While the federal government cracks down on illegal aliens who obtained commercial driver's licenses from California, the state of New York has its own scandal where employees of the Department of Motor Vehicles were allegedly getting paid to take the written driving tests on behalf of trucker-wannabes.

Seven people, including DMV employees, have been charged with 51 felony counts by the Nassau County District Attorney's Office on Long Island.

"Bypassing that safeguard is far from a harmless shortcut, it is a dangerous threat to public safety," said New York Inspector General Lucy Lang last month.

WABC-TV reported: "Among those charged include Kanaisha Middleton, a supervisor at the Garden City branch of the DMV, as well as her sister, Jamie Middleton, who is accused of taking at least 10 different permit tests for no-show drivers.

"Surveillance images show Jamie Middleton wearing different disguises, even fake facial hair as she posed as a man who would be applying for a commercial driving permit, but she forgot to take off her fake nails."

"We think it's pretty, pretty poor. The finger nails kind of gave it away," Nassau County District Attorney Anne Donnelly said.

"She's in disguise, coming in different clothing and even going so far as to wear fake mustaches, beards, glasses, masks – almost like a spy in an espionage thriller,"
according to the New York Post.

"These disguises were all about selling the scheme for the cameras," she said. "[The real applicants] never set foot in the Garden City DMV, never clicked a single button to take the required test."

Authorities say the defendants charged up to $3,000 per test, with two of the accused working the DMV counters so they could wave through the phony test taker.

Donnelly said Middleton sat for at least 10 tests, despite looking nothing like the applicants.

"One day, she actually sat twice. Came out, went back to the counter, and back in five minutes later," Donnelly said.

Charges include impairing the integrity of a government licensing examination, tampering with public records, corrupting the government and falsifying business records.

If found guilty, the accused face a maximum sentence of 2.5 to 7 years in prison.

As WorldNetDaily reported last week, an investigation by the U.S. Department of Transportation revealed California has issued 17,000 commercial licenses to "dangerous" foreign-born truck drivers.

"After weeks of claiming they did nothing wrong, Gavin Newsom and California have been caught red-handed," Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said Wednesday.

"Now that we've exposed their lies, 17,000 illegally issued trucking licenses are being revoked."

"This is just the tip of the iceberg. My team will continue to force California to prove they have removed every illegal immigrant from behind the wheel of semitrucks and school buses."

PALM BEACH, Florida – After initially calling people urging the release of files on convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein "stupid" and "foolish," President Donald Trump has pulled a 180 and is now making a fresh call to make all the files public.

In a lengthy Truth Social post Sunday night, Trump said: "House Republicans should vote to release the Epstein files, because we have nothing to hide, and it's time to move on from this Democrat Hoax perpetrated by Radical Left Lunatics in order to deflect from the Great Success of the Republican Party, including our recent Victory on the Democrat 'Shutdown.'

"The Department of Justice has already turned over tens of thousands of pages to the Public on 'Epstein,' are looking at various Democrat operatives (Bill Clinton, Reid Hoffman, Larry Summers, etc.) and their relationship to Epstein, and the House Oversight Committee can have whatever they are legally entitled to, I DON'T CARE!

"All I do care about is that Republicans get BACK ON POINT, which is the Economy, 'Affordability' (where we are winning BIG!), our Victory on reducing Inflation from the highest level in History to practically nothing, bringing down prices for the American People, delivering Historic Tax Cuts, gaining Trillions of Dollars of Investment into America (A RECORD!), the rebuilding of our Military, securing our Border, deporting Criminal Illegal Aliens, ending Men in Women's Sports, stopping Transgender for Everyone, and so much more! Nobody cared about Jeffrey Epstein when he was alive and, if the Democrats had anything, they would have released it before our Landslide Election Victory.

"Some 'members' of the Republican Party are being 'used,' and we can't let that happen. Let's start talking about the Republican Party's Record Setting Achievements, and not fall into the Epstein 'TRAP,' which is actually a curse on the Democrats, not us. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!"

Trump's new position on the files is the exact opposite of his stance in July, when he unleashed a furious tirade against his own supporters who sought the files, saying he no longer wants their support.

"I don't want their support anymore!" Trump exclaimed on Truth Social.

"My PAST supporters have bought into this 'bullsh**,' hook, line, and sinker."

