Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) filed a complaint on Thursday with the Federal Election Commission, saying that his Democrat opponent Rep. Colin Allred (D-TX) illegally coordinated with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC) to produce campaign ads against him that exceeded the limits allowed under federal election law.

Cruz claimed that four particular campaign ads constituted potentially millions of dollars in excessive in-kind contributions from DSCC to Allred.

“Colin Allred’s campaign is illegally coordinating with Chuck Schumer and the DSCC. We are calling on the FEC to immediately investigate and put a stop to this flagrant violation of federal law,” a spokesman for Cruz told the Daily Caller.

Allred is actually giving Cruz a run for his money in a very tight race where this sort of illegal activity could actually have an impact on the outcome.

Misusing  hybrid ads

According to Cruz, Allred and the DSCC are not following rules for "hybrid ads," which are supposed to spend half of their time plugging for or attacking "generically referenced" candidates. One of the ads in question talks about abortion but not generic candidates.

The other three ads attack Cruz and other Republicans in Texas but are still not generic enough, Cruz said.

It's going to be a hard one to win since the FEC has failed to penalize similar ads previously, including some from Republicans.

The panel deadlocked on a case brought by Democrats, which focused on ads about "extremists" and former President Donald Trump.

What's good for the goose

Because of the deadlock, the ads were allowed to continue and there was no consequence for Republicans.

This seems to indicate that the same would happen to Cruz.

“The DSCC is running the same kind of advertisements that the NRSC, the Republican National Committee and Republican members of the FEC all argued are legal - and that are being run by Republican Senate campaigns across the country. Ted Cruz is doing whatever he can to try and distract Texans from his support for a ban on all abortions and his self-serving politics,” Amanda Sherman Baity, a spokesperson for the DSCC, said in a statement.

In this case, it would be surprising if Cruz got a favorable ruling.

Party groups like to use hybrid ads because they can get them for lower rates through a candidate than through the group alone.

Both Democrats and Republicans in the Texas Senate race have spent roughly the allowed $2.8 million on the hybrid ads.

Kamala Harris can no longer hide her extremism, telling a CNN town hall Wednesday that the Senate filibuster should be thrown away to unblock her radical agenda.

The proposal was one of the few semi-coherent responses Harris gave as she spent much of the event rambling - one might even say filibustering.

The Senate filibuster

The filibuster is a political tactic, sometimes known as "talking a bill to death," in which lawmakers delay or block a vote with prolonged debate.

While not part of the Constitution, the filibuster is often seen as a key element of the U.S. Senate, which was meant to be the more deliberative body of Congress.

In recent years, Democrats have pushed to end the Senate filibuster for the very reason its defenders say that it exists - to block injudicious or oppressive schemes from getting rammed through with a bare majority.

Harris calls for major reform

Harris brought up the filibuster Wednesday night when asked how she would deliver on one of her main campaign promises.

Host Anderson Cooper asked Harris how she would codify Roe v. Wade without the 60 votes needed to end debate.

Harris' response was to point to the filibuster, before quickly pivoting to her stump speech about Trump and abortion. Removing the filibuster would allow legislation to pass the Senate with just 51 votes.

"I think we need to take a look at the filibuster, to be honest with you,” Harris replied.

“But the reality of it is this: Let’s talk about how we got here. When Donald Trump was president, he hand-selected three members of the United States Supreme Court with the intention that they would undermine the protections of Roe v. Wade and they did as intended,” she said.

Kamala filibusters her way through

With or without the filibuster, Democrats are facing an uphill battle to holding onto their narrow Senate majority. Democratic Senate candidates in key states have been distancing themselves from Harris and even tying themselves to Trump ahead of Election Day.

As her campaign stalls in the home stretch, Harris' tone has grown noticeably darker. She flatly responded, "yes, I do," when Cooper asked if she believe Trump is a "fascist."

While she targets the filibuster, Harris did quite a bit of filibustering herself during Wednesday's town hall.

Like she has done in previous interviews, Harris responded to many questions with garbled, evasive answers. When Cooper asked her to name one mistake she made in the past, she responded with this:

'"I mean, you know if you‘ve ever parented a child you know, you make lots of mistakes to, um, in my role as vice president, I mean, I‘ve probably worked very hard at making sure that I am well versed on issues."

