Barron Trump has decided to live at his family's Trump Tower residence as he undertakes his first year of college studies.

The youngest child of Donald Trump is studying at New York University's Stern School of Business, located in lower Manhattan.

Barron's college decision

Barron grew up in his family's Manhattan penthouse before moving to Palm Beach, Florida with his parents in 2019. Barron graduated from high school in West Palm Beach earlier this year.

While Barron's father studied at UPenn's Wharton School, Barron chose to attend school close to his family's longtime residence in New York.

With speculation circling over Barron's college experience, his mother Melania announced that Barron made the decision to live at home.

“I could not say I’m an empty nester. I don’t feel that way,” she told Fox host Ainsley Earhardt.

“It was his decision to come here that he wants to be in New York and study in New York and live in his home, and I respect that," Melania added.

Barron's "very different" life

Melania Trump is known to be close to her son, who has been kept out of the public eye since Donald Trump launched his tumultuous political career.

The Dean of Stern Business School, where Barron is attending, signed a 2020 faculty letter declaring President Trump a "threat to the Republic."

Trump was convicted earlier this year on criminal charges brought by Manhattan's Democratic prosecutor, and he is facing a staggering $454 million civil judgment in New York for business fraud. An appeals court has called the exorbitant punishment "troubling."

In her new memoir, Melania shared that her son was denied a bank account because of his relationship with his father.

“I was shocked and dismayed to learn that my long-time bank decided to terminate my account and deny my son the opportunity to open a new one,” Melania wrote in her book, Melania.

Barron is being guarded closely by Secret Service as he attends school, with two assassination attempts on his father adding to concerns about the family's safety.

“I’m very proud of what he grew up to [be]. His strength. His intelligence. His knowledge, his kindness. It’s admirable,” Melania told Fox News. “I hope he will have a great experience because his life is very different than any other 18, 19-year old child.”

It was Barack Obama who, shortly after his party's convention, appeared in a television ad promoting President Donald Trump's candidacy.

He insisted that America doesn't need "another four years" of bumbling and bluster.

Then it was Bill Clinton who appeared, explaining that the victim of a murderous illegal alien probably would be alive had not Joe Biden and Kamala Harris allowed in unvetted illegals.

Now it's Harris herself with words in support of Trump's campaign.

Only, she likely didn't mean them the way they came out:

commentary at the Twitchy site explained the answer came from Harris while on "The View" in what was "clearly" nothing but a "softball chat and fawn-fest."

"During what was supposed to be a cake walk of a friendly chat for Harris, 'The View' co-host Sunny Hostin performed an accidental act of journalism after asking the Democrat nominee what she would have done differently from Joe Biden over these last nearly four years."

Her "awkward answer' was, "There is not a thing that comes to mind."

The ad then, cites illegal aliens, skyrocketing prices and global chaos, all under the Biden-Harris administration.

"And Kamala wouldn't change a thing," a narrator explains, just before she confirms that.

Clinton's comments came earlier, a harsh verdict on the Biden-Harris open borders policy allowing millions of illegal aliens simply to walk into America.

And Obama's remarks? They were at the Democrats' convention.

"We do not need four more years of bluster and bumbling and chaos," he shouted. "We have seen that movie before and we all know that the sequel us usually worse."

He seemed not to be aware of the most recent "four years" were with Biden and Harris at the steering of the nation.

The irony, of course, is that while Obama undoubtedly was trying to denigrate Trump's first term as he seeks a second, the current administration is run by Democrats Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, and Obama's description easily could apply to those two.

The ad ends, as per standards, with, "I'm Donald J. Trump and I approved this message."

Former President Donald Trump says he'll use an executive order to "end all sanctuary cities immediately" should he win the race for the White House in November.

"We are going to end all sanctuary cities immediately. We're gonna end it," Trump said during an all-women, town-hall meeting Wednesday in Cumming, Georgia, hosted by Harris Faulkner of Fox News.

He was answering a question from Nancy, the mother of a Georgia Bulldog college student who was on campus the day schoolmate Laken Riley was murdered by an illegal alien.

Mentioning the sanctuary city of Athens, Georgia, Nancy asked: "How quickly can you remove those threats to our society so our children can go out on a run as they rightfully should be able to do in a park in the daytime by themselves? It should not be like that."