His full statement reads:

"The Radical Left Democrats have hit pay dirt, again! Just like with the FAKE and fully discredited Steele Dossier, the lying 51 "Intelligence" Agents, the Laptop from Hell, which the Dems swore had come from Russia (No, it came from Hunter Biden's bathroom!), and even the Russia, Russia, Russia Scam itself, a totally fake and made up story used in order to hide Crooked Hillary Clinton's big loss in the 2016 Presidential Election, these Scams and Hoaxes are all the Democrats are good at – It's all they have – They are no good at governing, no good at policy, and no good at picking winning candidates.

Also, unlike Republicans, they stick together like glue. Their new SCAM is what we will forever call the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax, and my PAST supporters have bought into this "bullsh**," hook, line, and sinker. They haven't learned their lesson, and probably never will, even after being conned by the Lunatic Left for 8 long years.

I have had more success in 6 months than perhaps any President in our Country's history, and all these people want to talk about, with strong prodding by the Fake News and the success starved Dems, is the Jeffrey Epstein Hoax. Let these weaklings continue forward and do the Democrats work, don't even think about talking of our incredible and unprecedented success, because I don't want their support anymore! Thank you for your attention to this matter. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Trump also told reporters: "I don't understand it, why they'd be so interested. He's dead for a long time. He was never a big factor in terms of life, I don't understand what the interest or what the fascination is."

"It's pretty boring stuff. It's sordid, but it's boring. And I don't understand why it keeps going. I think really only pretty bad people including fake news want to keep something like that going. But credible information, let 'em give it. Anything that's credible, I would say let them have it."

The U.S. House Of Representatives is scheduled to vote on releasing all the Epstein files this week.

A federal appeals court has shut down an attempt by city officials in Medford, Oregon, to require a private business operator to build – and pay for – a special road and bridge for the town.

The ruling in the fight between Medford officials and KOGAP Enterprises came from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and ordered the lower court to hold a hearing and enter a judgment in favor of KOGAP.

"The government cannot use the permit process to pressure private businesses or individuals to subsidize public infrastructure," explained a lawyer for Pacific Legal Foundation, which worked on behalf of KOGAP, Brian Hodges.

"The Supreme Court has repeatedly held that it is unconstitutional to single out property owners to shoulder massive costs for the public. We are thrilled that the court applied that precedent today in defense of Oregonians' property rights."

KOGAP is family owned, and has spent 20 years converting an old sawmill location into Stewart Meadows Village, a mixed use development covering some 100 acres.

For that project, it has built miles of streets, recreation trails and multiple bridges already.

But then the city demanded, in order to approve a minor revision in its previously approved development, the family must build a public road and bridge, and pay the $700,000 costs, even though its benefits would be for "future developments."

Explained the foundation, "The city's latest demand that KOGAP fund a massive building project to benefit future developers was a road too far."

The city's own lawyers had warned officials they were imposing an "unlawful exaction," an unconstitutional demand of private citizens and businesses.

But officials moved forward with the demand anyway, the PLF said.

Now the 9th Circuit has killed the demand for nearly three-quarters of a million dollars.

"[T]he record does not contain a basis upon which the district court could have held that the City demonstrated rough proportionality between the project's expected impacts and the exaction imposed. … We reverse the district court's orders granting summary judgment to the city and direct entry of summary judgment for KOGAP on remand," the ruling said.

President Donald Trump called on Sunday for House Republicans to release the Jeffrey Epstein files, a reversal from his earlier opposition to doing so.

"We have nothing to hide, and it's time to move on from this Democrat Hoax perpetrated by Radical Left Lunatics in order to deflect from the Great Success of the Republican Party," Trump wrote after his return from a weekend in Florida.

With the addition of a new Democrat to the House, that chamber is able to pass a pending measure compelling the DOJ to release all files related to Epstein with or without the support of Trump.

Furthermore, selectively leaked emails have put Trump in a bad light in regards to alleged involvement with Epstein, and he now seems eager to use the emails to correct the record and fight the allegations that he had anything to do with Epstein's sex trafficking and other illicit activities with underage girls.

"Deluge" of voters

Republicans like Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) said on some Sunday political shows that they expect up to 100 Republicans to break from Trump and order the release of the files.

"I'm hoping to get a veto-proof majority on this legislation when it comes up for a vote," Massie said, adding that he expects a "deluge" of GOP lawmakers to vote yes on it.

A discharge petition from Massie and Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) for the release of the files has been on the docket since July, but Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) sent the chamber on recess early to avoid a vote at the time.

When they came back into session, that discharge petition was still hanging over their heads.

