Juanita Broaddrick calls for Fani Willis to be 'indicted' and 'disbarred'

 February 26, 2024

Juanita Broaddrick says that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (D) ought to be "indicted" and "disbarred."

Broaddrick said as much in a message she posted on social media on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2026.

For those unfamiliar with Broaddrick, she is the woman who has accused former President Bill Clinton of having raped her.

Broaddrick's message comes after the release of new evidence, in the Willis case, that appears to refute testimony that has been given by both her and her lover, Nathan Wade.

The latest

Willis stands accused of hiring her lover, Wade, to lead the prosecution of former President Donald Trump and of paying Wade large sums of money, which he, in turn, used to take her on trips.

Recently, Wade and Willis testified in court about their relationship, and both insisted that they did nothing wrong. New evidence, however, suggests that, at the very least, they were not being honest on the witness stand.

The Washington Examiner's Jenny Goldsberry explains:

Former President Donald Trump’s attorney Steve Sadow cited data from prosecutor Nathan Wade’s cellphone and cellphone tower transmissions to track his movements and location in a recent filing reviewed by the Washington Examiner. Willis and Wade had confirmed they began a relationship after Wade was hired to help on the election interference case against Trump, but the data showed he visited dozens of times before his hiring in November 2021. During Wade’s testimony earlier this month, he said he visited Willis at her condo no more than 10 times.

"Indict and Disbar"

This was the new evidence that Broaddrick responded to in her social media post.

In that post, Broaddrick wrote, "Fani Willis is lying TRASH. Time to Indict and Disbar her."

Willis responds

Willis' office has released a statement attempting to downplay the significance of the newly released cell phone evidence.

"The records do nothing more than demonstrate that Special Prosecutor Wade’s telephone was located somewhere within a densely populated multiple-mile radius where various residences, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and other businesses are located," the office wrote.

It continued, "The records do not prove, in any way, the content of the communications between Special Prosecutor Wade and District Attorney Willis; they do not prove that Special Prosecutor Wade was ever at any particular location or address; they do not prove that Special Prosecutor Wade and District Attorney Willis were ever in the same place during any of the times listed."

It's not exactly the most convincing defense.
