There's been resistance to President Donald Trump's border security agenda since he took office and ordered that criminal illegal aliens be rounded up and deported.

Some of it has been international, which mostly has disappeared as Trump's plans have moved forward. Some of it has been political, from Democrats who facilitated Joe Biden's open borders scheme for years. Some of it has been, frankly, dangerous, as there were leakers who distributed advance information about raids to the public.

Those people, insiders with details about coming raids, have been identified, according to Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.

And they are getting fired.

"We have found some leakers. We are continuing to get more. They will be fired. There will be consequences," Noem said. "When they leak information to the press in order to blow an operation, they are putting law enforcement lives in jeopardy. They are risking their lives and putting their families in the position where they have to live without those individuals any further."

But the resistance, or "insurrection" against legitimate law enforcement activities, continues to find new methods to undermine American security.

report from Fox News now explains that the newest method is doxxing.

"Flyers showing the names, pictures, and phone numbers of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents have surfaced in a Southern California neighborhood," the report said. "Multiple federal law enforcement sources confirmed to Fox News national correspondent Bill Melugin that anti-ICE activists, who have been interfering with ICE operations in the Los Angeles area in recent days, have now started putting up posters featuring the personal information of ICE and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) officers working in the Los Angeles and Southern California area."

The report said the posters, in Spanish, suggest being "CAREFUL WITH THESE FACES."

And the posters charge, "These armed agents work in Southern California. ICE and HSI racially terrorize and criminalize entire communities with their policies. They kidnap people from their homes and from the streets, separating families and fracturing communities. Many people have died while locked up in jails, prisons, and detention centers."

But a DHS official told Fox, "These pathetic activists are putting targets on the backs of our law enforcement as they shield MS-13, Tren De Aragua and other vicious gangs that traffic women and children, kidnap for ransom and poison Americans with lethal drugs. These individuals will be held accountable for obstructing the law and justice. This shouldn't be controversial."

While freedom of speech and assembly are constitutionally protected, "any individual who impedes law enforcement operations, potentially threatening the safety of law enforcement agents and subjects of their investigations, is subject to investigation and potential prosecution by the Department of Justice," the DHS statement said.

Earlier, a Tampa Free Press reported confirmed that those insiders who earlier leaked information about coming raids had been identified.

Noem said those leaking such information were putting at risk the likes of federal agents.

"When they are breaking the law, we are prosecuting and holding them accountable to it. We're not here to play games. This is about America," Noem said.

That scandal erupted Feb. 7 when the Los Angeles Times printed a report based on a leaked internal memo detailing plans for an ICE raid in the area.

The plan, which targeted those convicted of crimes including rape and murder, sparked protests in the "sanctuary" enclave of Los Angeles.

While Noem confirmed some leakers were identified, their numbers and soon-to-be former employers were not identified.

Noem had said polygraph tests and examination of employee emails were being used to identify leakers.

"It's amazing how these bureaucrats who have an agenda to stop the work that we're doing to bring safety to America will sell each other down the river just to protect themselves," she said.

President Trump wants to abolish the Department of Education. Sounds outrageous to some.

Writing for The Hill, Justin Hawkins notes, "The Trump administration is reportedly preparing an executive order that could eliminate or roll back significant parts of the Department of Education, a move that has already received significant criticism from Trump's political opponents."

Hawkins also says, "Regardless of whether you support such programs, the Constitution does not allow for the vast majority of what the Education Department does today."

The White House declares: "President Trump's Department of Education canceled $881 million in unnecessary contracts that were not benefiting students, including a $4.6 million contract just to coordinate Zoom and in-person meetings."

I interviewed Dr. Paul Kengor on a radio segment and asked him about the president's plan to abolish the Department of Education. Kengor is a bestselling author on American politics and history, as well as a professor of history and political science at Grove City College in Pennsylvania.

Kengor reminded our listeners that the Department of Education is a relative Johnny Come Lately. It was only established by President Jimmy Carter in the late 1970s: "Americans think it was created not in 1978, but 1778 – as if the founders were talking about it in the Federalist Papers."

Kengor, added, "When Ronald Reagan, just months after that, talked about eliminating it, they treated Reagan as if he were some sort of domestic terrorist. Somebody who was out of his mind. 'Eliminate the Department of Education? That's the craziest thing I've ever heard.'" Kengor has called the department "a menace" and "a force of destruction."

