Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX), who was director of the White House Medical Unit (WHMU) under Presidents George W. Bush, Barack Obama and Donald Trump, said that while he supervised Joe Biden's White House physician Kevin O'Connor, that O'Connor engaged in sexual misconduct on numerous occasions.

Jackson explained that he had to sign O'Connor's fitness and job evaluations while he was then-Vice President Biden's doctor.

He said he thought about getting rid of O'Connor for a number of reasons, including sexual misconduct he witnessed on the job.

“One was because of some very inappropriate behavior on his part,” Jackson stated.

"Immature"

Jackson then said that O'Connor would ask people he just met for their cell phones, then put them down his pants in his groin area before giving them back.

He also made "immature" jokes that offended women in the office, Jackson said.

“Sexually inappropriate comments and little things, like he used to think it was very funny,” Jackson explained.

He said that he didn't try to get rid of O'Connor because he believed Obama or Biden would order him to rehire the man despite his conduct.

"Cut from the same cloth"

"Of course the Bidens loved it,” Jackson said. “Joe Biden probably is cut from the same cloth in that regard.”

Jackson said that Obama never ordered him not to fire O'Connor, he just assumed that it wouldn't go over well.

The behavior should have been regarded as all the more inappropriate due to O'Connor's position as a service member, Jackosn said.

“Being an active-duty military officer, like I was — and mind you, like he was, he was an Army colonel — those are things that the military would have deemed highly inappropriate.”

The conversation came about after O'Connor came under scrutiny for having claimed that Biden was functioning well cognitiviely, even while most of the American public could see otherwise.

Terry Moran, a correspondent for ABC News, faced immediate repercussions after a controversial social media post criticizing high-profile members of the Trump administration, Fox News reported.

His remarks targeted Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller and ex-President Donald Trump, sparking a swift response from both the White House and his own network.

ABC News suspended Moran, citing a breach of network standards due to his disparaging comments about Miller and Trump.

The post in question described Stephen Miller as someone with a remarkable "capacity for hatred," labeling him a "world-class hater." Moran criticized Donald Trump similarly, suggesting that Trump's animosity served personal glorification.

White House And Media Reactions To Moran

The reaction from the White House was swift and uncompromising. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt condemned Moran's statements, branding them "unhinged and unacceptable." Her criticism extended to Moran's professional role, asserting that such comments were inappropriate for someone employed by a major television outlet.

During a segment on Fox News' "Sunday Morning Futures," Leavitt pledged to monitor ABC’s response, expressing a broader concern over public distrust in the legacy media. This incident, she implied, exemplified the reasons behind this skepticism.

Stephen Miller himself joined the discourse, critiquing not only Moran’s viewpoint but also addressing perceived shortcomings in America's corporate press. The provocative nature of the comments drew strong reactions from multiple fronts.

Political Figures Enter The Discussion

Adding to the backlash, Vice President JD Vance remarked that Moran’s words were charged with resentment. This sentiment echoed across political lines, placing Moran's professional conduct under intense scrutiny.

In response, ABC News released a statement acknowledging the violation of its editorial standards due to Moran's post. Consequently, Moran faced a suspension, pending further evaluation. The network emphasized that the post did not align with their values.

Moran, known for conducting an interview with Trump after his first 100 days in office, had previously encountered the former president's derision. Trump, during their conversation, had rebuked Moran for perceived partiality, highlighting a contentious history between the correspondent and the White House.

The Broader Implications Of Such Statements

In that previous interview, Trump also questioned Moran's credibility and impartiality, labeling ABC as one of the "worst" networks. These past interactions now provide additional context to Moran's comments and the ensuing fallout.

Debates surrounding Moran's suspension underscore ongoing tensions between the media and political establishments. They also reflect broader ideological battles over media bias and the responsibilities of journalists in politically charged environments.

The incident raises important questions about the freedom journalists have to voice personal opinions and the boundaries set by news organizations to maintain impartiality and credibility.

A Growing Divide Between Media And Politics

Though Moran has yet to publicly address his suspension or the reactions his post provoked, the episode highlights the scrutinized relationship between media figures and the subjects they cover. The fallout may serve as a cautionary tale about the cost of personal expression in professional settings.

President Trump was greeted by an adoring crowd at the Prudential Center on Saturday as he walked into the arena to watch UFC 316 - in a spectacle that was sure to leave Democrats, and former ally Elon Musk, fuming with envy.