Furthermore, Rep. Adelita Grijalva (D-AZ) was finally sworn in, giving Massie and his GOP cohorts the 218th vote needed to make the petition successful.

Her swearing in was delayed during the federal government shutdown, and some have said it was to avoid this vote while Trump still opposed it.

"Winning"

"I'm not tired of winning yet, but we are winning," Massie said.

Johnson seemed to acknowledge Massie's win on the issue.

"We'll just get this done and move it on. There's nothing to hide," he said, adding that the Oversight Committee has released "more information than the discharge petition, their little gambit."

"They're doing this to go after President Trump on this theory that he has something to do with it. He does not," Johnson said.

Imagine tuning into a high-stakes congressional hearing only to learn a lawmaker was texting a notorious figure like Jeffrey Epstein for real-time advice. That’s the bombshell dropped by newly released records from Epstein’s estate, exposing a curious exchange with Democratic Virgin Islands Delegate Stacey Plaskett during a 2019 testimony by former Trump attorney Michael Cohen. It’s a plot twist that raises eyebrows about influence and propriety in the halls of Congress.

These records, unveiled by the House Oversight Committee this month, paint a picture of Epstein messaging Plaskett as she sat on a panel grilling Cohen, with suggestions that appear to shape her line of questioning.

Let’s rewind to February 27, 2019, when Cohen’s testimony gripped the nation with revelations about the Trump Organization. Epstein, watching intently, fired off texts to someone on the panel—context and timestamps, as reviewed by The Washington Post, point squarely to Plaskett. It’s unsettling to think a figure with Epstein’s dark history had a direct line to a sitting delegate during such a pivotal moment.

Epstein’s Real-Time Input on Questions

In one exchange, Epstein nudged Plaskett to dig into “other henchmen” at the Trump Organization, as if scripting her next move. “Hes [sic] opened the door to questions re who are the other henchmen at trump org,” he texted, per the released documents. That’s not just a casual chat—it’s a playbook suggestion from a man whose own scandals were about to explode.

Plaskett’s reply? “Yup. Very aware and waiting my turn,” she shot back, showing she was dialed in and ready to act, according to the records. It’s hard not to wonder if this was just friendly banter or something more coordinated.

When Cohen name-dropped Rhona Graff, a Trump aide, Epstein pounced, texting Plaskett to call her the “keeper of secrets.” Sure enough, Plaskett soon pressed Cohen on Graff by name, mirroring Epstein’s tip. That kind of synchronicity doesn’t exactly scream independent thought.

Personal Chats Amid Serious Business

Beyond the professional nudges, Epstein’s messages veered into the personal, complimenting Plaskett’s outfit and even asking if she was chewing on camera. She clarified it was just a nervous habit, chewing the inside of her mouth since middle school. It’s a quirky detail, but one that underscores how familiar this exchange seemed for a public hearing.

Epstein also inquired how long Plaskett would stick around at the hearing, as if keeping tabs on her schedule. For a man with no official role in Congress, that level of interest feels like overreach. It’s a reminder of how blurred lines can get when powerful figures mingle with elected officials.

Epstein’s ties to the Virgin Islands, where he owned two private islands, add another layer of discomfort to this story. He donated to various politicians, Plaskett included, as reported by Business Insider. That financial link, even if legal, casts a shadow over these interactions.

Plaskett’s Office Responds to Controversy

After reports of these texts surfaced on a recent Friday evening, Plaskett’s office pushed back, claiming she received messages from “staff, constituents and the public at large,” Epstein among them, during the hearing. They framed it as routine communication, nothing out of the ordinary. But let’s be honest—Epstein wasn’t your average constituent dropping a friendly note.

Her team also leaned on her background as a former prosecutor, emphasizing her work on sexual assault and trafficking cases. They insisted she welcomes any information to uncover truth. That’s a noble stance, but it sidesteps why someone with Epstein’s baggage was a go-to source during a live hearing.

Then there’s the messy aftermath of Epstein’s 2019 arrest on federal sex-trafficking charges. Plaskett’s office initially resisted returning his campaign contributions, only relenting under public pressure. It’s a flip-flop that doesn’t inspire confidence in where her priorities lie.

Legal Fallout and Lingering Questions

In 2023, Plaskett found herself named in a lawsuit by six Epstein accusers, alleging Virgin Islands officials either benefited from or enabled his trafficking network. That suit was dismissed with prejudice earlier this year, closing the legal chapter. Still, the association lingers like a bad aftertaste.