When Trump said he would put an and to all sanctuary cities, Faulkner asked: "Is that an executive order you do that with?"

Trump responded: "I can do it with an executive order. I'll have to do it with an executive order. You can do it with the Aliens Act of 1798, we can do things in terms of moving people out. We can move them out of the sanctuary cities.

"You have some liberal crazy people that they fight – you know, normally you like to understand the opponent. Like in business, you want to understand what the opposites, why they want this. Why do they want open borders? Why do they want to do this? Why do they want sanctuary cities? Sanctuary cities are meant for one thing. To protect criminals. That's what they've become.

"We're going to end all sanctuary cities in the United States and we're gonna go back to normalcy. And we're gonna have law and order.

"We have to reinvigorate our police. We have great police. They're not allowed to do their job. If they do their job with gusto, which is what we want. We want them to be fair. The sad thing is you will always have a bad apple. Hundreds and hundreds of arrests, one bad arrest, and it's on the front page of every newspaper and these people are incredible. They want to do their job just like the Border Patrol.

"We're gonna let them do their job and I'm gonna give them immunity. We're gonna protect them because they do things and they end up getting sued. They lose their family, they lose their house, they lose their pension, they lose everything. The police officers in this country are law enforcement and sheriffs, everything else, they have to be given back their dignity. They want to do their job. But we've become so politically correct.

"You look at New York and Chicago and L.A. and every city. All are run by Democrats, OK? Liberal, stupid Democrats — no, and our country — [cheers and applause] Our country has lost its way. It is a good question. In other words, we're gonna have law and order."

There may have been a lot of criminal activity in the scheme to put a pro-abortion amendment on Florida's election ballot this year.

A report from Liberty Counsel, which is opposing the amendment that would allow just about any abortion at any time anywhere by anyone, confirms the state Office of Election Crimes & Security has opened more than 100 investigations into potential fraud.

"According to a recent 348-page interim report released by the OECS, state officials are investigating complaints that point to at least 35 paid signature gatherers who submitted nearly 37,000 petitions with suspected voter signature forgeries" pushing for Amendment 4 to be on the ballot.

The report said the paid signature gatherers are associated with "Floridians Protecting Freedom," a pro-abortion industry organization pushing for special benefits for the lucrative industry.

Liberty Counsel chief Mat Staver explained, "Amendment 4 was already extreme and deceptive, but now it even appears tainted with allegations of fraud. Voters should understand that Amendment 4 will allow abortion up to and during birth when the baby can feel pain, remove all health and safety regulations that protect women and girls during abortion procedures, override parental consent laws, and require Floridians to fund abortions. There is no place for fraud or deception when amending a constitution."

Liberty Counsel explained the state report informs that the allegations may impact voters across 35 counties.

A cover letter, from Florida Deputy Secretary of State for Legal Affairs & Election Integrity Brad McVay, shares details of how state officials were ":inundated with complaints involving FPF and its agents" between late 2023 and early 2024.

Claims included that paid FPF petitioners used signatures from dead people, used non-matching signatures, forged voter signatures, and used personal identifying information without consent, the state confirmed.

McVay also notes that two of FPF's paid associates have already been arrested, charged, convicted, and sentenced for felonies involving election fraud, such as forging voter signatures and submitting invalid petitions.

"Given the credibility of the allegations, OECS has referred over a hundred individual FPF cases to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), which is actively pursuing dozens of criminal investigations together with the office of statewide prosecution," the letter said.

Authorities were alerted when they saw "known fraudsters" submitting petitions in support of the abortion agenda.

"Each of these petitions could correspond to a Floridian who (unbeknownst to him or her) is a victim of felony election fraud," wrote McVay. "This illegal scheme is likely driving the petition fraud outlined above. If a circulator is paid per signature, circulators are incentivized to forge as many signatures as possible to make a quick and easy buck."

McVay also noted that FPF recently was fined $328,000 for election law violations.

Liberty Counsel said, "FPF needed a minimum of 891,523 signatures to get Amendment 4 on the ballot. The group collected 997,035, meaning that more than 105,000 signatures would need to be found as fraudulent in order to disqualify Amendment 4 from the ballot or later void it from taking effect if voters were to approve it."

