The state of Colorado, far left, even extreme, based on its Democrat majority in the legislature and Democrat in the governor's office, has been on a tear in recent years to control what people say.

And it's been losing.

The latest case involves a man who wore a shirt while observing the state legislature. But the shirt had a message that state officials hated, so they threw him out.

Now those officials have had to backtrack, and say they were wrong, and to allow the man's shirt.

Earlier, the state attacked a bakery owner for refusing to adopt the state's religious ideology and promote same-sex marriage. Colorado lost at the Supreme Court which scolded the Colorado officials for their "hostility" to Christianity.

Then the state tried to force a web designer to promote that same religious ideology in her online business. Again, the state lost at the Supreme Court.

The latest loss involves Jeff Hunt, who was kicked out of the public gallery for the state senate for wearing a pro-life sweatshirt.

Officials with the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression explained they demanded in a letter to the state that officials "stop playing fashion police."

And because of the possibility of yet another First Amendment lawsuit, "the Colorado House and Senate agreed to rescind the Capitol galleries' unconstitutional ban on pins and apparel 'expressing political statements.'"

"I am thrilled at this outcome," said Hunt. "Now, Coloradans are free to share their voices, particularly at the state Capitol, where the work of the people takes place."

Hunt had worn a sweatshirt saying "Pro-Life U" to the capitol building last spring when lawmakers were working on their latest attack on crisis pregnancy centers.

"But sergeants-at-arms told Hunt that "Pro-Life U" is a 'political statement' prohibited by a gallery rule," FIRE reported.

Part of the problem for the state employees, however, was that just weeks before, "sergeants-at-arms allowed a group of students to sit in the gallery wearing pro-gun control shirts. In light of this double standard, FIRE's letter reminded Colorado officials that the First Amendment prohibits them from relying on unreasonable rules that allow for discriminatory or inconsistent enforcement."

A Minnesota grandmother who was jailed by her governor, now-Democrat VP candidate Tim Walz, over COVID politics is issuing a warning to America about his tyranny and abuse.

"This man would like to take your rights away. He will take your rights away. Because what happened to me could have happened to anybody. What happened to me will happen to you," said the woman, in a report from Fox News.

It is Lisa Hanson, who formerly owned a wine and coffee bistro, who is talking about Walz's lockdown agenda that resulted in her being thrown in jail for some 60 days.

She charged that Walz essentially "shut down and destroyed" her small business and that Americans "do not want tyranny at this level."

As the medical evidence now confirms masking wasn't effective against COVID and lockdowns were imposed unevenly, and some accuse irrationally, so the various state-level orders regarding the China-originated virus often were political.

That would explain why, for example, big box stores in Minnesota were allowed to continue operating, but small stores and churches faced extreme restrictions.

Hanson, a mother of eight and soon to be 18 grandchildren, has owned businesses with her husband for more than 30 years.

"At the time the COVID-19 pandemic was in full swing in 2020, Hanson said The Interchange Wine & Coffee Bistro in Albert Lea, about 90 miles south of Minneapolis, had been open for eight years," Fox explained.

That March, she initially complied with Walz's orders that businesses close, even though his demands always exempted big box stores, liquor stores and even strip clubs.

But months later, he continued his attacks on bars, restaurants, gyms, dance studios, hair salons, and churches.

She explained, "He shut down a lot of the mom-and-pop shops, those folks that were just trying to make a living and provide a great product and a great service. In contrast, he allowed big box stores, etc. to stay open. Really incredible, an incredible use of tyranny against the people."

Eventually, she reopened her business anyway, and was convicted of misdemeanor charges, facing a sentence of 90 days in jail, of which she served about 60. Also a $1,000 fine.

"This is the story that America needs to hear, that Tim Walz is not some cuddly, joyful coach, like all the things that the MSMs are calling him. That is not who this man is. This man would like to take your rights away. He will take your rights away. Because what happened to me could have happened to anybody. What happened to me will happen to you."

She noted she missed a Christmas celebration with her family, her wedding anniversary, and the birth of a grandchild.

"I can never have that time back. That time was stolen from me. My business was destroyed. My business is gone. After everything that happened, Tim Walz and [state Attorney General] Keith Ellison destroyed my business. They wrecked my life."

