Barron Trump, 18, charms conservatives - talks possible political plans

 May 9, 2024

Barron Trump, the youngest son of Donald Trump, 18 years old, has quietly developed into an entertaining young man who has top conservatives gushing over his charm and political aptitude, according to the DailyMail.

According to the publication, the tall and lanky young man, who stands at 6 feet 7 inches and has not said a single word in public, is a devoted supporter of the Trump 2024 campaign behind the scenes.

In addition, he has expressed a desire to follow in the footsteps of his father, who is 77 years old. This is possibly even more concerning for the Democratic opponents of the former President.

Comments on the First Son

"Barron is handsome, tall - taller even than his father - and very knowledgeable for someone his age. He's also far more politically interested than people realize," an insider told DailyMail.com.

"I see all the attributes of a future President if he has the appetite for it. And why not? He has the Trump genes."

As her husband vies for the presidency and contends with multiple legal fronts, Melania, 54, is reportedly also willing to give her son more autonomy, although she will continue to vigilantly guard his interests.

"While he was still a minor, she zealously protected him, and we knew very little about the details of his daily life," the source added.

"I think he's allowed to make more decisions for himself now. He can invite anyone to dinner he wishes. He's slowly becoming more public."

From a Podcast

Recent guests at Mar-a-Lago who are affiliated with prominent conservative figures include the Iranian-American business magnate Patrick Bet-David, whom Barron recently extended an invitation to with his newly acquired forward-facing role.

Bet-David, who is estimated to be worth $450 million, conveyed his admiration for his PDB podcast to his audience.

"For an hour and a half we just watched Barron run dinner with stories, entertainment. Oh my God. Everything."

"Sharp, funny, sarcastic, tough - not weak," is how he characterized his youthful host. Bet-David, 45, lauded Barron's humility and politeness in another TikTok video, describing him as a "freaking stud of a kid."

Bet-David said on the podcast Barron told him, "It's officially fair game to come after me," seeming to refer to the media and Trump's opponents. "I don't care. Good, do it. They've gone and done it to every kid."

Adam Sosnick, a podcast guest, related an incident from a dinner where they looked over to see that the DJ was none other than Donald Trump, as the speakers began to blast loud music.

Sosnick said, "Barron's like 'My freakin' dad is the DJ' and you see the President on his iPad, the light's in his face," playing Nothing Compares To You by Sinead O'Connor.

Sosnick added, "He was smart on politics, he says 'you know everybody's always going to fight, there's left, there's right.'"