Her performance received mixed reviews even from liberals like CNN's Dana Bash, who warned that Harris failed to "close the deal" with undecided voters.

Some of the illegal aliens being allowed into the United States through the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris open borders agenda are criminals.

Some are even worse: gang members.

And multiple complaints have been raised about how members of the criminal Tren de Aragua gang from Venezuela have taken over apartment buildings in Aurora, Colorado, beating up and chasing the building managers away, and then demanding the residents either move out, or pay rent to the gang.

The response from Colorado officials, including the leftist governor Jared Polis, has been that there is some gang activity there, but it's not serious, or a major problem.

That story line just got torpedoed by a member of the Aurora city council who has released documents that verify that local police knew about the takeover of the private property by the criminals in the gang more than a year ago.

It is Councilwoman Danielle Jurinsky who has posted images of the documents to her personal X profile this week.

A report at Fox News points out the documents posted contain emails from within the Aurora Police Department discussing the extensive gang threat.

"I am done. I am tired of the city lying. I am done with the governor who called the cops on me. I am done with the local media. This is an issue of human suffering. Gang members are extorting and torturing other migrants who came here for a better life and to get away from gangs like this," she told Fox News Digital.

The same gang reportedly also is attacking the constitutional rights of renters and landowners in other cities, including at least one in Texas.

"This is one of the biggest cover-ups I've ever seen and Aurora police officers on the front lines are sick of it as well. They are putting their lives on the line and they are fed up," Jurinsky said.

She confirmed Tren de Aragua gang members are "still very much in control" of the apartment buildings in question.

Her documentation included records from October of 2023 from the Aurora PD's Gang Intervention Unit that show at that time authorities believed from 15-20 TdA members were taking over buildings in the metropolitan area.

"The document notes that Immigration and Customs Enforcement had intelligence indicating that TdA planned to establish a headquarters in Aurora, even going on to list the addresses of two apartment buildings at the center of the controversy," Fox reported.

Those locations reportedly were The Edge at Lowry and the Fitzsimons Place Apartments.

The confirmation comes just a day after the Department of Homeland Security called for more than 100 illegal aliens, all apparently affiliated with the gang, to added to an FBI watchlist.

Fox reported NBC was first to report DHS actually has identified some 600 people with possible TdA gang ties, with recommendations they be put on the FBI's Watchlist for Transnational Criminal Organizations.

The gang already apparently is operating in Venezuela, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru and the UI.S.

WND previously reported that the Aurora property management company whose properties were taken by the gang went online with its truth about the situation.

In Colorado the issue got attention when a video showed them apparently taking over an apartment building, collecting rent from tenants for apartments in a building they didn't own."

Management company Cbz Management went on social media after a network anchor minimized the troubles:

WATCH:

Martha Raddatz' comments left Republican vice presidential hopeful JD Vance challenging, "Martha, do you hear yourself? Only 'a handful of apartment complexes' in America were taken over by Venezuelan gangs, and Donald Trump is the problem and not Kamala Harris' open border? Americans are so fed up with what's going on, and they have every right to be and I really find this exchange, Martha, sort of interesting, because you seem to be more focused [on] nitpicking everything that Donald Trump has said rather than acknowledging that apartment complexes in the United States of America are being taken over by violent gangs."

Raddatz had claimed, "The incidents were limited to a handful of apartment complexes — apartment complexes and the mayor said our dedicated police officers have acted on those concerns."

Cbz had another story:

The corporation statements continued, explaining illegal tenants and squatters apparently did pay rent, to the gang members.

"To address this entity (gangs) we contacted every city official we could think of for help with the problem. Unfortunately, none were willing to take meaningful action. Meanwhile, our CBZ representative continued receiving threatening messages, in which these criminals revealed his home address and his spouse's name. Finally, the APD, FBI and Homeland Security informed us that those sending the messages and controlling our buildings were part of the notorious Tren De Aragua gang from Venezuela. They also mentioned that our situation was just 'a blip on the radar,' as this gang is causing significant problems nationwide. Two days after our FBI meeting, the gang confronted our on-site manager, asserting control over all three properties. They offered an ultimatum: share rental income 50/50 or lose the buildings permanently. They also threatened to harm him and his family. For the safety of our management team and their families, we withdrew them from the properties and focused on seeking help from government agencies."