Her warning to voters continued, "I've heard some people say that Tim Walz is a real nice guy. Yeah, well he's not. Take my word for it. Through this whole process, I've gotten to know other people. Similar things have happened to them when they were trying to run their business and survive. Mostly women, by the way. So Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison really like to go after women. They're bullies.

"And they like to go after women and torment and destroy women's lives. This is what they have done in the state of Minnesota. So let America know you do not want Tim Walz as vice president. You do not want tyranny at this level. I have seen firsthand. We, the people of Minnesota, have seen what Tim Walz, the type of evil he orchestrates if he is elected as vice president of this country. He, in lockstep with Harris, who is also evil, will perpetuate this same type of evil on the American people. We do not want that. So this is the truth about Tim Walz."

Hanson said a just result would be for Walz to be impeached and "prosecuted for the crimes he has committed against the people of Minnesota."

She pointed out at the time Walz ordered businesses closed, there was no law allowing him to do that.

"He really did step outside of statutory law. But even more important, constitutional law. Because we have that right to be able to run our businesses and conduct our lives as we see fit, of course, staying within the rule of law."

She described Walz as "evil" and said, "That man is a wrecking machine. He needs to be stopped."

One of England's greatest cricket players has died in a tragic suicide. 55-year-old Graham Thorpe took his own life by jumping in front of a train, an inquest has heard.

Thorpe was found dead on the morning of August 4 at his local train station in Esher.

Cricket legend's suicide

At a hearing Tuesday, Surrey Coroner Simon Wickens said Thorpe died from "traumatic injuries" after being struck by a train. Police identified Thorpe from his fingerprints.

During his career as a batter from 1993 to 2005, Thorpe was one of England's greatest cricket players, hitting 16 hundreds in 100 Test matches. He went on to work as a coach until 2022, when his career was derailed by depression.

Tragically, Thorpe went into a mental spiral that he never recovered from, according to his wife Amanda.

"Despite having a wife and two daughters whom he loved and who loved him, he did not get better," his wife told The Times.

"He was so unwell in recent times and he really did believe that we would be better off without him and we are devastated that he acted on that and took his own life."

No stigma

Thorpe made a "serious attempt on his life" in 2022 that led to a hospitalization, his wife Amanda said.

"For the past couple of years, Graham had been suffering from major depression and anxiety. This led him to make a serious attempt on his life in May 2022, which resulted in a prolonged stay in an intensive care unit."

"Despite glimpses of hope and of the old Graham, he continued to suffer from depression and anxiety, which at times got very severe. We supported him as a family and he tried many, many treatments but unfortunately none of them really seemed to work."

His daughter, Kitty, said the family wants the truth to be known so other people who are suffering from mental illness can get help. "There is nothing to hide and it is not a stigma," she said.

COVID a factor

The Telegraph reports that COVID protocols were a factor in Thorpe's decline. He complained of the constant testing becoming a burden to players' mental health during the 2021-2022 Ashes series in Australia, which was Thorpe's last tour as England's assistant coach.

Australia won the series decisively, and the tour ended with a night of boisterous drinking in which Thorpe lit a cigar indoors at the team hotel, leading to police being called.

Thorpe was sacked and was later named Afghanistan's head coach, but he never took the job.

In a lengthy conversation with two of the most influential people in the world Monday night, billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk sounded the alarm to former President Donald Trump about a potential Kamala Harris victory in the 2024 presidential race, saying, "I think we're in massive trouble with a Kamala administration."

"It's essential that you win for the good of this country and that's understating my position," Musk told Trump during the event on X, which is owned by Musk.

The pair discussed some of the hottest topics plaguing the nation, including the border disaster, the financial pain caused by inflation and an anemic economy, and what would happen to America should Democrats win the White House.

"You are the path to prosperity, and Kamala is the opposite," Musk told Trump. "I'm just trying to tell people my honest opinion."

America is at a fork in the road … We're at a fork in the road in the destiny of civilization and I think we need to take the right path, and I think you're the right path. … We're in deep trouble if it goes the other way."

Musk summarized what Americans are longing for, saying, "We want safe and clean cities we want secure borders, we want sensible government spending … stop the lawfare and, how are those even right-wing positions? Those are just common sense."