Florida is not the only state where the abortion industry is pushing for a business-benefiting constitutional change, and where crimes have been alleged.

In a similar dispute in South Dakota, a trial had been scheduled, but now is delayed until after the election.

The trial will determine whether there were illegal actions in obtaining ballot access there for a pro-abortion agenda. While the amendment is on the ballot, if it is confirmed that there were crimes committed, a ruling could say that the results will not be counted, or that the results will not count.

Meanwhile, Life Defense Fund, which is opposing the abortion industry in that state, has requested that the judge rule in its favor without a trial, given the video and witness testimony confirming illegal behavior on the part of the pro-abortion advocates.

The mother of a woman allegedly killed by an illegal immigrant praised former President Bill Clinton for acknowledging that the tragedy happened because the killer was released into the U.S., Fox News reported. Clinton made his remark while campaigning for Vice President Kamala Harris, who was in charge of securing the border.

Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez allegedly murdered Rachel Morin in August 2023. The 23-year-old El Salvadorian was already a wanted man when he emigrated to the U.S. illegally.

While in California, Martinez-Hernandez sexually assaulted a mother and her 9-year-old before heading to Maryland, where he would allegedly take Morin's life before hiding her body in a culvert. Morin's mother, Patty Morin, has advocated for border security to prevent another tragedy like this.

She found a surprising advocate in Clinton, who said that the life of another murdered young woman, Laken Riley, would have been spared if the Biden/Harris administration had secured the border. Harris was tasked with fixing illegal immigration which has exploded under her watch.

Senseless Crime

In a campaign appearance on behalf of Vice President Kamala Harris Sunday, Clinton railed against the failure to get a border security bill that would have weeded out murderers and other bad actors from border crossings. He was speaking about it in the context of the murder of 22-year 0ld nursing student Laken Riley.

Jose Ibarra, a Venezuelan migrant with possible ties to the Tren de Aragua gang, entered the U.S. through El Paso, Texas, the New York Post reported. He was caught but released into the U.S. because Border Patrol had no place to keep him.

Just as with Morin's murder, Ibarra should not have been in the country to commit the crime in the first place. Clinton's acknowledgment of this fact was supposed to help Harris, but it only underscored her failure to do her job.

Clinton Weighs In

Clinton claimed that Harris had wanted to cut immigration and vet migrants, but blamed Trump for stopping a bipartisan bill that supposedly would have done that. "Now, Trump killed the bill. The bill was being written by senior Republicans in the Senate, and he killed the bill. Why?" Clinton asked.

"You had a case in Georgia not very long ago, didn't you? They made an ad about it. A young woman who had been killed by an immigrant. Yeah, well, if they'd all been properly vetted that probably wouldn't have happened. But if they’re all properly vetted, that doesn’t happen," he added of Riley.

A Mother Rejoices

Clinton was attempting to make a point that Trump was the one to blame for the border situation. However, Trump was out of power then, so recounting the circumstances of Riley's murder was an indictment on the Biden/Harris administration.

Randolph Rice, the family attorney for the Morins, released a statement agreeing with that fact. "His violent criminal history, known in his home country, was overlooked," Rice said of the young woman's killer.

"The Morin family joins President Clinton in calling out the failures of the Biden-Harris administration to enforce immigration laws and protect American families. While the administration continues to turn a blind eye to the dangers posed by improperly vetted individuals crossing the border, President Clinton’s remarks recognize the reality that the current policies are failing the American people."

The failures of the last four years belong squarely on Biden's and Harris's shoulders. Clinton tried to blame Trump, but even his own facts point directly to the current administration.

Bill Clinton is making a presidential race TV-ad appearance on behalf of Republican candidate President Donald Trump.

It might not be willingly, but it still uses his words and his voice to unleash some serious criticism of the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris border catastrophe.

The Democrat duo in the White House now, of course, trashed literally dozens of Trump's border security measures as soon as they took office.

The result was predictable: Millions of illegal aliens including many criminals arrived at the U.S. southern border and simply walked into the country.