Kengor answers the common question, "What will happen if this federal agency were to be abolished?" He observes, "People will fund education the way they've always done – at the local level, at the state level."

The Constitution does not mention education per se. In my "Foundation of American Liberty" series of documentaries on our nation's Judeo-Christian roots, the late Dr. Walter Williams of George Mason University made an interesting observation.

Williams, a syndicated columnist, stated, "The founders thought that education was very, very important, but they gave the federal government no authority to deal with education – that is, education was mostly a state function. And if you look at James Madison and others who wrote in the Federalist Papers, trying to get the colonies to ratify the United States Constitution, James Madison and other founders had a very limited view of the federal government. In fact, in Federalist Paper 45, James Madison, who was trying to explain what's in the Constitution, said that the powers that we left to the federal government are few and defined, and mostly restricted to external affairs."

In 1789, America's founders passed the Northwest Ordinance, so that as new territories became new states, they would follow a common template.

In Article III, they mentioned education. America's Founding Fathers wrote, "Religion, morality, and knowledge, being necessary to good government and the happiness of mankind, schools and the means of education shall forever be encouraged." They didn't intend to banish Christianity in the schools but to encourage it. And these schools were voluntary.

In fact, most of the education at that time was conducted by churches or in home settings. The Bible was the chief textbook in one way or another. And back then, society was much more literate than we are today.

Reagan warned about education that removed God. Dr. Kengor wrote an article about the 40th president and some remarks he made about education at Georgetown in 1988 at its 200th anniversary. Said Reagan, "At its full flowering, freedom is the first principle of … Western society. … And yet freedom cannot exist alone. And that's why the theme for your bicentennial is so very apt: learning, faith, and freedom. Each reinforces the others, each makes the others possible. For what are they without each other?"

Reagan went on to say, "Learning is a good thing, but unless it's tempered by faith and a love of freedom, it can be very dangerous indeed. The names of many intellectuals are recorded on the rolls of infamy, from Robespierre to Lenin to Ho Chi Minh to Pol Pot."

He went on to say that the "twin beacons of faith and freedom" have "brightened the American sky."

Why is modern education so vacuous for so many? I believe for too long we have forgotten the biblical counsel that "the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom."

President Trump points out that we pay more for education for each pupil than do other industrialized nations. We are first in spending, but far down the list in results. No wonder people could well ask: Is the Department of Education a part of the solution or a part of the problem?

A television network report on a detained illegal alien who was sent to America's prison at Guantanamo Bay, then returned to his native Venezuela, has the makings of a great advertisement for President Donald Trump's Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and his border security plans.

That's according to media personality Benny Johnson, who posted the clip on X.

The alien, Kevin Rodriguez, explains, "I don't plan on leaving my country, because I am traumatized by everything I went through."

The NBC clip explained the interview was with Telemundo.

He was detained for 14 days in Guantanamo, to which Trump has been sending captured illegal alien criminals.

And during those days in a six foot by nine foot cell, he lost nine pounds.

"There were spider webs. The cell was in really bad shape," he said, according to a translation. "What worried me was how long I was going to be there. How long my family would go without knowing about how I was doing."

Kristi Noem, Trump's Department of Homeland Security secretary, said, "This is part of our plan to make sure that we're protecting America."

When President Donald Trump took office he worked immediately, through executive orders, to reopen America's energy resources for exploration, development and production. Even exports.

It was in direct conflict with Joe Biden's agenda to shut down oil, gas, coal and more, and rely instead on unreliable wind and solar power.

But now Democrats in Congress are trying to scheme a way to backtrack into Biden's agenda again.

And Trump is warning them their ideologies will cost voters trillions of dollars and hundreds of thousands of jobs.

A report from Fox News cites attempts by U.S. Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., to simply overturn Trump's declaration of an energy emergency, which accompanied his executive orders.

"Tim Kaine wants to impoverish Americans. President Donald Trump's executive order brings America into the future and unleashes prosperity. Senator [Tim] Kaine wants to cost the economy trillions and risk losing nearly a million jobs," deputy press secretary Anna Kelly told Fox.