Trump hammered on Kamala Harris and her political track record "destroying" California.

"It's almost not livable there," the former president noted. "She was involved in the destruction of San Francisco and California and she'll be involved in the destruction of America if elected."

"We have a defective government, these are defective people, and they shouldn't be running it."

"He's incompetent and she's incompetent," Trump said of Joe Biden and Harris. "I think she's more incompetent than he is, and that's saying something because he's not too good."

Run for the border

Both Musk and Trump spent a large portion of the two-hour event focusing on the problems the Biden-Harris administration has caused at the border.

"Crime all over the world is down, and wait till you see the numbers we have," Trump said, noting leaders across the globe are sending their worst citizens to America.

"This is a migrant crime," and the former commander-in-chief said he was considering changing his catchphrase of "Biden Migrant Crime" to "Kamala Migrant Crime."

"These are rough people. These are criminals that make our criminals look like nice people."

Trump said Kamala is "such a liar because she was called the border czar and she never even went there."

"People can't allow them to get away with their disinformation campaign … She was totally in charge. [Biden] didn't even know what was going on. He wouldn't know the difference."

Musk explained that he had visited the U.S. southern border and said: "It looks like a 'World War Z' zombie apocalypse at times."

"I saw for myself in Texas. It's real. I'm seeing this in real-time," he said, wondering to himself, "Is this made up or real?"

"The people that I saw did not look friendly."

"This is a fundamentally existential issue for the United States," Musk continued. "I'm not sure we have a country at that point."

As far as where the migrants are coming from, Musk said: "It's earth, the rest of earth. It would only take a few percent of the rest of earth to overwhelm the U.S. … It's just not possible for there United States to absorb everyone from earth."

Trump promised: "We're gonna have the largest deportation in history, otherwise we're not gonna have a country."

The REAL warming problem

"The biggest threat is not global warming," said Trump. "The biggest threat is nuclear warming."

"This is no longer army tanks shooting at each other. It's a level of destruction and power that nobody's ever seen before."

"We have to not allow anything to happen with stupid people like Biden. … Biden had a low I.Q. 30 years ago, but he might not even have an I.Q. at all right now. there's nothing on the board that goes that low."

"We have an administration that made [the possibility of nuclear war] more prevalent. The words that he was using, the stupid threats coming from a stupid face."

Trump said he had a "good relationship" with Kim Jong Un of North Korea, who informed Trump the communist dictator had "a red button on his desk" to launch nuclear missiles.

Trump quipped: "I said I have a red button on my desk too, and my red button works!"

"If you have a smart president, we are not in danger from those countries," he added.

The American exodus

Musk discussed skyrocketing prices for goods and services that are causing severe financial pain for millions of Americans, indicating, "Inflation is just a form of taxation."

"Inflation comes from government overspending because the government checks never bounce. … We need to reduce our government spending … and we need to live within our means."

He said if states "risk bankruptcy and they're not getting bailed out by the federal government, that's the only thing that will make them change."

"So many of these governors have so many people leaving their states, they should get U-Haul Salesman of the Year."

Trump agreed, saying, "It's a disaster with inflation."

"Today, [Americans] are using all their money and borrowing money just to live. … "This stupid administration allowed this to happen. Do you think Biden could do this interview? Do you think Kamala could to his interview?

"No, they could not," Musk replied.

Back to Butler

Trump announced he would be going back to Butler, the Pennsylvania town where he was nearly assassinated on July 13, with his next visit expected in October.

"I think I'll probably start by saying, 'As I was saying, before I was rudely interrupted," Trump clowned.

Regarding the chart on illegal immigration he was looking at when he was struck in the ear by a bullet, Trump said half-jokingly: "Illegal immigration saved my life."

"It's very much, I say an action of God," Trump said his head turning at the precise moment to avoid being killed. "It's a miracle and I'm honored by it."

"It was a miracle, if I hadn't turned my head, I wouldn't be talking to you right now," Trump told Musk, who replied: "From a different realm," perhaps.

"Your actions in the heat of fire," Musk continued, "you can't fake bravery under such circumstances. A lot of people admire your courage under fire there."