The company had expected help, "perhaps even from the National Guard."

"That never happened. Instead, we were left helpless, watching as violence, bullets, and destruction overtook our buildings. Many of our legitimate tenants fled out of fear. Despite the obvious crisis, several city officials refused to acknowledge the reality. Instead, they blamed us, citing 'code violations' as the reason for shutting down our property—violations we couldn't resolve for tenants who weren't even ours," the company said.

The company said it was speaking up because "many still deny the reality of the situation, sometimes using us as scapegoats. That's why we are no longer staying silent. We will continue to counter falsehoods with simple facts and evidence.

"Yes, gangs did take control of our apartment complexes in Aurora, Colorado, and the government did nothing. That is the real story."

A former girlfriend of Doug Emhoff, now the husband of Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris, is expressing horror at the persona he's being given in the media.

Because she has charged, he slapped her so hard during their brief relationship that she spun around.

The accusations first were leveled in the Daily Mail, that Emhoff and the woman, a lawyer, were at an event in Paris a number of years ago when he suddenly broadsided her. The sources were people who knew her and knew of the incident.

Now the Daily Mail reports the woman herself has come forward.

It was at a celebrity event in France in 2012, the woman said, the attack happened.

"What's frightening for a woman that's been on the other end of it, is watching this completely fabricated persona being portrayed. He's being held out to be the antithesis of who he actually is. And that is utterly shocking," explained the woman, identified only as "Jane."

The Daily Mail was not releasing any further identification.

But she confirmed to the publication the story of how he "slapped her in the face so hard she spun around," the report said.

She initially had declined to comment on the record, but came forward, the report said, because of "Emhoff's denial."

The publication said weeks ago that the incident happened, according to "two friends she told immediately after the incident."

The new report said, "The bombshell allegations, which followed DailyMail.com's revelation in August that Emhoff cheated on his first wife with his daughter's nanny Najen Naylor, received little or no coverage from politically center-left major news outlets."

Emhoff had admitted to the affair, but his spokesman gave only a short denial about the slapping incident.

"Emhoff, the Harris campaign, and the White House have failed to respond to DailyMail.com and other outlets' repeated requests for comment," the report said.

Jane told the Daily Mail, "Every time I see Doug on TV portraying the persona of a perfect spouse and non-toxic man, I wonder if Najen is watching too and feeling as disgusted as I am."

Her comments continued: "I was living in New York, and Doug was living in Los Angeles. I met him on Match.com. After work one night I met him for drinks at a hotel near Times Square."

He immediately invited his son to join them. "It was an odd request for a first date, but I also felt bad that his son was walking around the city waiting for his dad to finish his Match.com date. So I agreed. In retrospect, it should have been a red flag.

"He flew me to Los Angeles in April [2012]. I stayed in his home for a week. The entire time, he was alluding to marriage and having children with me. He was totally love-bombing me. He grabbed me round the stomach and talked about wanting more babies."

The slapping allegedly happened because Emhoff thought "Jane" was hitting on another man when she approached a valet while in a line, trying to get a car lined up.

Emhoff split from his first wife in 2009. The incident apparently happened in 2012. Emhoff married Harris in 2014.

Her story continued, about what he told her: "We were in Santa Monica. He was driving his fancy car. And so I just straight out asked him: 'I feel like you're on the back foot in the divorce like you're trying to make up for something?' All I did was ask him one question, and he told me the whole story. Without skipping a beat, and staring straight ahead at the road, he tells me he had an affair with his daughter's teacher and that subsequently, she claimed that she was pregnant. He's telling me this very casually like it's no big deal. He yelled at her. He never said he hit her, but he said he got really angry with her, and she subsequently claimed that whatever he did caused her to lose the pregnancy. He said she got a lawyer and was threatening litigation. I was flabbergasted. And I was taken aback by how matter of fact he could talk about it."

"Jane" said, of the Paris events: "I put my hand on the valet's shoulder and tell him, with my $100, could you please get me a car as soon as possible. As I'm talking to him, Doug got out of the line, comes up, turns me around by my right shoulder. I'm completely caught off guard, I'm not bracing, I'm in four-inch heels, wearing a full-length gown and it's between 2-3 am. He slaps me so hard I spin around, and I'm in utter shock."

