Harris has replaced Biden as the Democratic candidate for president, party surrogates have been out in full force to convince Americans that she never really was in charge anyway. Buttigieg was following those marching orders when he downplayed migrant crime, but Beam schooled him on Sunday's program.

Deadly Consequences

In an attempt to steer away from talking about Harris' part in the crisis, Buttigieg disputed a point about migrant crime made at the Republican National Convention earlier this month. Buttigieg tried to say claims about crime caused by illegal immigrants are overblown, to which Beam shot back that victims would "still be alive" if criminals weren't allowed in to begin with.

“I saw something else really important happening at the Republican National Convention on the border and the talk about immigration, which we all recognize as a problem. Which is, they try to paint this narrative that if you live somewhere far from the border and immigration hasn’t impacted you personally, you need to think that immigration is a driver of crime," Buttigieg claimed.

"That was the real message. Immigration leads to crime," Buttigieg added.

“Well, there are blue state governors and mayors who say that every state is a border state now. That’s Democrats," Beam shot back while Buttigieg tried to talk over her.

"Yeah, now they’re saying, but what the false message of the RNC was that this was leading to an increase in crime," Buttigieg claimed, trying to pivot to statistics that can be manipulated. Instead, Beam plainly said that if these criminal migrants had "not been in this country illegally, people would still be alive."

Rewriting History

The Democratic Party knows that Americans are frustrated with the problems brought on by illegal immigration. They also know that it falls squarely at the feet of Harris, who was charged with fixing the problem.

Fox News reported that in March 2021, Biden tapped Harris to determine why there was mass migration from Central and South America in hopes of stopping it. From then on, Harris was known as the "border czar."

Though the administration rejected that moniker, friends and foes alike used it when referring to Harris. However, with her new role as electoral savior of the Democratic Party after Biden dropped out of the presidential race, the media has launched a coordinated effort to rewrite history.

One of the news outlets that tried and failed was Axios which claimed that "the Trump campaign and Republicans have tagged Harris repeatedly with the 'border czar' title — which she never actually had." Unfortunately, the internet is forever and people quickly found examples from their own reporting using that title.

Democrats are weak on the border issue as it is, but especially Harris who was specifically tasked with fixing it. She may have Buttigieg and all of the rest in her corner, but what she doesn't have on her side is the truth.

The New York Times got access to texts between members of the Beaver County Emergency Service Unit before the shooting of former President Donald Trump that show shooter Thomas Matthew Crooks was seen as a suspicious person almost 100 minutes before the shooting occurred.

“Someone followed our lead and snuck in and parked by our cars just so you know,” a counter-sniper texted a colleague at 4:26 p.m.

Another counter-sniper took pictures of Crooks at 5:38 p.m. and sent them to a group chat.

One of the texts suggested letting the Secret Service know about the suspicious person since he was aiming his rangefinder at the stage of the rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on July 13.

Huge failure

“Kid learning around the building we are in. AGR I believe it is,” the text reads. “I did see him with a range finder looking towards stage. FYI. If you wanna notify SS snipers to look out. I lost sight of him.”

Around 6:00 p.m., the members said they thought he had moved away from the event, but that was only a guess--and it was dead wrong.

Crooks was already on the roof at that time, and it was only a few minutes later that he shot Trump and several rallygoers, killing one and injuring two others.

Trump's Secret Service detail said it had not received reports of a suspicious person prior to spotting Crooks on the roof just minutes before the shooting.

Taken down too late

Crooks was shot down by Secret Service counter-snipers moments after firing on Trump, but it is unclear why he wasn't shot down before he could shoot.

Rallygoers near the roof where Crooks was located shouted at police to alert them of his presence several minutes before Trump was shot, slightly injuring his ear.

While Trump escaped serious injury or death, firefighter Corey Comperatore lost his life after he threw himself over his wife and daughter's bodies to shield them from the bullets.

It seems that all of it could have been prevented if police and the Secret Service were doing their jobs and communicating effectively in those 90-plus minutes before the shooting occurred.

The security failures were obviously multi-layered, and have already caused Secret Service director Kimberly Cheatle to resign over the debacle.

There is still no known motive for the shooting.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals is being challenged to confirm that children in America have constitutional rights, too.

This was after a lower court allowed a school unfettered permission to punish kids for their self-expression.

"School administrators are state actors who wield extraordinary power over the families of more than 65 million children attending public schools. They must not be allowed to punish children on a whim whenever their hypersensitive political views are offended," explained Dean McGee, a lawyer at the Liberty Justice Center.

The organization has filed a friend-of-the-court brief in the case on behalf of student B.B.

"B.B. was in first grade when her California school introduced her to 'Black Lives Matter' – a phrase rooted in the complex, controversial topic of racial discrimination in American policing. Empathizing with a classmate, B.B. drew a picture of their group with the phrase 'Black Lives Matter' [sic], adding 'any life' below it," the legal team explained.

"Conflating the first grader's innocent use of 'any life' with the politicized phrase 'All Lives Matter,' school administrators forced B.B. to publicly apologize, prohibited her from drawing at school, and forced her to sit on the bleachers during recess for weeks. The school never told B.B.'s family about the punishments. When they eventually learned what had happened from another parent over a year later, B.B.'s family sued the school for violating her First Amendment rights."

The lower court dismissed the case, essentially depriving students of that age of constitutional rights.