Trump said: "I'm gonna sleep with that chart always, that chart was very important for several reasons."

The conversation was scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. Eastern Time, but was delayed for at least 45 minutes, with Musk saying a large Distributed Denial of Service attack on his platform prevented users from accessing his talk with Trump on time.

Officials for President Donald Trump's 2024 election campaign are telling officials of the European Union to mind their own business and quit interfering in America's presidential vote this year.

The comments came after an EU operative issued what amounts to a threat to Elon Musk's X platform on which Trump was scheduled for an interview with Musk on Monday evening.

"The European Union should mind their own business instead of trying to meddle in the U.S. presidential election," Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung wrote on X. "Only in Joe Biden and Kamala Harris' America can an un-Democratic foreign organization feel emboldened enough to tell this country what to do.

"They know that a President Trump victory means America will no longer be ripped off because he will smartly utilize tariffs and renegotiated trade deals that puts America First."

He continued, "Let us be very clear: the European Union is an enemy of free speech and has no authority of any kind to dictate how we campaign."

The Washington Examiner reported the reaction came after a bureaucrat named Thierry Breton wrote a letter to Musk warning, or threatening, him.

Breton wants only what he considers approved messaging to be allowed on X.

The Examiner explained, "Breton reminded Musk he has an obligation to comply with standards set by the Digital Services Act, which addresses the regulation of illegal content and disinformation across social media and other online platforms."

Breton said if X fails to regulate what he calls disinformation, which could be nothing more than an opinion he doesn't hold, it could "generate detrimental effects on civic discourse and public security."

"This is important against the background of recent examples of public unrest brought about by the amplification of content that promotes hatred, disorder, incitement to violence, or certain instances of disinformation," he said.

The United Kingdom has been rocked by violence in recent days because of the lethal stabbings of three girls by a 17-year-old that sparked widespread immigration protests.

The police in the U.K. have become so concerned about online statements with which they disagree they've threatened to try to arrest and charge even people from other nations.

Musk responded with a meme that essentially told the EU he was not concerned about being compliant with its politically and socially correct agenda.

In the old days, there were a few major news publications that could attract the attention of millions. There were rare television events that maybe would draw tens of millions.

In today's web world, millions of views are common, tens of millions happen, too.

There even are instances where there are more than that.

But a billion is a high water mark, and Elon Musk has confirmed that's how many views were generated by his Monday night discussion with President Donald Trump.

He confirmed that combined views and subsequent discussions surpassed a billion, and the counting still was going on.

"Between 7:47 PM and 10:47 PM ET, President Donald Trump's Space post received 73 million views. During the same period, there were 4 million posts about Elon Musk and President Trump's conversation on X, generating a total of 998 million views," he added.

An analysis of the event, posted on Revolver. News, explained, "And while having over a million people listening live is very impressive – we don't think Kamala could get over 1,000 'real' people – the number of folks who have watched the interview after the fact is through the roof, now surpassing one BILLION views. Yes, BILLION with a 'B.'"

It concluded, "The mainstream media is dead. How do we know? Just look at the signs. Take Tucker Carlson, for example – he's racking up tens of millions of views on his new internet platform and X, way outpacing what he did at Fox News, and surpassing Joe Rogan in popularity. Who can forget the Trump/Tucker interview that racked up over 200 million views in less than 24 hours? President Trump chose that interview over participating in the GOP primary debates. Smart move."

It continued, "Let's face it, people are fed up with the regime-run media worldwide, and especially in the U.S., where the so-called 'unbiased' media is nothing more than left-wing propaganda too. It's stomach-turning. The mainstream media's coffin just took another nice pounding with the historic interview between President Trump and Elon Musk. This much-anticipated talk crashed the internet, literally. The two men talked about mass deportations, solving inflation, stopping WW3, and defeating the deep state."

The analysis noted technical problems at the beginning: "It's unclear if the crash was due to a cyber attack or just a massive influx of people trying to log on. However, they managed to get it up and running and had to 'cap it' at over a million people tuning in live. It was an online moment to remember, that's for sure."

The campaign for Kamala Harris responded with a statement complaining about, "Donald Trump's extremism and dangerous Project 2025 agenda," ignoring the fact that Trump has confirmed he is not associated with Project 2025, which is a separate set of goals assembled by those unrelated to the Trump team.