WND reported that Emhoff, in an interview on MSNBC, "dismissed bombshell stories that he slapped his ex-girlfriend and had an affair during his first marriage as a 'distraction,' but didn't deny them."

It is Bill Maher, a host on Real Time, who asked why leftist media outlets were ignoring the dispute.

There's no doubt that a morality foreign to America's Judeo-Christian foundation and longtime adherence is afoot on its shores today.

The Joe Biden-Kamala Harris administration has made transgenderism, including the bodily mutilation of minors, and abortion, the lucrative industry of killing the unborn, among its top priorities.

Further, the administration routinely has orchestrated attacks on followers of the faith, sending grandmothers to prison because of their actions in pursuit of protecting the unborn, and trying to force Christian ministries to fund abortion.

So it's not a surprise that President Donald Trump, who has promised to reverse many of the Biden-Harris agenda points, would be considered by some to be the choice closer to God's desires for America than the Democrat nominee, Harris.

But now some speculation by witches, who have made their presence known on social media sites, is spurring that conversation.

They, in fact, are complaining about "some kind of protection" around Trump, making it so they cannot cast spells on him.

Trump himself has acknowledged that circumstance, especially concerning his escape from an assassin's bullet weeks ago. The bullet nicked his ear, causing it to bleed. But he explains that had he not turned his head at that very instant to look at a poster on stage at his rally, he likely would have died.

Online, "WitchesVsPatriarchy" complained, "Some other witches have mentioned that doing spells directly against tRump (sic) are not as effective as we might hope as he seems to have some kind of protection around him."

So the recommendation is to do spells "to help Kamala & the Democrats."

report at Modernity News said, "A post on the far-left website appeared in a subreddit called 'WitchesVsPatriarchy' and features one of the witches bemoaning the fact that their spells aren't working on the Donald."

The report suggests Trump already "lives in their deranged heads rent free" because they want no more attention given to him, while giving him more attention.

WND reported Trump publicly thanked God for allowing him to escape that assassin's bullet, at the recent Al Smith Charity Dinner in Manhattan.

He said, "You don't hear about the American Dream anymore. We're going to make it possible for them to have that dream again. This is a very religious evening to me. It really is. It represents so much. My sister was someone who loved the (Catholic) Church and gave to the Church. The cardinal knew that.

"Having recently, myself, survived two assassination attempts—yes, I survived. I have a chart that went down to the right. Fortunately, I looked at it. It's my all-time favorite piece of paper. It went down, and I looked to the right, and I said, 'Was that luck? Was that God?' I think it was God that did that. I really do."

Further, columnist Wayne Allyn Root bluntly said Trump has been chosen by God.

"He's not perfect. He's not a god. He's a human, although I believe super-human. But Trump is clearly chosen by God for this role, at this time and place – to save America and make America great again," he explained in a commentary.

"Like the heroes of the Bible, Trump is a courageous warrior, with a killer instinct, perhaps you might call him a Barbarian, chosen by God to FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT! And to protect our country, our values, and our childrens' future."

Root is author of multiple books and has a television show, "The ROOT Reaction" on Real America's Voice TV, as well as a weekend program.

His comments, he explains, are being repeated from 2016. But they are never more true than now, he said.

On social media, Trump said, "There's something going on. I mean, perhaps it's God wanting me to be president, to save this country. Nobody knows."

One of the high-ranking officials in the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris Department of Homeland Security has been found to be promoting illegal immigration on social media.

It is the American Accountability Foundation that is publishing a report about how Wilson Osorio, listed online as an associate counsel with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service's Office of the Chief Counsel, who had social media accounts – abruptly "made private" or "removed" – in which he advised border-crossers.

The Fox News report explained the sudden change in the status of those social media pages happened when it contacted DHS and USCIS to confirm his employment and seek comment on the report.

"Osorio uses his TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram channels to post video content, mostly of conversations with illegal immigrants, where he asks the individuals to tell those watching how much money they make, how they came to the United States, and how wonderful it is to illegally enter and settle in the U.S.," the American Accountability Foundation documentation explains.

The report notes Osorio began posting the advisories in July and has, or had, dozens of videos on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.

One cites an illegal alien who now owns a restaurant, with Osorio promoting, "The American Dream is alive and well. This is the story of a Honduran immigrant who entered the United States illegally ~20 years ago. With hard work and dedication, he is now the owner of an expanding restaurant which brings in over $1 million in sales."

