President Joe Biden is taking another lengthy vacation, according to the Daily Caller

The reader will likely remember that Biden just took a 10-day vacation - at his residences in Delaware - during a stretch from July 28 to Aug. 6, 2023. It was from this vacation that outlets got those pictures and videos of Biden lounging at the beach.

Now - not even two weeks after this 10-day vacation - Biden is taking another lengthy vacation. This vacation started on Friday, Aug. 18, 2023, in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, and it will continue until Saturday, Aug. 26. 2023.

When was the last time that you took nearly 20 days of vacation time in a month?

It gets worse

Chances are that, if you did take 20 days off in a month, you were not the president of the United States. Also, this was likely your only vacation of the year.

Biden, however, is the president of the United States, and he vacations all of the time.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) reports that Biden, during his presidency, has already spent 366 days on vacation - 366 days!

That is more than a year of vacation time. Yet, Biden has not even been president for three years. Imagine being the president, and you decide to take one of your first three years in office off.

It also has to be pointed out that the RNC's tally, cited above, does not account for Biden's latest vacation, the one that began on Friday, Aug. 18, 2023.

He's making history

Both Biden and the Biden White House like to go around claiming that Biden and his administration are making all kinds of history. Most of their claims are dubious at best.

But, here, Biden is making some real history: according to the RNC, Biden is on pace to become the U.S. president who took the most vacation days.

Per the RNC:

[Biden is] “outpacing every single one of his modern predecessors in vacation. Over two full terms, (Barack Obama) spent 328 days (11.2%), (George W.) Bush 43 spent 1,020 days (34.9%), (Bill) Clinton spent 345 days (11.8%), and (Ronald) Reagan spent 335 days (11.5%) on vacation. Over a single term, (Donald) Trump spent 381 days (26%), (George H.W.) Bush 41 spent 533 days (36.5%), and (Jimmy) Carter spent 79 days (5.4%) on vacation.

The whole situation is absurd, to say the least. It only adds to the rumors that someone other than Biden is running the show.

Biden's very generous vacation time does explain some things, though, such as how America has fallen from where it was under the leadership of the Trump administration to where it is now.