Harris's campaign claimed the Trump event involved "self-obsessed rich guys who will sell out the middle class and who cannot run a livestream in the year 2024."

Trump's follow-up, predictably, did not take long: "Understandable that Kamala's campaign would find it confusing to listen to a presidential candidate speak off the teleprompter for more than 0 seconds."

While multiple legacy media outlets complained about the event, describing it as failed, even the leftists at CNN admitted the success of the event.

Musk and Trump spoke for more than two hours on topics ranging from the July 133 assassination attempt on Trump to the border, the state of the nation, the world, and more.

CNN media analyst Sara Fischer said one explanation for the technical issues was that it was a distributed denial of service attack, but she openly wondered.

"The problem with the DDOS attack … is that it often looks very much like just a very popular event and so we're just sort of having to take Musk's word for it. There has been third-party reporting that suggests it wasn't a DDOS attack, it was just X's systems responding to a flood of interest in this interview, but that speaks to some of the success of this interview, right?"

She continued, "It was 40 minutes of delay, of glitches, but once it got up and running, you had, I saw, over two million people joining the space live. You had over 50 million people who viewed it."

She said that suggests "people wanted to hear from the president."

And, "I think the other part is people like listening to this bromance go down. You know, Elon Musk isn't a journalist, he's not trying to press them on hard questions and you did see some sparks fly in that conversation at one point, the president sort of suggesting that Elon Musk come and join his administration. We'll see where that goes."

Fischer said it was expected that the Harris camp would portray it as "just billionaires" in support of Trump.

"But … the problem is that not a lot of people see it that way. People see Elon Musk, a lot of people, as giving a voice to the masses, as being more populist. People see Donald Trump as being more populist. And so even if the Harris campaign is going to try to convince people that this is just billionaires having fun, I think a lot of people saw it as just two regular people who are friends. That's how the American people might be looking at this."

The New York Fire Department has found a replacement for its first female fire chief, Laura Kavanagh after she resigned due to a series of scandals.

Robert Tucker, CEO of T&M USA, was named as Kavanagh's replacement by Mayor Eric Adams on Monday and has already been sworn in.

Adams' announcement on X noted that Tucker's first job was in the FDNY's communication office.

"It will be better for them"

A key part of Kavanagh's downfall was her investigation of some of her subordinates for heckling New York Attorney General Letitia James over her prosecution of former President Donald Trump.

FDNY Chief of Department John Hodgens later emailed department leaders that those who heckled her would be found out.

“BITS is investigating this, so they will figure out who the members are,” Hodges wrote.

“I recommend they come forward. I have been told by the commissioner it will be better for them if they come forward and we don’t have to hunt them down,” he warned.

"Hunted down"

A retired firefighter told the New York Post that the firefighters did not appreciate being "hunted down."

“It was a political stunt for the city to have the AG there. When it backfired, they sent their fascist pit bulls after guys for exercising their First Amendment rights,” he said. “Most were off-duty and not in FDNY uniform.”

But FDNY backed down after hearing that the rank and file felt like they were being hunted down.

Spokesman Jim Long later told Fox News that “nobody is hunting anyone down.”

“We’re looking into those who clearly broke department regulations. It has nothing to do with politics. It’s about professionalism at an official event held in a house of worship,” he said.

She was replaced soon after.

There is no doubt that life has become harder for Americans over almost four years of a Biden-Harris administration. While interest rates climb, food prices remain on an upward trajectory, and inflation still surges far higher than the 1.4% inflation handed to President Joe Biden by former President Donald Trump after he left office in January 2021.

But just how much have the worst leadership duo in U.S. history spent since taking office? The answer is sadly not shocking in the slightest – over $7 trillion in taxpayer money has been blown by Biden and his Vice President Kamala Harris in less than four years.

Currently, the U.S. has reached over $35 trillion in federal debt – with $30.71 trillion added since 1993 according to USAFacts.org. Over the past year, the debt increased by approximately $2.41 trillion, which equates to around $6 billion per day.

According to commentary from the Heritage Foundation, the Biden-Harris team has increased the federal debt by $7.4 trillion, and spent another $1 trillion from the treasury.

