While the left is quick to blame President Donald Trump for the uptick in recent plane-related crashes and incidents, the real blame should be on the policies that led to the hiring of air traffic controllers that might not have made the cut otherwise.

According to the Daily Mail, the best and brightest air traffic controllers were likely swept aside in the name of DEI as it was revealed that under the Obama administration, the questionnaire for ATC applicants was secretly skewed to favor DEI initiatives.

The form was "secretly" meant to favor DEI applicants, in what the outlet described as a "bizarre" application.

Instead of the most skilled and smartest applicants taking the helm in towers across the United States, which is paramount to airline safety, the Obama administration place DEI at the top of the priority list.

What's going on?

The test was scary, to say the least. Potential applicants didn't need much in the way of aviation knowledge, but an emphasis was placed on those who "need a great deal of time to complete assignments' and 'take chances very often."

Making matters worse, emphasis and priority was placed on candidates who played multiple sports in high school and less priority on those who previously held ATC positions in the military.

The Daily Mail noted:

The 2014 entry test proved notoriously hard to pass for elite, mostly white college graduates who excelled in traditional cognitive tests.

But race reformers said it paved the way for more 'off the street' hires – namely women and minorities – to land high stakes jobs responsible for the lives of millions of air passengers.

One aviation expert told the outlet, "Bonkers is the right word for this."

They added, "It's absolute madness to think that you want to hire someone who takes a lot of chances to be an air traffic controller."

The Daily Mail noted:

The test comes to light as the Federal Aviation Administration grapples with a public safety crisis after a spate of deadly crashes and collisions that President Donald Trump has blamed on DEI hiring.

President Joe Biden's immigration policies and programs were an absolute disaster, and even proved deadly for American citizens on numerous occasions.

According to Fox News, that was evidenced once again when it was revealed this week that a Haitian man charged with killing three people was brought to the United States "as part of former President Biden’s controversial migrant flights program."

The migrant, 26-year-old Mackendy Darbouze was charged for his alleged involvement in a triple murder in Fayettevill, North Carolina.

According to local authorities, he was charged with "three counts of first-degree murder for allegedly killing 77-year-old Beatrice Desir, as well as a 13-year-old and a 4-year-old."

What's going on?

On Feb. 21, local police were dispatched to a home in the area after a reported stabbing occurred.

Upon their arrival, police discovered the grizzly scene, reporting that three victims had been stabbed, including two children and an elderly person.

Fox News noted:

A local ABC station in Raleigh reported that authorities said Darbouze greeted police at the door with blood on his hands, face and pants. At the time of the stabbing, authorities added, there were three other children inside the home.

Authorities pulled surveillance footage from the home and said that the Haitian migrant was seen walking around with a knife. Investigators located a knife, covered in blood, in his bedroom.

The link to the Biden administration's ridiculous migrant flight programs is disgusting, as Fox News noted:

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) told Fox News that Darbouze had flown into the U.S. in July 2024 as part of Biden’s Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela (CHNV) migrant flights mass parole program.

The controversial program allowed asylum seekers from certain countries to be paroled into the United States for up to two years, assuming they had a contact who could financially support them.

The program was widely abused, and now we're seeing it unfold in the worst possible way.

First Lady Melania Trump joined a roundtable on Capitol Hill Monday that focused on the "Take It Down" act, the first bill of its kind to protect victims of deepfake revenge porn.

Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, and Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., co-sponsored the plan.

However, Rep. Ro Khanna was the only Democrat present at the discussion.

"I expected to see more Democrat leaders with us here today to address this serious issue," Trump said. "Surely as adults, we can prioritize America's children ahead of partisan politics."

The first lady did not mince words in her brief speech. She spoke plainly of the villainous dangers artificial intelligence poses to young people.

"In today's AI-driven world, the threat of privacy breaches is alarmingly high. As organizations harness the power of our data, the risk of unauthorized access and misuse of personal information escalates."

The panel highlighted the story of Elliston Berry, 15, who suffered a horrific ordeal when her school peers created deep fake pornography using her likeness and circulated it online.

The social media company where the video was circulated – which featured Elliston's face atop an adult image – did not take swift action.

Cruz talked about the lasting harm for those who suffer such trauma.

He said teenagers, "are enduring senseless psychological harm knowing that these fake images exist and they're still out there, and in many cases, there is no recourse."