The crowd roared with chants of "USA!" as Trump - joined by longtime backer and UFC CEO Dana White - made an epic entrance to "American Badass" by Kid Rock.

Trump brings down the house

As he made his way to his ringside seat, Trump showed love to the crowd, shaking hands with ordinary spectators - as well as famous names like boxing great Mike Tyson.

Trump appears at UFC events regularly, and he never fails to get an enthusiastic response from fans and fighters alike.

The Donald was joined Saturday by family and members of his administration, including Eric Trump, Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and interim U.S Attorney for New Jersey Alina Habba. Trump shared a fist-bump with Rubio, who is seen as one of the most favored members of Trump's administration.

Trump also joined Kayla Harrison in celebrating her UFC title, with Harrison letting Trump wear the gold belt in a lighthearted moment.

Where's Elon?

Notably absent from Trump's entourage was Elon Musk, who spent the previous week flaming Trump on social media, including with baseless accusations tying Trump to Jeffrey Epstein.

Musk attended Trump's previous UFC event in April, when their "bromance" was still going strong.

In an interview Saturday, Trump said he believes his relationship with Musk is over as he warned his former benefactor of "very serious consequences" for supporting Democrats.

Can't buy talent

Despite the bruising feud, Trump did not appear to have a care in the world as he entered the arena in Newark to a sincere display of affection.

Democrats are at wits' end as they struggle to mount an effective response to Trump, who pulled off a comeback for the ages in November that left critics wailing in despair once again.

Trump's Democratic opponents have turned to lame stunts like selling tacos outside of the Republican headquarters - as Democrats burn $20 million on an absurd effort to study male voters.

The scene in Newark on Saturday was another reminder of Trump's unique ability to captivate a crowd, a talent that has powered his historic career in politics from the beginning.

Charisma cannot be copied or bought, as Musk could soon discover if he continues to challenge the president.

President Trump says that Elon Musk will face "very serious consequences" if he starts supporting Democrats in future elections.

The comment is consistent with Trump's response to Musk's shocking public meltdown - restrained but firm, with a hint of a threat.

Trump warns Musk

The alliance between Musk, a former Democrat who became Trump's biggest campaign benefactor in 2024, collapsed last week as Musk suddenly targeted Trump and his reconciliation bill, calling it a "disgusting abomination."

Over the course of a dramatic day, Musk continued to flame Trump on Thursday, claiming without evidence that he is named in the Epstein files (Musk later deleted the post), taking credit for his election victory and calling for him to be impeached. Musk even suggested starting his own political party, fueling speculation that he could use his vast fortune to challenge Trump and his GOP allies.

“If he does, he’ll have to pay the consequences for that," Trump told NBC News in a phone interview on Saturday. “He’ll have to pay very serious consequences if he does that.”

Elon shows limits

Musk's influence showed its limits earlier this year, when the world's richest man backed the losing candidate in a Supreme Court race in Wisconsin, a swing state that Trump carried in November.

Later, Musk said he would be scaling back his campaign contributions, but it's unclear if Musk might walk back the pledge, which was made before his break-up with Trump.

While Musk's erratic behavior makes his future plans hard to predict, a majority of Republicans are still siding with Trump. Vice President J.D. Vance, in a podcast interview recorded during Musk's online meltdown, said that Musk's relationship with Trump could be broken irreparably, calling Musk's Epstein smear a "big mistake."

“I’m always going to be loyal to the president, and I hope that eventually Elon comes back into the fold,” Vance said. “Maybe that’s not possible now because he’s gone so nuclear.”

Musk playing with fire

Trump, in comments over the weekend, showed little desire for reconciliation as he warned Musk against further escalation.

“I think it’s a very bad thing, because he’s very disrespectful,” Trump said. “You could not disrespect the office of the president.”

When asked if their relationship is over, Trump responded, “I would assume so, yeah."

While Musk may be the wealthiest man in the world, Trump is still its most powerful political leader. That means Musk, if he is smart, should take Trump's warnings about "serious consequences" very seriously.

Joe Biden's former press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, is ditching the Democrats, further dividing the party at a time when its approval is in the gutter.

As the chief propagandist for the White House during most of Biden's term, Jean-Pierre was at the center of an effort to cover-up Biden's cognitive decline. Now, she's looking to cash in as she attempts to redefine herself as a generic "independent."

“I think we need to stop thinking in boxes and think outside of our boxes and not be so partisan,” she said last week.