The Liberty Justice Center's filing warns that "students' constitutional rights are threatened by near-total deference to school administrators, highlighting the harm that can arise from suspensions, public shaming, and other harsh disciplinary methods."

WND had reported when David Carter, a district judge, ruled against students' rights.

The judge noted the student was "too young to have First Amendment rights."

The girl's family filed a lawsuit last year against the Capistrano Unified School District over the deprivation of rights.

They charged, "Students have the right to be free from speech that denigrates their race while at school" and that the girl was not protected by the First Amendment because of her age.

Carter had claimed, "An elementary school … is not a marketplace of ideas… Thus, the downsides of regulating speech there is not as significant as it is in high schools, where students are approaching voting age and controversial speech could spark conducive conversation."

The report explained that B.B. had given the image to a friend, who took it home, and that the friend's parents were offended by the child's drawing. They complained to the school and demanded action.

Lawyer Caleb Trotter, on behalf of the student, said, "If that view is allowed to survive and spread, the speech rights of countless elementary students around the country could be at risk. That was what concerned me."

The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Christopher Wray recently suggested that former President Donald Trump was not struck by a bullet from the would-be assassin's gun, which caused a firestorm of backlash.

In recent days, the FBI released a statement confirming that he was, in fact, hit by a bullet, sparking a reply from Trump in which he "accepted" the federal law enforcement agency's "apology," Breitbart reported.

Trump's critics and some in Congress had floated a conspiracy that Trump wasn't shot, despite clear evidence to the contrary.

The FBI's statement vindicated Trump, but it was also what everyone who has seen the videos and iconic photographs already knew.

What happened?

In previous testimony before Congress, Director Wray suggested that Trump might not have been struck by the shooter's bullet, but didn't clarify what else it could have been.

"With respect to former President Donald Trump, there’s some question about whether or not it’s a bullet or shrapnel that hit his ear," Wray said at the time.

Breitbart noted:

While speaking at Turning Point USA’s Believers’ Summit in West Palm Beach on Friday, Trump spoke about how an immigration chart that he had turned to look at, “saved” his life and how the FBI had made remarks raising doubts about whether Trump had actually been shot by a bullet.

At the Turning Point summit, Trump mentioned the controversy and said he "accepts" the FBI's apology after the statement was released.

"Did you see the FBI today apologized," Trump said. "They said, 'Well, it might’ve been a bullet, but it might’ve been glass.’ So, really, where did the glass come from? ‘Or, it might’ve been shrapnel,’ where did the shrapnel come from?"

Trump used the moment to slam the FBI, even mentioning the raid on his Mar-a-Lago residence with regard to the classified documents probe.

"They then said there was a bullet," Trump added. "It just never ends with these people. They raid Mar-a-Lago, they do things so bad, so bad. Our country is so sick. But, they apologized. We accept their apology."

Social media reacts

Users across social media reacted to Trump's speech, with many of them slamming the FBI for its initial suggestion.

"Oh look, the FBI is just as useless as local law enforcement and SS-ervice Thanks for confirming what we always knew," one X user wrote.

Another X user wrote, "Question should be. Why on earth would they want to minimize it? Why?"

The FBI confirmed that former President Donald Trump was “struck” by a “bullet” at his rally in Butler, Pennsylvania after FBI Director Christopher Wray downplayed the attempt on Trump's life.

To no one's surprise, Wray and the rest of the bureaucratic state, in alignment with Democrats, are trying to downplay the fact that Trump was nearly killed by an assassin. Democrats are desperate to regain the "moral" high ground and suggesting that Trump was hit by shrapnel and not a bullet is one of the ways in which they are downplaying the event.

Wray told lawmakers that, "With respect to former President Trump, there’s some question about whether or not it’s a bullet or shrapnel that hit his ear."

"With respect" looks so damning after the FBI issued a statement following Wray's comment saying, "What struck former President Trump in the ear was a bullet, whether whole or fragmented into smaller pieces, fired from the deceased subject’s rifle."

There was never a question about if Trump had been struck but Wray was clearly stoking speculation and feeding information that Democrat lawmakers will no doubt bring up in the future.

Leftists Spreading Misinformation

Not long after Wray gave his misleading statement to lawmakers, media outlets were already running with the fake story.

Newsweek posted an article titled “Donald Trump Might Not Have Been Shot After All." After intense backlash, Newsweek edited the title adding, "FBI Director Says."

However, it's likely that the damage has already been done and leftists desperate to downplay Trump's shooting have the ammunition they need to argue that Trump wasn't shot because the director of the FBI said so.

After the FBI issued a clarifying statement debunking Wray's claim, Trump reacted on Truth Social saying, "I assume that’s the best apology that we’ll get from Director Wray, but it is fully accepted."

One can only imagine the outrage that would have ensued had the victim in this scenario been a Democrat president.

There are still many questions about what exactly happened on that fateful day but there is no question that Trump was millimeters from dying. What we still don't know is why that shooting happened in the first place.

Secret Service In The Spotlight

Downplaying Trump's shooting serves two purposes; as mentioned before Democrats want to reclaim the "moral" high ground but the deep state clearly wants Americans to not look too deeply into this shooting.

Already information has come out that Trump's shooter was allowed to fly a drone over the rally while the Secret Service didn't deploy similar technology. Furthermore, no agents were posted on the shooter's position because "the roof was sloped."

There is much more to this story and already many conservatives suspect that Trump's shooter was not working alone. The bizarre behavior of federal agencies further implies that there is more to this story that they don't want regular Americans investigating.