The first lady's push for the bill is part of the return of her BE BEST initiative, seeking to better the social, emotional, and mental health of young people across the country. She urged, "By advancing this bill, Congress can take an important step towards ensuring accountability and fostering responsible online behavior."

Conservatives can no longer afford to play by outdated rules while the left fights to win at all costs. In this powerful discussion, Elizabeth Farah of WND speaks with Will Chamberlain, senior counsel at the Article 3 Project, about the urgent need for "wartime conservatism" – a strategy that rejects passive bipartisanship and demands bold action to secure victories.

Chamberlain exposes the myth of an independent DOJ, stressing that the president has full authority over it, and details how his organization is confirming conservative judges, pushing back against leftist lawfare, and holding the judiciary accountable.

Elizabeth underscores the high stakes, questioning why Republicans hesitate to wield power effectively while Democrats relentlessly push their agenda.

They highlight immigration, Big Tech censorship, and election integrity as the real battlegrounds – issues that determine who holds power long-term. With urgency, they call on conservatives to stop fearing Democratic retaliation, eliminate weak norms like the filibuster, and take decisive legal and political action.

Drawing from his recent trip to Israel, Chamberlain points to its bold nationalist policies as a model for fighting back. The message is clear: if conservatives don't act now, they risk permanent political marginalization.

A recent protest against President Donald Trump and DOGE leader Elon Musk turned violent after a pickup truck driver repeatedly smoked out the crowd with his vehicle exhaust in Reno, Nevada.

The incident occurred outside the office of U.S. Rep. Mark Amodei, R-Nev.

Online journalist Collin Rugg reports: "Large group of anti-Trump and Elon protesters get smoked out by an individual driving a truck before one man got in a fist fight with him in the middle of the street. …

"The young man driving the truck had allegedly driven around the block multiple times, rolling coal as he drove by.

"According to people who were allegedly at the event, they eventually stopped him which is when the fight took place.

"Most of the protesters did not appear aggressive however a 73-year-old man could be seen dragging out the young man from the truck by his legs.

"He was punched in the head by the driver and bled from his ear. It's unclear if any arrests were made."

The incident is getting a variety of opinions online, including:

"Rolling coal on anti-Trump protesters? That's what we call free speech!"

"He dusted them again at the end when he drove off! I probably shouldn't be laughing at this but I am!!"

"This kid should have just gone home. Yeah, doing it once is funny but going around and around is just a recipe for disaster."

"Violence and chaos never solve anything. Hoping everyone involved stays safe and that we can find better ways to express our political differences through respectful dialogue."

"Much harder these days to fist fight with a phone in your hand."

"This incident highlights how quickly political tensions can escalate from provocative actions. Rolling coal isn't just annoying – it's deliberately antagonistic. The fact that a 73-year-old felt compelled to confront a young driver speaks volumes about the emotional investment on both sides. What do you think drives someone to repeatedly harass peaceful protesters rather than simply expressing their own views constructively?"

A video posted online by Dr. Maalouf, a social media commenter who routinely posts details about the Muslim influence in the United Kingdom, shows a woman scolding a Muslim man.

It's because he says he is fasting and he, therefore, objects to being able to smell the lunch she has chosen to eat.

"Excuse me. I can smell that. Do you mind eating that somewhere else?" he tells her.

"I'm fasting."

She explains, "That's not my concern."

He continues his rant of entitlement, repeating over and over that he's fasting and she needs to abide by his preferences.

She's blunt, telling him, "I'm eating my lunch." "Yeah, but I can smell it," he responds.

"So what. It's food. Of course you're going to smell it."

On of Dr. Maalouf's previous statements points out that Islam "has massacred over 669 million non-Muslims since 622AD."

Democrat Sen. Chris Murphy publicly has accused President Donald Trump's "special government employee" Elon Musk, charged with running fraud, waste and corruption down and removing it from government spending through the Department of Government Efficiency, of doing "heil Hitler" salutes at a Trump rally.

Murphy is among countless Democrats and other leftist ideologues who have slammed Trump and his associates with such imagery for years already.

But that apparently wasn't working well enough for him, and now he's accusing the president of being an arm of the Kremlin.

In a recent interview, Murphy claimed:

It is absolutely shameful what is happening right now. The White House has become an arm of the Kremlin. Every single day you hear from the national security adviser, from the president of the United States, from his entire national security team, Kremlin talking points."