Fox noted other promotions included videos about a migrant earning $1,000 a week selling fruit, and another illegal alien warning about the dangers of smugglers and desert heat.

"In 3 years my daughters and I already have papers in the USA," yet another explains.

After her illegal arrival, she explains, having three daughters helped her escape deportation.

Fox said, "Another video identified the 'important role' undocumented immigrants play in construction, while highlighting the money they can make in various occupations. One video gives advice to illegal immigrants if they are owed money at work."

Thomas Jones, the chief of the foundation that issued the report, concluded, "Wilson Osorio personifies the plague of unelected radical leftist bureaucrats turning this country upside down. Even as he collects his taxpayer-funded salary, Osorio pushes his radical open borders agenda that is endangering the safety, stability and livelihoods of millions of Americans. It is an utter betrayal of the American people. He must be fired immediately."

Harris, of course, was on Biden's direction to serve as his "border czar" to address the issue of illegal immigration.

To Fox, DHS declined comment, but Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, said it was a breach of public trust for a federal hire to be promoting illegal activities.

"Unfortunately, this is unsurprising for the Biden-Harris administration and Mayorkas' DHS, which has worked for four years to destroy America's borders and invite illegal aliens, including thousands of violent criminals, to our shores," he said.

A ruling from a Dutch court means that American Microsoft billionaire Bill Gates, a major influence in world organizations and a big supporter of the so-called COVID-19 "vaccines," will go to trial in a case brought by seven people hurt by that agenda.

He repeatedly promoted the vaccines, which have since proven probably to be just about as damaging as COVID-19 itself, with side effects including fatal heart conditions and more.

Here's one of his promotions:

It is the Gateway Pundit that reported on the judicial decision, and even posted that document online.

The report said Gates will be on trial in the Netherlands "over his involvement in misleading the public about the safety of COVID-19 vaccines."

The seven plaintiffs all described the vaccine injuries they sustained, and they brought the lawsuit last year. Recent court time has been consumed by court consideration of the Gates motion to dismiss the case, based on his claim he was not subject to Dutch courts.

Others named as defendants included former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, members of the Dutch government's COVID-19 Outbreak Management Team, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, and the Dutch government itself.

Gates multiple times made demands of the public regarding the China virus, which probably originated in a Chinese lab experimenting with how to make viruses worse. He and others claimed the vaccine would stop people from getting the virus, and that those taking the virus would not get sick or die.

The Gateway Pundit reported, "The plaintiffs argue that Gates, through his involvement with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the World Economic Forum (WEF), was involved in a far-reaching agenda – referred to as 'The Great Reset Project' – which sought to exploit the global crisis in order to implement sweeping societal changes, all under the guise of combating the pandemic."

One claim is that included pushing, even forcing, vaccines on populations even though those "treatments" were known to be dangerous.

"One of the seven plaintiffs has reportedly died since the initial filing, leaving six others to carry on the fight against Gates and his cohorts. These ordinary Dutch citizens, whose identities have been redacted from the court documents, say they trusted the vaccine narrative and are now paying the price," the Gateway Pundit explained.

It was a ruling from the Leeuwarden District Court that confirmed it does have jurisdiction to hear the case, and that the defendants will include Gates.

The ruling included the conclusion: "Article 7 paragraph 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure provides that if the Dutch court has jurisdiction over one of the defendants, it also has jurisdiction over other defendants involved in the same proceedings, provided that there is such a connection between the claims against the various defendants that reasons of expediency justify joint proceedings."

Joe Biden's many decades as a Washington insider, a politician playing to the power brokers, already is established.

So is his obvious physical and mental decline during his presidency, to the point his own party threw him under the bus and hand-picked Kamala Harris to take over, even though he had won some 14 million primary votes and she got none.

He's being ostracized by his own party now, avoided by Harris and her campaign power brokers, and ignored by historians who probably ultimately will determine his presidency failed.

All that's according to a new commentary at Revolver.news, one that offers him a single move that could make him an icon in Democrat politics.