EJ Antoni, research fellow at the Grover M. Hermann Center located at the Heritage Foundation, stated those who cannot pay their bills only have to look to the Biden administration for someone to blame.

"While both political parties are to blame for overspending, the two biggest culprits over the last three and a half years have been President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. They've led a reckless spending spree that has increased the federal debt by $7.4 trillion and burned through another $1 trillion of cash at the Treasury during their time in office," Antoni said in his commentary.

Antoni further notes the spending was financed with borrowed money, largely created from nothing by the Federal Reserve. This has decreased the value in the U.S. dollar by one-fifth during Biden's time in office, however, Antoni points out Harris is just as culpable for the cost-of-living crisis.

"As vice president, she presides over the U.S. Senate and can cast tie–breaking votes, which she has done more than any other vice president in history. Harris bears disproportionate responsibility for the fallout from this administration's legislative agenda because she has done so much to ram it through a divided Congress," Antoni said.

This includes the disastrous Inflation Reduction Act, and the American Rescue Plan Act which would not have passed the Senate if not for Harris' tie–breaking vote. Antoni states Harris supported all major spending bills, and further noted by January 2025, the Biden-Harris administration would have increased the national debt more than any other administration in U.S. history.

Thanks to Biden and Harris, Americans are on the hook for over $1 trillion worth of credit card debt, and are paying over $240 billion per year on those outstanding balances, further entrenching the growing issue of life simply being unaffordable.

According to the official U.S. Debt Clock, each U.S. citizen owes $104,000, while every taxpayer carries a debt of $268,000. The federal government's debt to Gross Domestic Product ratio is currently 136.18%.

The Reason Foundation reported in 2022 that Biden had spent more money in his first two years as president than Trump during his last two years in office which included the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

With Harris' history of supporting profligate spending bills, it seems the debt will continue to climb with no end in sight if she is successful in her bid to become America's first female president.

Recently, Harris was criticized for being out-of-touch with voters after she was seen wearing a necklace from Tiffany's worth an estimated $62,000 while she asked for campaign donations.

A British government official has threatened to arrest anyone, anywhere in the world, if they violate his interpretation of what speech is allowed in the public – or not.

And he's getting a vicious scolding from Americans who have reminded him that there was a revolution, and he's not in charge.

But a constitutional expert, Jonathan Turley, a professor at George Washington University and a popular commentator on constitutional issues who has testified before Congress on its impact, is warning that a Democrat administration in the United States actually could collude with such extremists.

The dispute is over the recent comment from a police commissioner in the United Kingdom, Mark Rowley, who issued the threat.

"We will throw the full force of the law at people. And whether you're in this country committing crimes on the streets or committing crimes from further afield, we will come after you."

He envisions even extraditing people from other nations to face his courtroom antics on issues such as what has happened in the U.K.

Turley explained, "The decline of free speech in the United Kingdom has long been a concern for free speech advocates. A man was convicted for sending a tweet while drunk referring to dead soldiers. Another was arrested for an anti-police t-shirt. Another was arrested for calling the Irish boyfriend of his ex-girlfriend a 'leprechaun.' Yet another was arrested for singing 'Kung Fu Fighting.' A teenager was arrested for protesting outside of a Scientology center with a sign calling the religion a 'cult.'"

Turley reported the issue surfaced because, "London has been hit with days of violent protests over immigration policies, including attacks and arson directed at immigration centers. This violence has been fueled by false reports spread online about the person responsible for an attack at a Taylor Swift-themed dance event that left three girls dead and others wounded. Despite false claims about his being an asylum seeker, the culprit was an 18-year-old British citizen born to Rwandan parents."

Now police there are "moving to arrest those who are repeating false claims or engaging in inflammatory speech," he reported.

Rowley expanded his comment: "Being a keyboard warrior does not make you safe from the law. You can be guilty of offenses of incitement, of stirring up racial hatred, there are numerous terrorist offenses regarding the publishing of material. All of those offenses are in play if people are provoking hatred and violence on the streets, and we will come after those individuals just as we will physically confront on the streets the thugs and the yobs who are taking — who are causing the problems for communities."

Turley noted, "The message is chilling because free speech has been in a free fall in the United Kingdom as well as other Western countries."