Kaine has been joined by Sen. Martin Heinrich, D-N.M., the Democrats' top member of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, in a proposal for a resolution to end Trump's emergency declaration.

But the move would cost 869,000 American jobs, the White House revealed in a document Fox obtained.

"The White House emphasized that ending the emergency would usher back in the Biden administration's policies. The document stressed that under those policies, during Biden's first two years, families spent an additional average of $10,000 in energy costs, citing a study published by the Committee to Unleash Prosperity," the report said.

Estimates are that under Trump's administration, the growth in the liquefied natural gas industry is projected to generate half a million jobs annually and boost the U.S. GDP by $1.3 trillion through 2040.

Kaine and Heinrich said, in a statement, that Trump's plan to expand access to natural resources somehow will decrease "the supply of American-made energy when demand is high."

They claimed that's the fastest way to raise prices, "and that's exactly what President Trump's sham energy emergency will do."

They also attacked his agenda to eliminate funding for costly and unreliable wind projects, electric vehicle campaigns and such.

"Senate Democrats are yet again attempting to block President Trump's efforts to secure cheaper, more reliable energy—just when America needs it most," Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, the committee chairman, charged.

"Their message to families is clear: pay more, expect less. Luckily, President Trump is committed to unleashing American energy and rescuing the country from the energy crisis that they have perpetuated. Senate Republicans won't let Democrats delay and obstruct any longer and will ensure the President has the tools necessary to deliver the results the American people expect."

The Department of Veterans Affairs is set to cut another 1,400 workers as part of a cost-cutting measure that will save over $83 million, Fox News reported. This comes after the VA slashes diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

The cut employees were in "non-mission critical positions" that wouldn't impact care. "Those dismissed today are bargaining-unit probationary employees who have served less than a year in a competitive service appointment or who have served less than two years in an excepted service appointment," a news release noted Monday.

The cost savings will allow the agency to "redirect all of those resources back toward health care, benefits and services for VA beneficiaries." The measure comes with the "additional safeguard" of allowing the "first Senior Executive Service (SES) or SES-equivalent leader in a dismissed employee’s chain of command can request that the employee be exempted from removal."

The move adds to 1,000 cuts that were announced earlier this month. "These and other recent personnel decisions are extraordinarily difficult, but VA is focused on allocating its resources to help as many Veterans, families, caregivers, and survivors as possible," VA Secretary Doug Collins said.

Outrage Begins

Democrats are apoplectic about these cuts despite the obvious necessity of them. The VA has assured the public that benefits will not be impacted, but that didn't stop Sen. Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) from raging on X.

"Donald Trump's VA fired an additional 1,400 workers—on top of the over 1,000 fired earlier this month. There are no 'non-critical' VA positions when it comes to ensuring Veterans receive the care they've earned," Duckworth claimed in a tweet Tuesday.

"Another betrayal. Another middle-finger. Another promise broken," Duckworth added.

Meanwhile, Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committee ranking member Richard Blumenthal slammed Collins for the decision. "Doug Collins continues to put the interests of veterans last with additional indiscriminate firings of VA employees," the Connecticut Democrat said in a statement.

Goodbye DEI

These cuts come as part of Trump's larger agenda to streamline the government and get rid of the leftist policies that hinder efficiency. With that in mind, Trump issued an executive order outlawing DEI in the federal government as one of his first orders of business.

While it has met with some snags in the courts, it's already working as intended. The VA cut at least 60 employees after dispensing with its diversity, equity, and inclusion department, Military Times reported.

On Jan. 22, then-acting VA Secretary Todd Hunter announced that he would be closing the DEI offices to comply with Trump's order. Hunter noted that the "programs divided Americans by race, wasted taxpayer dollars, and resulted in shameful discrimination."

Although it didn't impact many employees, it marked a quick compliance with Trump's agenda. That has predictably enraged the left, but it seems to have set the agency's efficiency efforts in motion.

Trump is slashing government waste and abuse in the hopes that the existing entities will become more efficient. There's no reason to object to any of this except that Democrats exist to expand government and spend taxpayer dollars.

The internet has plans for Barron Trump, son of President Donald Trump, as he becomes New York University's most eligible bachelor, The List reported. Some are suggesting he pair up with Princess Leonor of Spain.