The commentary explains, "It's not much fun being old Joe Biden these days. The 'most powerful man in the world' is languishing in obscurity. He is ignored by the press, forgotten by the public, shunned by his party, and avoided by his own supposedly handpicked successor. Whatever happens two weeks from now, Biden will be quickly shunted off into the wastebin of history, joining John Tyler, Franklin Pierce, and various other 19th-century trivia answers on the embarrassing list of U.S. presidents to be toppled by their own party before even getting to run for reelection. He will, beyond doubt, be remembered as a failed president."

But, it suggested, "Joe Biden has exactly one outside-the-box way to flip the script and head into the sunset, if not triumphant, then at least with some dignity intact: Officially endorse Donald Trump for president."

The reputation-saving recommendation continued, "Imagine if Biden publicly admitted his party had gone astray—that it had become far too focused on racial grievance, identity politics, and waging war against the historic American nation—and that this was now undercutting all the reasons he originally became a Democrat. Imagine if Biden said America needed a border and he was tired of his own party making it impossible. Imagine if Biden said the Democrat Party was better 30 years ago. Overnight, Biden's role would change. He would be the man who ignited a centrist Democratic rebirth, rather than the confused old man watching confused as his party marches off a cliff."

The commentary openly admitted some of its goal was to put Donald Trump in the White House.

And while improbable, it said, such a move by Biden would not be a "bad shot."

"Joe Biden didn't step aside of his own accord. Instead, he was betrayed and ripped apart by the members of his own party, who stabbed him in the back and destroyed him when he was at his most vulnerable. Biden's own party looked at the man who led them to victory against Donald Trump and decided to put him down like a sick family dog (Nancy Pelosi playing the role of Kristi Noem in this scenario). Biden insisted for weeks that he would not be leaving, but his allies refused to listen, only responding with ever-stronger escalations and pressure tactics," the commentary said.

His actual withdrawal from the race, it explained, "was nasty, brutal, and unpleasant. It was humiliating. But worst of all, it's what Joe Biden will be remembered for most, absent any change."

That's why Biden should consider "what a change he could make."

"Kamala's polls are sagging. Her early vote advantage is disappearing. Prediction markets have shifted from 50/50 to a nearly 2:1 advantage for Donald Trump. Driven by some hidden desperation, her campaign has abruptly pivoted from avoiding all interviews to granting as many as possible, with expected results," it said.

Already, the report noted some are saying the Democrats should have stuck with Joe.

It noted the possibility that Joe Biden eventually could die while son Hunter Biden, already convicted on felonies and facing more at trial, is behind bars.

However, "Trump is magnanimous and prefers finding reasons to bury the hatchet. Just look at how he has turned former rivals like RFK Jr. and Ted Cruz into allies, just to take a couple prominent examples."

"Donald Trump is the exact kind of person who might reward an unexpected gesture of unity from Joe Biden by commuting the sentence of Biden's son—let the country move on from bitter criminal prosecutions of presidential candidates and their family members."

By endorsing Trump, it said, Joe Biden "instead of feebly leaving office in embarrassed defeat" would be "taking a parting shot at the people who disgraced him."

It was only days ago that twice-failed White House wannabe Hillary Clinton was discussing how Democrats must control the information Americans have, through the press and social media.

Now one of her compatriots-in-arms in the agenda to make America over into the "just and equal society" they want has confirmed that agenda, with actions that including her ownership of The Atlantic, a far-left publication that repeatedly has done hit pieces on President Donald Trump, and her expressed interest in ownership of the New York Times: "Is it for sale?"

That person is Laurene Powell Jobs, widow of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs and the inheritor of his billions.

She recently was on stage, talking about what she wants in America, and said:

"It was pretty obvious to me that we could build, we cou… you know we'd we'd build out in a very cross-disciplinary way, um our work capitol investing, policy and philanthropy. And we could do this work forever and ever and we could have the narrative overtaken by you know by someone who has a lot of power that's complete contrary to us. And we could never get to the place where we could think we're part of a more just and equal society and so it was obvious that if we could be part of the the creation of cultural narrative uh, that would that would enhance and amplify all the work that we're doing."

She continued, "These are early days for us but that's the idea behind it. We want to inspire the kind of stories that we'd like to see told."

She was sitting next to Kamala Harris when she described her agenda to control what information to which people have access.

WND previously has reported on Clinton's related agenda.