He noted the U.K. has adopted many laws criminalizing speech, using vague terms that allow for police to arrest anyone they want. All the behavior has to be is considered by police to be "threatening, abusive, or insulting."

He pointed out, "Ordinarily, one would expect the U.S. government to push back on the suggestion that these laws could be used to arrest and extradite its citizens for the use of free speech. However, the Biden-Harris administration has been a proponent of censorship and blacklisting for years. At the same time, leading Democrats have called for European-type laws to be adopted or enforced against U.S. citizens for their views on social media."

He noted that in the past, "Democratic leaders like Hillary Clinton called on foreign countries to use or pass censorship laws to prevent Elon Musk from restoring free speech protections on Twitter. The effort of these politicians would allow free speech to be reduced to the lowest common denominator as countries export their anti-free speech laws. When Clinton called upon Europeans to censor Americans, this is precisely what such actions would look like. These foreign countries could force Americans to curtail their speech under the threat of ruinous financial penalties or even arrest."

report at BizPacReview pointed out the insults actually being hurled at Rowley over his agenda.

Unleashed were many comments, many of them using harsh language, to scold Rowley.

"He's not going to do a f****** thing about other people expressing themselves freely in other countries, especially Americans," said one, describing Rowley and his agenda as "the rest of the racists."

Another pointed out that "you British f***s lost the war!! We AmeriCANS speak freely!! We are sovereign!! We are FREE!!"

Yet another scolded, "Thanks to our revolution, we have free speech, and remember we started that revolution over a tax on tea…"

Another offered a lesson in American government, specifically the 2nd Amendment, if Rowley would "try to do something to us…"

Former commander retired Army Command Sergeant Major Doug Julin has come forward to confirm that Minnesota Governor Tim Walz knew about an upcoming deployment to Iraq months in advance of retiring.

Walz has been in the national spotlight since being selected as Kamala Harris's running mate in November and the information that has come out about him has been damning.

Walz has previously claimed to carry weapons in combat and also boasted of retiring at the highest rank of Command Master Sergeant, both claims of which were false and constitute stolen valor which is a misdemeanor under the Stolen Valor Act of 2005.

Walz, who was the command sergeant major of his battalion at the time, directly assured Julin that he would go with the unit to Iraq. This was in the Fall of 2004 which contradicts Walz's claims that he retired before he knew about the deployment to Iraq.

Walz's unit would go to deploy to Iraq without him while he began an illustrious career in politics largely due to his record that he heavily embellished.

Walz Abandoned His Unit

Julin told CNN that he and other senior leaders were informed about the upcoming deployment saying, "We were informed that we would be alerted to go to Iraq within the next upcoming year or time period out there, start preparing your team, get your team together and let’s get the process in play."

He then spoke to Walz who was serving as “commander sergeant major," which was a conditional rank that he wouldn't retain due to retiring before completing the academy.

That becomes an issue because Walz claims he retired as a command sergeant major when in fact he retired as a master sergeant.

Claiming a rank you didn't actually have is considered stolen valor and Walz claimed this rank throughout his political career.

Julin said Walz was conditionally serving in that rank when he spoke with him about the upcoming deployment. At this point, Walz had filed paperwork to run for Congress but Julin said that as Walz hadn't been nominated, he assured Julin that he would deploy.

However, at the next major meeting for the unit, Walz was gone. Julin told CNN, "The individual that approved this was two levels higher than myself in the enlisted corps, and should have had Tim Walz come back to me and discuss this as to why he was not going forward now, after he had already told me he was going forward."

White House Scrambling

The White House has already scrubbed Walz's biography of any claims of holding the rank of command sergeant major but there has been no apology or explanation from Walz which likely won't sit well with veterans.

There are more rumblings of trouble for Walz from the veteran community with former colleagues and subordinates coming forward to talk about Walz's sudden retirement and abandonment of his unit in 2005.

Senator JD Vance, who is himself a veteran who did a tour in Iraq as a combat correspondent in the Marines, has seized on the allegations of stolen valor and is shredding Walz.

One can only imagine how brutal the debate will be for Walz as Vance will force him to explain the stolen valor and dishonesty that he used to further his political goals.