When asked about how his son was doing at NYU, President Trump said that he was popular with the ladies but that he never had a relationship. Now, some are trying to play matchmaker for the 18-year-old.

"Barron Trump and the Princess of Spain Leonor are a match made in heaven. Same age, no previous relationships, good values, good looking and with a powerful family. Prove me wrong," conservative influencer Ada Llunch posted to X, formerly Twitter, with a side by side photos of Barron and the princess.

New York Royalty

Barron and Princess Leonor of Spain are both royals of a sort and are equals in status, good looks, and other aspects. "Same age, no previous relationships, good values, good looking and with a powerful family," one user to X wrote.

Another user noted that they would be the next power couple. "If we can't make the Trumps King of America, might as well make Barron the King of Spain," the user said.

In reality, this would not work as Barron would not be conferred a title since he would outrank the princess. Also, there's the matter of royal duties to consider if Princess Leonor of Spain were to become queen.

"The Queen consort, or the consort of the Queen, may not assume any constitutional functions, except in accordance with the provisions for the Regency," the Spanish government explains on its website. Of course, this is a moot point as the princess is rumored to already be paired up with Gabriel Giacomelli.

The tabloid rumor is that Princess Leonor of Spain met Giacomelli, the son of a wealthy New York family, at boarding school. However, other news outlets say that they are just friends which means it's still a possibility for the princess and Barron if internet matchmakers get their way.

The Reality

Although the celebrity gossip mill is busy finding a wife for Barron, the reality is that his life as the son of a president complicates matters. Even while attending classes at NYU, the younger Trump is followed by Secret Service for his own protection, which certainly puts a damper on romantic pursuit.

Still, a devoted son like Barron Trump will likley turn to his mother, first lady Melania Trump, for her guidance and perspective. She's well known as a doting mother and has herself navigated fame, fortune, and in later life, the world of politics.

"She is and has been a good sounding board for him. She tries to normalize his life. If that is even possible," someone close to the family shared with People.

When Barron decides to settle down and get married, it will no doubt have to be with someone his mother approves of first. The Trump family is very close, and the first lady has always been a hands-on mother even as Barron grows into adulthood.

Barron is a young, handsome man with a bright future. Perhaps he will settle down young and start a family sooner rather than later, but for now he remains a sought-after suitor.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard is the latest official in the Trump administration to give an exception to the DOGE request that all federal workers email a list of their accomplishments for the previous week.

The Office of Personnel Managment issued the email titled "What Did You Do Last Week?" and said that any federal employee that did not respond with a list of five items would be effectively resigning from their position.

The emails elicited an outcry from many employees, with some outraged at having to be accountable for their accomplishments and others worried that it could expose classified information to the public.

The FBI and DOD quickly told their employees they should not respond to the email, and Gabbard added her refusal soon after.

Not defiance

“Given the inherently sensitive and classified nature of our work, [intelligence community] employees should not respond to the [Office of Personnel Management] email,” Gabbard wrote.

It's not that the officials are defying DOGE head Elon Musk, where the request originated, or Trump in their instructions to sensitive departments, although that's surely what media outlets like the New York Times and UK Independent want the public to believe.

Instead, the officials want email responses routed through the respective agencies in a secure way, avoiding any national security breaches.

The initial confusion shows how Musk and others at DOGE are shooting from the hip in real time, rather than carefully planning their strategies for cutting government waste, fraud and abuse.

Moving quickly may be intended to keep media pundits off-balance so they don't have a lot of time to create oppositional content about the moves.

Or it could just be Musk's usual way of acting first and thinking about it/making adjustments later.

Backing off

There are signs that OPM may be backing off from the requirement.

A memo from Health and Human Services to its employees said that the agency backtracked on the email request and that responses may expose senders to malicious observers.

"In discussions with OPM officials yesterday and today, OPM has now rescinded that mandatory requirement," HHS told its staff members. "There is no HHS expectation that HHS employees respond to OPM and there is no impact to your employment with the agency if you choose not to respond."

The deadline to respond to the email was Monday at 11:59 p.m., as originally imposed.

Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has responded to allegations involving influencer Ashley St. Clair's purported intentions to have a baby with him. The claims, which have recently emerged, involve St. Clair's alleged strategies and her legal actions to establish Musk as the father of her child.

Ashley St. Clair is reportedly taking legal steps in Manhattan to verify Musk as her child's father, months after rumors surfaced that she intended to conceive a child with him, the New York Post reported

In recent days, Isabella Moody, a fellow influencer, released private text messages allegedly exchanged with St. Clair, which reportedly outline St. Clair's plans to have a baby with Musk, dating back to 2023. Moody asserted that St. Clair aimed to "baby trap" Musk, suggesting that St. Clair's intentions were premeditated.

Legal Battles in Manhattan Continue

Messages allegedly from St. Clair, shared by Moody, detail her desire to "seduce" the tech mogul. Quoting one of the messages allegedly from St. Clair, she said, “Elon followed me. I need his rocket babies.”

In addition to the alleged text exchanges, St. Clair has filed two lawsuits in Manhattan Supreme Court. These legal actions aim to establish Musk as the biological father of her five-month-old son and to gain custody rights. The lawsuits reportedly include exchanges labeled as communications with "EM," believed to represent Musk.

One particular message allegedly from "EM" intriguingly reads, “I want to knock you up again.” This introduced further speculation about their interactions. Another purported message from Musk within these exchanges adds, “Hmm ok. Well, I do have a legion of kids to make.”

Musk's Reaction to Allegations

The allegations prompted responses from Musk on social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter. His reactions, characterized by brief and emphatic comments, included “Whoa!” and “Yikes!” These responses highlighted his surprise and concern over the claims presented publicly.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) worked overtime to secure $50 million in funding to "fight" against President Donald Trump's immigration policies.

That's why it was beyond hilarious that the Democratic governor just asked Congress -- controlled by Trump-supporting Republicans -- for a mind-blowing $40 billion in funding for fire relief.

All without any oversight, according to Breitbart.

Newsom and the California government came up with the whopping sum of $50 million after a special legislative session focused on not complying with the Trump administration's policies.

What's going on?

The California governor is now begging the GOP-controlled Congress for fire relief funds, even as former President Joe Biden provided the state with six months worth of funding before he left office to help rebuilding and recovery efforts.

"Make no mistake, Los Angeles will use this money wisely. California will ensure that funds will serve individuals, communities, property owners, and businesses that suffered losses from these deadly fires," Newsom wrote in a letter published by Politico.

Not only is he begging for the cash with virtually no oversight, he also failed to give anything in return.

Breitbart noted:

Newsom made no offer to the federal government in return — no changes in forest management, no changes in water management, no changes in emergency services, and no commitment to drop the $50 million in negative spending.

Breitbart author Joel Pollak had previously proposed that Trump appointed a special master to oversee federal funds dispersed to the state for fire relief -- a proposal Trump accepted.

Newsom's request sparked plenty of backlash and discussion.

Social media reacts

Users across social media reacted to Newsom's request for the staggering amount in fire relief funding.

"We can’t continue giving money to California without some level of oversight and accountability. California is totaling irresponsible with their spending," one X user wrote.

Another X user wrote, "Newsom reminds me of a college guy walking around with a tennis racket, blowing money from his parents’ trust fund, not worrying about where the money actually comes from."

Only time will tell if he gets the money, but it will undoubtedly come with plenty of oversight as a condition, that's for sure.

A Democrat member of Congress has blasted Americans, perhaps even the ones who voted for her, for being lost in "stupidity" and for being really, just "idiots."

"I am at the point where it has become really hard to have an intellectual debate with any of these people because the level of stupidity that they are displaying every single day is frankly, embarrassing," said Ilhan Omar, D-Minn. "Not just in Congress, but as Americans.

"And the fact that these people are allowed to say just the most ridiculous things tells you that the dumbing of the United States has arrived, because how else do we get a Trump presidency again?"

She was being interviewed by Mehdi Hasan about a recommendation from Texas Congressman Brandon Gill to deport her.

She, in fact, long has promoted her allegiance to her home, Somalia, and has been involved in a long list of scandals during her time in Congress.

But now you have a Republican colleague, dare I say, in the House saying to deport an American citizen, an American lawmaker, and an elected representative. How do you deal with that?"