Democrat propagandist ditches party

A teaser for her upcoming book promises "revelatory" insight on the "broken" two-party system, as well as an insider's account on the Democratic party's "betrayal" of Biden during a tumultuous three-week period last summer.

Joining the White House in 2022, Jean-Pierre became notorious for her clumsy, inept efforts to spin the news in favor of the administration. She vehemently insisted that Biden was fit to be president as questions mounted about his cognitive health, describing him as "sharp as ever" in the aftermath of his pivotal, career-ending debate performance last June.

Like CNN's Jake Tapper, a former Biden defender and co-author of a new book attacking the former president and his inner circle, Jean-Pierre is also facing criticism for her cynical shift in allegiances.

Her shocking defection from the Democratic party has emboldened former colleagues to trash her (anonymously) to the media, with critics calling Jean-Pierre an incompetent communicator who was coddled on the job, as well as a relentless self-promoter.

“The fact that she feels like she can distance herself from the Democratic brand is laughable,” a Democratic strategist told The Hill. “Democrats are trying to distance themselves from the Biden White House but here we have Karine trying to distance herself from a pissed off Democratic Party. She’s part of the problem. Does she not realize that?”

Biden's shrinking circle of defenders

Jean-Pierre is the latest prominent figure to flee the historically unpopular Democrats, who continue to be seen as out of touch by most Americans. Recent polling from left-wing CNN shows that voters trust Republicans more than Democrats to deal with the economy, despite the turbulence of Trump's tariff agenda.

As Democrats flounder, the Biden family is scrambling to defend his tarnished legacy from newly emboldened Republicans and Democrats who want to blame their current woes on Biden and his disastrous re-election bid.

But some argue the Democrats are scapegoating Biden and his family to avoid confronting deeper problems with the party's brand. Indeed, the fact that someone as incompetent as Jean-Pierre rose to such a prominent position within the Biden administration is a sure sign that the party's rot runs much deeper than many Democrats want to acknowledge.

Months after President Trump's historic comeback, Democrats still do not agree on whether they are too "woke" or not woke enough, and no identifiable leader has emerged to rally them.

“Nobody, including President Biden’s minister of propaganda, wants to be a Democrat anymore. Their policies and brand are toxic,” Trump pollster Jim McLaughlin said.

Meanwhile, Biden's circle of defenders is shrinking as President Trump escalates an investigation into the last administration's use of an autopen.

"I made the decisions about the pardons, executive orders, legislation, and proclamations. Any suggestion that I didn’t is ridiculous and false,” Biden said in a statement last week.

'Performance' will be moved indoors with attendance limited to adults

A federal appeals court has decided to let the city of Naples, Florida, protect children from obscene images from a drag show that had been scheduled to be in public view, within sight of their park playground.

That's according to Liberty Counsel, which has been fighting on behalf of children who in past years had been protected from the offensive and inappropriate imagery by the city's requirement that the show be indoors.

It was the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that granted an appeal by Naples to allow it again to impose the requirement that the show be behind closed doors.

It's part of the "Pride" events that are still scheduled during the month of June, even though the White House has not recognized that designation.

The decision suspends a lower court's ruling that blocked the city's requirement that the show be indoors.

The Naples Pride organization had claimed a First Amendment right to put on its display in Cambier Park, just 100 feet form a children's playground.

The lower court agreed with the activists, but the appeals court, 2-1, said such limits did not "disturb" the First Amendment rights of the organization.

Since the restrictions did not target the expressive views of Naples Pride, but rather safety concerns for residents and visitors, the appeals court determined the lower court "abused its discretion" and removed the injunction, the report said.

The court also noted the same restrictions had been in place for 2023 and 2024 "without substantial injury to the First Amendment rights."

According to the ruling, "In a limited public forum, the city's 'restrictions on speech must not discriminate against speech on the basis of viewpoint and must be reasonable in light of the purpose served by the forum.' Here … the two permit conditions were not added based on Naples Pride's viewpoint. And they were reasonable in light of the special event."

Just weeks ago the city council voted to move "the traditionally lewd and indecent drag show indoors away from Cambier Park that is frequented by parents and their children," Liberty Counsel reported.

It was John Steele, a judge, who appeared to believe "the Naples Pride characterization that its drag show is 'family friendly.'"

However, evidence presented to the court contained photographic documentation from the 2022 outdoor show held just 100 feet from the children's playground.