What’s the takeaway from this tangled web? These texts reveal a troubling coziness between a lawmaker and a man whose crimes would soon shock the world, all while she questioned a key witness on national television. It’s not illegal, but it’s a stark reminder that optics matter in public service.

Conservative voices often rail against the progressive elite for questionable alliances, and this incident fuels that fire without needing to exaggerate. Plaskett may have had pure intentions, but leaning on Epstein’s input—however minor—during a hearing is a misstep that undermines trust. In an era where accountability is demanded, this is a story that deserves scrutiny, not a shrug.

Newly released records from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate have exposed a text conversation between a Democrat delegate and the late billionaire and child trafficker.

Democratic Virgin Islands Delegate Stacey Plaskett was testifying in front of Congress in 2019 when she exchanged text messages with Epstein, seemingly consulting with him on how to answer questions.

These messages were released in a large batch of documents from the House Oversight Committee this November as the House continues to dig into Epstein's empire of child trafficking and political influence.

Plaskett was one of the members of a Congressional panel questioning former Trump attorney Michael Cohen in February 2019 and it appears that she was coordinating with Epstein on how to nail Cohen down and cause trouble for President Donald Trump.

One text from Epstein read, "Hes [Cohen] opened the door to questions re who are the other henchmen at trump org." These texts suggest Epstein was working with Democrats to undermine Trump, completely undermining an emerging narrative that Trump and Epstein were friends in any capacity.

Epstein Collusion

For years, Democrats accused Trump of colluding with Russia to win the 2016 presidential election. That conspiracy was based on falsified opposition research paid for by Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign, but Trump had to fight against those charges for years.

At the same time that Democrats were pushing the Russian collusion hoax, it seems that certain Democrats were in active communication with Epstein on how to undermine Trump.

Furthermore, by 2019, Epstein's human trafficking allegations were firmly in play, leaving little excuse for anyone to be dealing with him. Democrats accused Trump of being friends with Epstein ignoring the fact that Trump kicked Epstein out of Mar-A-Lago in 2004.

To add further intrigue to this situation, Plaskett herself received significant political donations from Epstein and initially refused to return those donations after Epstein's arrest until public pressure built up.

Plaskett has also been named in a 2023 lawsuit filed by six Epstein accusers alleging Virgin Islands authorities benefited from or enabled Epstein's child trafficking network. While the case was dismissed, it's become apparent that Plaskett was firmly in Epstein's orbit and benefited from his monstrous crimes.

Time For Accountability

The information released by the House Oversight Committee is long overdue, as Americans deserve answers about Epstein's crimes and those who were aware and/or participated in those crimes.

Even while these discoveries are important, they shine a light on the incompetence of Attorney General Pam Bondi, who has been downright dismissive of demands from voters to release more information on Epstein and his sordid criminal network.

Trump promised transparency if elected, and so far, the people that Trump has brought into his administration have failed miserably in fulfilling that promise. It's unlikely that Plaskett was the only Democrat politician with deep ties to Epstein; there are likely others still serving in Congress who must face accountability.

President Donald Trump’s decision to pardon all those involved in the Jan. 6, 2021, unrest at the U.S. Capitol has been a source of endless controversy and debate, drawing the particular ire of Democrats, and additional clemency moves made by the administration late last week may add fuel to that fire.

As the Daily Mail reports, Trump granted a second pardon on Friday to Dan Wilson, a man who received a prior grant of clemency for his presence at the infamous Jan. 6 protest, clearing his record again in a felony firearm case.

Wilson case renews debate

Trump had already pardoned Wilson earlier in the year for his role in the Jan. 6 demonstration, but he remained incarcerated due to gun crimes discovered back in 2022, offenses to which he pleaded guilty.

It was during a probe of the Kentucky man’s involvement in the Jan. 6 unrest that authorities found six weapons and approximately 4,800 rounds of ammunition at his residence, possession of which was rendered unlawful by his past felony convictions, as NPR explains.

After a court battle related to whether the Jan. 6 pardon rightly encompassed the firearms conviction, the White House ultimately contended that the discovery of the guns and ammunition would never have happened absent the raid on Wilson’s home, which stemmed from his involvement in the D.C. protest.

“Because the search of Mr. Wilson’s home was due to the events of Jan. 6, President Trump is pardoning Mr. Wilson for the firearm issues,” a White House statement declared.