Millions of those illegals now are flooding America's schools, taking American jobs, and demanding cash assistance from taxpayer-funded programs.

One of the major problems has been the many criminals among the illegal aliens, and their impact on America, which includes a number of high-profile homicides.

Clinton's comments skewered the Biden-Harris regime.

"You had a case in Georgia not very long ago," he states. "They made an ad about, about, uh, a young woman who had been killed by an immigrant. Yeah, well, if they'd all been properly vetted that probably wouldn't have happened. But if they all are properly vetted, that doesn't happen.

Trump then confirms, "I'm Donald J. Trump and I approved this message."

One of the major agenda points of the Biden-Harris team has been that they want illegal aliens allowed into the nation without any sort of "vetting" process, which has become the de facto Democrat policy for the southern border by now.

Social media commenters didn't hold back, with:

"Dems make Trump ads for FREE."

"Bill just effectively endorsed Donald J. Trump."

And, "Sounds like he's voting for Trump!"

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis urged her former lover and special prosecutor Nathan Wade to remain silent in his testimony to the House Judiciary Committee, Breitbart reported. The committee will depose Wade on Tuesday in its probe to determine whether the case against former President Donald Trump is politically motivated.

Willis shared her instructions to Wade in a letter to Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) Monday. "I am concerned that your demand for Mr. Wade’s testimony would force him to improperly divulge confidential information that is protected by privileges," she wrote.

Backed by Willis' office, Wade will be "asserting all legal protections and privileges related to information that he possesses about ongoing criminal prosecutions." The House Judiciary GOP shared a copy of the letter to X, formerly Twitter, on Monday, captioned, "What is she trying to hide?"

Blocking Testimony

The letter outlined what would be off-limits when Wade appears for his deposition. "Questions about the substance of Mr. Wade’s work in the case would implicate information that is protected by the deliberative process privilege, attorney-client privilege, and work-product privilege, among others" should be prohibited, Wills' letter said.

"Asking witnesses to share legally protected, non-public information about pending prosecutions may cause them to violate their confidentiality obligations under professional ethics rules. In addition, the release of this legally protected information may also prejudice defendants, victims, or witnesses, or affect the overall integrity of proceedings," she added.

Willis later stated that Wade's silence is necessary to the case against former President Donald Trump, which she and Wade worked on together. "I will continue to do everything in my power to protect the integrity of this criminal investigation and all others in which my office leads," she wrote.

"My legal duty to protect the secrecy and integrity of all criminal investigations has been bestowed upon me by Federal, State and Local law," Willis added. This letter comes after the committee had difficulty serving Wade with a subpoena because Willis instructed him to evade them, the New York Post reported.

"The eleventh-hour intervention from District Attorney Willis does not excuse your failure to appear for your transcribed interview," Jordan wrote after finally serving Wade in September. Willis is trying to do all she can to stop this probe, perhaps with good reason.

Problematic Case

Willis was ambitious in bringing her case against Trump and several others regarding alleged election interference. She may have undermined her work when she hired Wade on Nov. 1, 2021, to help with that effort.

The pair claimed they weren't together then and started their affair approximately in March 2022. However, the timing raised concerns about the nature of Wade's hiring, considering that he filed for divorce just one day after Willis hired him.

This became the central question in a hearing over whether Willis should be disqualified due to her relationship with Wade, whom she may have hired due to their relationship. As the Washington Post reported, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee ultimately required Wade to leave the case over the "appearance of impropriety" after hearing Willis' testimony.

Now, Trump's case will remain unresolved until after the election. Even if Willis does succeed in prosecuting him, Trump's legal team has quite a bit of leverage to get the conviction tossed based on the undisclosed and possibly improper relationship between Willis and Wade.

People like Willis and Wade were doing all they could to get Trump behind bars. However, they couldn't help themselves to a little impropriety behind the scenes, which may cost them the case against him even if they can convict him.

Barron Trump has been named his father's all but official ambassador to Generation Z - as Donald Trump aims to reach young voters, particularly young men, with a string of podcast appearances.

In an interview with Fox News, Trump admitted his youngest son is impacting his presidential campaign - something he perhaps never saw coming.