"These images depict male performers in obscene drag performing lewd poses and simulating sexual acts that are unsuitable for minors. The drag performers also invited children to place money in their waist bands like strippers in a bar as the men shook their over-stuffed brazier tops and 'twerked' their fish net covered hind ends mimicking sexual activities no child should ever see," Liberty Counsel said.

President Donald Trump escalated his criticism of California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass (D) on Sunday morning, calling them "incompetent" after he had to send the National Guard in to quell riots in Bass's jurisdiction.

"Great job by the National Guard in Los Angeles after two days of violence, clashes and unrest," Trump wrote on TruthSocial. "We have an incompetent Governor (Newscum) and Mayor (Bass) who were, as usual (just look at how they handled the fires, and now their VERY SLOW PERMITTING disaster. Federal permitting is complete!), unable to to handle the task. These Radical Left protests, by instigators and often paid troublemakers, will NOT BE TOLERATED. Also, from now on, MASKS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to be worn at protests. What do these people have to hide, and why??? Again, thank you to the National Guard for a job well done!"

Rioters resorted to violence as they protested Immigration and Customs Enforcement for taking more than 100 illegal immigrants into custody last week.

Bass tacitly encouraged the violence, and Newsom did nothing to stop it.

"KILL ICE"

Not only did the rioters set fires and vandalize private property, but they also threw rocks and fireworks at law enforcement when they tried to de-escalate the situation.

They spray-painted “F–K ICE” and “KILL ICE” on public property. Some wore masks so they couldn't be identified, which led Trump to object.

Trump called out 2,000 members of the National Guard to stop the riots after local and state police were overrun.

"Prosecuted to the full extent of the law"

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said on X that the rioting would not deter ICE from doing its job.

She also warned rioters that they would be prosecuted for their crimes, especially if they harmed any member of law enforcement.

What's good for the goose

It's only fair that the DOJ would prosecute these rioters fully after how the January 6 protesters were treated. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

The left is despicable when it riots and is going way beyond anything that happened on January 6.

L.A. is on fire because a bunch of lefties don't want criminal illegal immigrants deported.

Good for Trump and Noem for standing up for what's right and for law and order.

A former military PR officer turned podcaster told World Net Daily on Saturday that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has many enemies in the DOD who were promoted due to their leftist ideology and plan to just wait him and the Trump administration out.

"There have been some notable restorative changes in the Defense Department under Pete Hegseth's tenure," Dr. Chase Spears said. "But constitutionally minded friends and colleagues of mine still in the force tell me that fear of defending truth remains palpable in the ranks."

As an example, Spears said, "One shared candidly that a left-wing supervisor is openly contemptuous toward the new secretary."

Spears said he had not encountered anything like it in his 20-year military career.

"Send them on their way"

"The defense complex views this as a war and is determined to wait the Trump Administration out," Spears characterized the DOD.

In fact, he added, "Many of the senior officers charged to carry out Hegseth's orders were promoted for their fidelity to leftist ideology."

Spears said he didn't think there was any viable way forward without replacing these leftist officials.

"Trusting generals and colonels who created these problems to help clean them up is unwise at best," Spears said. "It's past time to send the majority of them on their way."

"Extraordinarily Dangerous"

Some of these generals and admirals have shown that they think they are above the law, Spears shared, and that's dangerous.

One of these is Rear Adm. James P. Waters III, who was responsible for denying religious accommodations to soldiers who asked for them in regard to COVID-19 vaccinations.

After being promoted to commander of the Navy Recruiting Command, he blocked the X account of Navy Commander Robert A Green, Jr. from the Navy Recruiting Command's official X account in June 2024.

The action violated federal law in the same way his earlier action violated the Constitution.

"If you refuse to honor a rightful law, Americans have no reason to believe that you'll honor your oath to any other proper authority, Constitution included."

"Admiral Waters, and anyone else still openly violating the law, must be relieved and referred for court-martial charges," Spears suggested. "Anything less sets a dangerous precedent that military officials are above the law."

In addition, he said, "People who believe that, especially those who command well-armed combat formations, historically tend to become extraordinarily dangerous to the people they're charged to protect."

The lead singer and founder of 1980s R&B group Atlantic Starr has died at age 68, and no one is talking about his cause of death.

Wayne Lewis died on Thursday, but the news of his passing didn't become public until the band's official Facebook page posted about it on Friday.

“It’s with great sadness we have to post the passing of Wayne Lewis on June 5, 2025 please keep the family in your prayers and respect there privacy #waynelewis #restinpeace #flyhigh Sunrise 4/13/1957 Sunset 6/5/2025 #restinpeaceWayne,” the band wrote.