Wilson had been destined to remain in prison until 2028, but Friday’s pardon resulted in his immediate release, with his attorney stating that his client “can now reunite with his family and begin rebuilding his life.”

Florida woman also pardoned

Wilson was not the only Jan. 6-related pardon issued by Trump last week, with Suzanne Ellen Kaye of Florida also receiving the nod, as NPR further notes.

Kaye had spent a year and a half in prison as a result of social media threats against federal agents who visited her home in 2021 to probe what they thought was her involvement in the Jan. 6 breach of the Capitol, as the Miami Herald explained.

Having suggested on social media that she would shoot any agent who arrived at her home, Kaye later testified at trial that she did not actually own any guns and did not intend to threaten federal officials.

She also stated that she was not even present at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, and she was never charged with any crimes related to the events of that day.

In discussing Kaye’s pardon, an unnamed White House official stated that she suffers from “stress-induced seizures” and that her case was one “of disfavored First Amendment political speech being prosecuted and an excessive sentence.”

Clemency debate persists

There has been no shortage of debate regarding Trump’s decision to grant sweeping pardons to those involved in the Jan. 6 unrest, particularly in cases of individuals accused of engaging in physical violence on that day and also in those involving largely unrelated -- yet incidentally discovered -- offenses.

Even so, the administration is standing firm in its decisions, with Edward Martin, special pardon attorney at the Justice Department, stating emphatically on X that “President Trump is unwinding the damage done by Biden’s DOJ weaponization, so the healing can begin.”

School officials in the city of Chicago are being sued by the famed Moody Bible Institute for their public schools programs that banish qualified prospective teachers from Moody from participating in required classroom observations.

"If the First Amendment means anything, it means that religious institutions and religious people have the same rights as everybody else," said a lawyer for the ADF, which is representing Moody.

"We believe that the First Amendment speaks very clearly to that issue. And just like Christian students shouldn't be forced to give up opportunities for following their faith, a Christian school shouldn't be forced to choose between its faith and advancing educational opportunities for its students," he said, according to a report at CBN.

The case is seeking a declaratory judgment and injunction to prevent Chicago Public Schools from continuing its discrimination against Moody students.

The filing charges the district not only has harmed the school's reputation but also its elementary education students' job prospects.

The action against the city and its board of education was triggered by officials' decision to bar students from Moody from participating in a student-teacher program, because of the college's faith-based hiring policies.

The filing was in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

The report explained, "Moody Bible Institute's Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education program requires prospective teachers to complete a minimum number of classroom observation, practicum, and student-teaching hours."

But Chicago school officials are refusing to let Moody students participate "unless Moody abandons its religiously based hiring practices and hires employees who disagree with Moody's core mission and biblical values," the report said.

The heart of the issue is the district's advocacy for the anti-biblical transgender agenda.

"As a condition of participation, Chicago Public Schools insists that Moody sign agreements with employment nondiscrimination provisions that forbid Moody from employing only those who share and live out its faith," the lawsuit charges.

Moody requested an amendment to the policy, as the district already has agreed with other schools including Trinity Christian College and Concordia University, but was refused.

"By allowing these other colleges and universities to participate in the Program, Chicago Public Schools demonstrates that it selectively enforces its employment nondiscrimination policy," the filing charged.

Adam Schiff, a California senator who, as a member of the U.S. House earlier, repeatedly insisted he had seen evidence of Trump campaign collusion with Russia, evidence that ended up not existing, now insists that presidential defendants in failed lawfare prosecutions pay their own costs.

Schiff announced this week he wants to create a law that would prevent presidents from seeking taxpayer-funded reimbursement for those costs, which in the case of President Donald Trump amounted to millions of dollars required to fight the Democrats' years-long lawfare against him.

report at the Gateway Pundit said Democrat Sens. Chris Van Hollen of Maryland, Dick Blumenthal of Connecticut, Ed Markey of Massachusetts, Mazie Hirono of Hawaii, Dick Durbin of Illinois, Jack Reed of Rhode Island and Jacky Rosen of Nevada are joining in Schiff's attempt.

Trump currently is seeking $230 million reimbursement for the federal lawfare investigations and prosecutions of him, some which died before he was elected, and the rest that died on his election.

The report pointed out, "Barack Obama and deep state operatives spied on candidate and President Trump his first term in office based on what they all knew were bogus ties to Putin and Russia. When President Trump left office, Joe Biden and Democrats filed over 91 charges against the former US President hoping to land him in prison for the rest of his life on trumped-up charges."