He was referencing attempts by Trump and his administration to develop a plan to end the Russia-Ukraine war.

"For the last week, the White House has been pretending as if Ukraine started this war. That's essentially saying that Poland invaded Germany at the beginning of World War II. There are still facts in this world and the fact is this Vladimir Putin is a brutal dictator. Russia started this war, and the entire pretext for that meeting yesterday was an attempt to rewrite history in order to sign a deal with Putin that hands Putin Ukraine," Murphy said.

And he said, "That is disastrous for U.S. national security. That means that China will be on the march. Putin may not stop. America may be at war with a nuclear power. And for what? For what? It appears as if America is trying to align itself with dictators that Donald Trump wants us to have our closest relationships with despots all around the world because that makes it easier for him to transition America into a kleptocratic oligarchy where Elon Musk and Donald Trump rule and steal from the American people."

A report at RedState noted the senator's "late-stage" Trump Derangement Syndrome was getting worse.

The report noted Murphy's appearance on CNN to share "his delusional thoughts with equally-TDS-riddled host Dana Bash."

Democrat lawmakers in a state legislature have turned into thought police, issuing a formal censure against a Republican representative who expressed her opinion regarding allowing men to participate in women's sports events.

The report on what happened to Rep. Laurel D. Libby, a Republican in Maine's House of Representatives, has been documented by the Washington Stand.

The action, a formal censure and ban on letting her speak because of what the Democrats wildly claimed was a lack of "good moral character," is supposed to be in place until she "apologizes."

The fight is one that's going on across the country, as leftists promoting what Joe Biden held as one of his standards for his presidency, a promotion of the LGBT lifestyle choice, continue to fight for their ideology in the wake of President Donald Trump's announcement that the government now recognizes two sexes, male and female.

The vote for Libby's punishment was 75-70 along party lines.

Democrats claimed, 'The House finds the conduct of Representative Laurel D. Libby to be reprehensible and in direct violation of our code of ethics."

Libby's opinions enraged Democrats when she wrote on social media about a male who won the state's girl's class B championship in pole vault.

Her comments included that one year earlier, "John tied for 5th place in boys pole vault. Tonight, 'Katie' won 1st place in the girls' Maine State Class B Championship."

Libby told the Washington Watch program that she was silenced for speaking up for girls who were "displaced from the top of the podium by a biological male."

She declined orders from House Speaker Ryan Fecteau, a Democrat, to take down the post that has been viewed well beyond 100,000 times, so the party attacked her with a resolution, with the attempt at political manipulation clear.

"If Rep. Libby had posted the same picture, the same name with sentiments of congratulations, would we be here doing the censure right now? I think we know the answer to that," explained Rep. Jennifer Poirier, a Republican.

Libby was cut off from even defending her statement as Democrats continually interrupted.

And the move even destroyed the impact of a censure in the state, Republicans warned.

"This censure motion makes a mockery of the censure process," House Minority Leader Billy Bob Faulkingham said, explaining nothing in the code of ethics allows the legislature to censure a lawmaker over online speech.

The report explained, "The chamber's actions against Libby conform to the Democratic Party's plans to overturn elections by stripping Republican elected officials such as Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) and Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) of their committee assignments, threatening to expel conservatives from Congress, or attempting to bar President Donald Trump from running for president by branding him an 'insurrectionist' ineligible for office under the 14th Amendment."

Key advisers to President Donald Trump were reportedly stunned by the Oval Office blowup between Trump, Vice President J.D. Vance, and Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Friday.

Zelenskyy was confrontational and aggressive toward Trump, and Vance stepped in to suggest strongly that he show more gratitude for the hundreds of billions of dollars the U.S. has given Ukraine in money and weapons to fight against Russia.

Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, National Security Adviser Mike Waltz, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, special envoy to Ukraine and Russia, retired Gen. Keith Kellogg, and White House chief of staff Susie Wiles were joined by Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina for lunch in the Cabinet Room, where they rehashed what had happened on camera and in front of reporters.

Several of the officials were in disbelief about the way Zelenskyy badgered Trump, while another one said that if Zelenskyy had disagreed with Trump privately instead of publicly, the blowup would not have happened.

What happened?

In the end, the planned minerals deal with Ukraine did not go forward, and Zelenskyy was asked to leave the White House without the joint press conference that was planned taking place.