While it's possible that Lewis died of natural causes at that age, the request for privacy and refusing to disclose the cause of death raises more questions about what might have happened.

Lewis's career

Lewis founded Atlantic Starr in 1976 in White Plains, New York with his brothers, guitarist David and keyboardist and trombone player Jonathan, as well as drummer Porter Carroll Jr., bassist Clifford Archer, and flutist Joseph Phillip.

Other early members were singer Sharon Bryant and horn players William Sudderth III and Damon Rentie, who were later replaced by Barbara Weathers and Koran Daniels.

The band had early success on the R&B charts with hits like "Stand Up" and "With Your Love I Come Alive." Songe like "Circles," "Secret Lovers," "Masterpiece," and their chart-topping hit "Always" helped them find mainstream success.

Most of the band's songs were written by the brothers; Jonathan wrote "Always" and Wayne wrote "Secret Lovers."

They appeared on the soap opera Another World in 1992 as themselves.

They won an American Music Award for favorite R&B duo or group in 1998 because of the popularity of "Always."

Still on tour

They continued making music until 2017, when their last album Metamorphosis was released, and were in the middle of a tour when Lewis died.

The group wase scheduled to perform at Capital Jazz Festival in Maryland on Sunday and in Jacksonville, Florida later this month.

It is unclear how the group will proceed after losing Lewis.

Maybe brother David, who also sings vocals for the group, will be able to take over for him.

Sen. Richard Blumenthal has raised concerns over the credibility of charges against Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran national, claiming they are driven by political motives.

Blumenthal criticized the U.S. government, arguing that the charges lack solid evidence and are intended to serve a political agenda, Newsmax reported

Abrego Garcia, who was initially deported by the Trump administration in error, recently returned to the United States. He faces serious allegations of conspiracy and the illegal transportation of undocumented migrants. This case started when Tennessee Highway Patrol officers conducted a traffic stop in 2022, arousing suspicion when a vehicle with numerous occupants lacked luggage.

Sen. Blumenthal Expresses Doubts Over Evidence

The charges against Abrego Garcia have been deemed by Blumenthal as unsupported by sufficient evidence. According to federal prosecutors, he allegedly transported undocumented migrants from Texas to various states more than 100 times in exchange for payment. During the 2022 traffic stop, Abrego Garcia purportedly described the passengers as construction workers en route to Missouri. However, the indictment contradicts this account by identifying them as undocumented migrants.

The formal charges were only revealed a few days ago, although the incident dates back to three years ago. Blumenthal has been vocal about questioning the timing of the indictment. "These charges have to be regarded with a very hefty dose of skepticism," he commented.

He emphasized that the indictment was sealed until recently, giving rise to questions about the rationale behind the delay. Blumenthal noted, "It only unsealed the indictment last Friday," indicating this delay casts doubt on the charges.

Differing Perspectives On Abrego Garcia’s Indictment

On the other hand, Kristi Noem, Secretary of Homeland Security, has depicted Garcia as a significant threat. She starkly characterized the nation as a notorious figure involved in unlawful activities. Her comments reflected confidence that the indictment presents a robust case against him. Noem insists that the evidence is overwhelming and implicates Garcia as a key figure in human smuggling operations, including children.

Despite starkly differing interpretations of the case, discourse continues amid Blumenthal's critical view.

He argued that the justice system should not resort to charges for the sake of resolving political matters. Blumenthal asserted, "The administration has no right to bring charges simply as an offramp or a face-saver."

He underscored the point that charges alone do not equate to proof of wrongdoing. He argued, "Charges are not evidence," stressing that the burden of proof remains unfulfilled as yet. Blumenthal has a longstanding history in various legal roles and draws on this experience when casting suspicion on the charges.

Potential Outcomes And Future Implications

In the event of a conviction, Abrego Garcia faces deportation to El Salvador upon completion of any sentence.

Attorney General Pam Bondi asserted that a conviction would promptly establish legal grounds for his removal from the U.S.

As debates persist, the case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia continues to bear implications for national discourse on migration and law enforcement. Blumenthal's assertions convey apprehension about broader political motivations potentially influencing judicial processes.

Ultimately, the case stands at a complex intersection of legal scrutiny, political influence, and humanitarian concern. As the legal proceedings advance, all sides are urged to faithfully adhere to due process, ensuring justice is served impartially.