Barron's campaign role

When asked by Maria Bartiromo about Barron's role, Trump, 78, admitted that his 18-year-old son has helped him adapt to the unfamiliar podcasting world.

“A little bit, I mean, he tells me about all the hot guys, people I’d never heard of, ‘Dad, that guy is hot,’” Trump said. “You know, it’s very cute, actually. A little bit."

"But you know, Don [Jr.] knows a lot about it, and Eric knows a lot about it. Tiffany knows a lot," Trump added. "Ivanka knows a lot."

This isn't the first time Trump has credited Barron with connecting him to podcasters like Adin Ross, Lex Fridman, and Theo Von. The podcast appearances have afforded Trump the opportunity to show off his personal side to a younger demographic that typically leans left.

Polling in Trump's matchup with Kamala Harris has shown a pronounced gender gap, with Trump leading strongly among men in all age groups. The gap has rattled Democrats, prompting Barack Obama to scold black men in particular for considering Trump.

Harris has also engaged in podcast outreach, recently targeting young women on the sex podcast Call Her Daddy.

Trump on Rogan?

Meanwhile, Trump told the Nelk Boys podcast that he would be going on Joe Rogan before the election, although Rogan has yet to confirm this. Rogan has the top-rated podcast and a significant audience of young men.

“Oh sure I would. I mean I think I’m doing it, actually,” Trump told the Nelk Boys podcast, calling Rogan a “good guy.”

Earlier this year, Trump announced that Barron would be going to business school at New York University. Speculation has intensified around Barron's future and whether he will follow his father into politics.

During his Fox interview, Trump made it clear how proud he is of his "very tall" son, his only child with wife Melania Trump.

"You know, Barron’s a very good student, he’s going to a very good school, always got good marks. He’s also tall, very tall, he’s a tall student," he said.

The American Bar Association, caught imposing racial quotas on participants of a special clerkship program that can give new lawyers a massive boost in their law careers, now is backing away from its racial agenda.

A report from the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty explains it was the Judicial Clerkship Program that abruptly was altered.

"All law students deserve an equal shot to compete for prestigious post-law school employment," explained WILL lawyer Skylar Croy. "No one should assess them based on the color of their skin – especially not the ABA and especially not judges. Instead, they should be considered based on their individual talents and knowledge of the law. We will continue to challenge race-based programs to reach WILL's goal of complete race neutrality."

The organization had filed a Title VI complaint against the ABA over the "radial quotas" it had embedded in the system.

"Previously, each law school was required to 'send (and underwrite the costs for) four to six law students who are from underrepresented communities of color.' Similarly, judges selected to participate were 'asked to make a commitment to strive to hire at least two minority judicial law clerks over the next five years.' Both quotas are now gone," the WILL team explained.

The ABA promotes its schemes as providing law students with access to "Article III judges" and "state supreme court justices."

Judges often hire recent law school graduates as clerks.

"These jobs are often considered a golden ticket to a successful legal career. For example, six of nine current U.S. Supreme Court justices once clerked for the court," WILL explained. "Since at least 2001, the ABA's Judicial Clerkship Program has helped some law students secure clerkships. The program is essentially a job fair where law students can meet judges, including federal judges and state supreme court justices."

After the complaint, the ABA removed the quota requirements.

"WILL initially filed a Title VI complaint against the ABA and three participating universities—South Texas College of Law Houston, the University of the Pacific, and Willamette University—all receive federal funds," the team said.

Title VI prohibits federal fund recipients from discriminating on the grounds of race, color, or national origin. WILL also filed a judicial misconduct complaint against Magistrate Judge Leo I. Brisbois, a federal judge in the District of Minnesota, for his involvement.

The ABA Journal said the ABA claimed the "description" of the program, which included the quotas, was "inaccurate."

ABA spokeswoman Annaliese Fleming said, "some language" was removed for not accurately reflecting "the operation of the program."

She said the agenda still includes "enhancing diversity."

"The new wording says law schools 'are encouraged to select a diverse group of students using criteria aligned with the ABA's Goal III objectives.' It also says judges from across the country participate in the program but says nothing about judges striving to hire at least two minority law clerks," that report said.

WILL said it would continue to monitor the situation, to make sure future actions don't violation the federal code.