She said, "Well I do think that, uhm, the, the press needs a consistent narr … I mean the, the press is not supporting Trump, blatantly, very persistently. The press is trying to be the press, be objective, reporting the facts… uhm. The press needs a consistent narrative about the danger that Trump poses, because you know people may still look at the dangers and say 'I don't care, doesn't you know doesn't affect me I'm going to vote for him, for X Y or Z' but ok … But at least people need to be woken up and given the facts about what he has done, is saying and would do."

Then the Daily Mail reported she wants control of social media, too.

She said in an interview on CNN that "we" could "lose control" if they don't do enough to censor digital content.

Her agenda drew a backlash online, in fact.

"Democrats see the internet as a propaganda tool rather than a medium for the open exchange of information!!" warned Tom Callahan on social media.

The report explained, "Clinton called for the federal government to imitate states like California and New York to place more controls on social media."

She charged, "We need national action and sadly our Congress has been dysfunctional when it comes to addressing these threats to our children."

She continued, "[I]f the platforms, whether it's Facebook or Twitter/X or Instagram or TikTok, whatever they are, if they don't moderate and monitor the content, we lose total control.:"

Another social media participate said, "Who is 'we'?"

Her earlier comments about control of the press pointed out she believes, "This is dangerous stuff! It starts online often on the dark web. It migrates. It's picked up by the pro-Trump media. It's then reported on by everybody which makes sure it has about 100% coverage and people believe it! So I don't know what it's going to be but it will be something and we will have to work very hard to make sure that it is exposed as the lie that it is.""

Of course, what Clinton and other leftists repeatedly have claimed is misinformation, disinformation and malinformation – with their demands that it be suppressed, is nothing more than a political opinion that contradicts her own political opinion.

This story was originally published by the WND News Center.

Barack Obama, who once publicly complained to Americans about how they were not like him, blasting them for getting "bitter," and condemning how "they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them," now says he cannot understand how Americans can be so divided.

"How we got so toxic and just so divided and so bitter," he said.

But it is a report at the Daily Wire that enlightens him.

"He's responsible," it said.

The report explained that Obama, campaigning for the word salad-generating Kamala Harris, who holds at least partial responsibility for the Biden-Harris record of stunningly high inflation, a porous southern border that is threatening multiple facets of American life, a push for transgenderism and abortion that has alarmed many Americans, and more, was at a rally for her.

"I don't understand how we got so toxic and just so divided and so bitter," he complained. "I get why sometimes people just don't want to pay attention to it. And we all have friends like that; we have family members who are just like, 'Ahh, y'know, it's all a circus out there.'"

Then the report documented "Obama's own rhetoric" and that from other Democrats, that "has fanned the flames of division."

Among the points made in the report:

A Rasmussen poll in July 2016, before he left office, found 60% of Americans reporting race relations "worse" under Obama's tenure.

Hillary Clinton had joined in, with her 2016 claim, "You could put half of Trump's supporters into what I call the 'basket of deplorables.' Right? The racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamophobic—you name it."

And Obama's insistence, in 2008, "They get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations."

And he said in 2008, "I want you to talk to them whether they are independent or whether they are Republican. I want you to argue with them and get in their face."

And he said in 2010, about Republicans, "They see an opportunity to take back the House, maybe take back the Senate. If they're successful in doing that, they've already said they're going to go back to the same policies that were in place during the Bush administration. That means that we are going to have just hand-to-hand combat up here on Capitol Hill."

And he said in 2014, "This (racism) is something that's deeply rooted in our society, deeply rooted in our history."

And, the report explained, in 2016, at a memorial for five Dallas police officers ambushed and gunned down by a man who "wanted to kill white people," said, "America, we know that bias remains. We know it. Whether you are black or white or Hispanic or Asian or Native American or of Middle Eastern descent, we have all seen this bigotry in our own lives at some point. We've heard it at times in our own homes. If we're honest, perhaps we've heard prejudice in our own heads and felt it in our own hearts. We know that. And while some suffer far more under racism's burden, some feel to a far greater extent discrimination's sting. Although most of us do our best to guard against it and teach our children better, none of us is entirely innocent. No institution is entirely immune. And that includes our police departments. We know this."

Also, Sen. Maxine Waters, an extremist from California, once insisted that Democrats actually track down Republicans in stores, on streets, and more, and essentially run them out of those venues.