Some on Trump's team believed that Zelenskyy's chief adviser Andriy Yermak had undermined the negotiations in the days before the meeting, but others weren't so sure Zelenskyy himself wasn't the problem.

Neither side had signed the customary paperwork ahead of the deal, which made some of the advisers nervous.

But Zelenskyy seemed excited about signing the deal. No one was ready for how things turned.

First step a stumble

The minerals deal was seen as a first step to a ceasefire agreement, but it didn't happen so now leadership has to regroup and see where to go from there.

Trump and Vance are taking a practical approach to the war. They know Ukraine can't win, so they'd rather negotiate an end than keep throwing bad money after good.

Ukraine is understandably concerned that Russia won't honor any agreement that is made, and doesn't want to look weak by giving up any of the territory Russia took away.

Other pundits have said that Trump and Vance were making it clear that Zelenskyy really had no choice but to agree to terms because the funding they needed would not be continuing.

There's no telling how much more Ukraine could lose if the U.S. stops giving aid. It really is their best move to go along with the agreement and give Trump what he wants.

The Georgia House of Representatives passed a significant piece of legislation on Thursday that seeks to impose restrictions on transgender-identifying male athletes competing in female sports categories, Breitbart reported

The decision, encapsulated in the "Riley Gaines Act," signals a pivotal moment in the ongoing national debate over gender identity and sports fairness, as it gains momentum to be moved to the Georgia Senate following a decisive vote.

The Background of the Riley Gaines Act

Officially termed House Bill 267, the "Riley Gaines Act" is named after Riley Gaines, a prominent advocate for women's sports. Gaines is best known for her activism in safeguarding women's sports categories, which stemmed from her personal experience when she tied with Lia Thomas, a transgender-identifying athlete, in the 2022 NCAA women’s 200-meter freestyle event.

Gaines has since dedicated her efforts to ensuring fair competition in women's sports. She also hosts her own podcast titled "Gaines for Girls," which amplifies her mission to protect the integrity of female sporting events.

The legislative measure was passed by a margin of 102-54 in the Georgia House. With solid backing from Republican lawmakers, the bill captured a few Democratic votes as well, despite the broader opposition from within the party.

Riley Gaines Act Gains Traction Amidst Divided Opinions

In total, only three Democrats sided with the Republican majority, while every dissenting vote came from the Democratic camp. Notably, nine lawmakers abstained from voting, the vast majority of whom were Democrats, highlighting the contentious nature of the legislation.

The bill is poised to advance to the Georgia Senate, where there is already existing legislation that parallels its objectives. Its journey through the legislative process remains to be closely observed, given the potential impact on sports at various educational levels.

Republican Rep. Josh Bonner of Fayetteville, who is the bill's sponsor, has been vocal about the necessity of the bill. "Female athletes deserve fair competition, and that means the chance to maintain the women’s divisions distinct from men’s categories," he stated.

National Context and Legislative Trends

The debate on transgender participation in sports is not confined to Georgia. Currently, there are 25 states that have enacted laws akin to the "Riley Gaines Act," indicating a burgeoning legislative trend across the United States.

This movement follows in the wake of decisions by certain states, including California, Minnesota, and Maine, which have opted to reject the executive order issued in February by President Donald Trump. The order mandates that federal funding for educational programs is contingent upon adherence to regulations barring males from participating in female sports teams.

Trump's directive has sparked a series of Title IX investigations by the Department of Education, underscoring the complex intersection of federal policy, state legislation, and educational autonomy in the field of sports.

Implications and Future Prospects of the Act

The executive order by Trump extends to threatening financial repercussions for non-compliant states. Maine's Governor Janet Mills, for instance, was faced with the prospect of a funding cut after a transgender-identifying male athlete competed and emerged victorious in a high school girls' pole vault event.

The issue has, therefore, taken on a multifaceted nature, intertwining elements of federal influence, state legislation, and local sports governance. At the high school level in Georgia, sports participation is currently regulated based on "gender identity," presenting a direct challenge to the aims of the newly passed bill.

As the "Riley Gaines Act" makes its way to the Georgia Senate's floor, anticipation surrounds its potential ramifications for athletes, schools, and governing bodies. Lawmakers and advocates from both sides of the aisle continue to engage in vigorous debate over the implications for inclusivity and fairness.