The report noted the claims created by Democrats of hush money payments, mishandling classified documents, efforts to overturn the 2020 election and election interference.

All counts now are gone.

report at the Sierra SunTimes said Schiff specifically is targeting Trump with legislation called "No Torts for Trump Act."

Schiff claimed, "The core feature of Donald Trump's presidency is corruption. And the president's attempt to have the Justice Department — run by his own former criminal defense lawyers — pay him hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars for some imagined claim is just the latest in a long line of self-enrichment schemes. My bill would ensure that taxpayers are not ripped off for the president's benefit."

In fact, Trump has gone through an administrative claims process also available to others under federal law, explaining his rights were violated during the Democrats' lawfare that used the FBI, the CIA and DOJ to push allegations of his 2016 campaign's ties to Russia, which didn't exist.

Schiff's scheme would specifically exclude the president from benefits available to other citizens.

Leftist publications complained that the current system allows unfair payments to a president, even though that president was the target of years-long political lawfare orchestrated by his political enemies.

A federal judge ruled Friday that President Donald Trump's administration has no right to levy fines or cut government funding for public academic institutions based on claims of discrimination or antisemitism, Newsmax reported. The decision came from a case brought by organizations on behalf of the University of California.

Trump fined the institution $1.2 billion and shut off its funding for research because of rampant antisemitism on campus. It was the first public university to receive such treatment that Trump had promised ot those violating civil rights.

U.S. District Judge Rita Lin reprimanded the Trump administration for this action in her ruling. She claimed she based it on "overwhelming evidence" against the administration that was "engaged in a concerted campaign to purge 'woke,' 'left,' and 'socialist' viewpoints from our country's leading universities" by punishing them this way.

"Agency officials, as well as the President and Vice President, have repeatedly and publicly announced a playbook of initiating civil rights investigations of preeminent universities to justify cutting off federal funding, with the goal of bringing universities to their knees and forcing them to change their ideological tune. It is undisputed that this precise playbook is now being executed at the University of California," Lin wrote.

Striking Back

For years, America's institutions of higher education, many of which receive government funding, have engaged in discrimination against students and propagated radical ideas. It is now against the law for colleges to admit students based on their race, and Trump has accused institutions of continuing to do so.

According to NPR, the administration also required UCLA and others to expel foreign students who act against America's interests and engage in antisemitic "disruptions or harassment" as part of his October edict. Trump agreed to accept $50 million from Brown University and $221 million from Columbia University for those violations.

It's apparent that they're not America first unless forced to be so, but Lin claimed that academia in the nation "remains committed to protecting the mission, governance, and academic freedom of the University." With Lin's permanent injunction, the Trump administration is now barred from "conditioning the grant or continuance of federal funding on the UC's agreement to any measures that would violate the rights of Plaintiffs' members under the First Amendment."

Meanwhile, university campuses are becoming hotbeds of discrimination and anti-Israel sentiment. A PBS report from September 2024 shared how students set up tents on the campus of Columbia University to support the Palestinians in the war against Israel. This move made many Jewish students feel unwelcome.

"As long as Columbia continues to invest and to benefit from Israeli apartheid, the students will continue to resist. Not only protests and encampments, the limit is the sky," said graduate student Mahmoud Khalil, who acted as a spokesperson and brokered a deal with the university when it sought to appease the students.

Restoring Exceptionalism

The judge has temporarily stopped the administration from punishing radicals who use the university system to fuel leftism and anti-Americanism. Nevertheless, Trump's presidency has been all about restoring normalcy and the idea of American exceptionalism, and that was a major part of why he was elected.

Trump said as much when reflecting on his first six months in office. "Wow, time flies! Today is that Sixth Month Anniversary of my Second Term. Importantly, it’s being hailed as one of the most consequential periods of any President," Trump said in a post to his Truth Social on July 20.

"In other words, we got a lot of good and great things done, including ending numerous wars of Countries not related to us other than through Trade and/or, in certain cases, friendship. Six months is not a long time to have totally revived a major Country. One year ago our Country was DEAD, with almost no hope of revival. Today the USA is the 'hottest' and most respected Country anywhere in the World.' Happy Anniversary!!!

The left is afraid of Trump's ability to limit their insanity that is infecting college campuses. The judge may have barred Trump from imposing this particular punishment, but he momentum against the radicalism of the left has already begun to restore normalcy to the nation.
